Elevators are extremely slow, crowds of people gather in front of them. The quality of sleep is extremely average, not for the level of five stars. I'm not a prude, but in the afternoon by the pool and in the evening in the lobby gather a bunch of women with "low social responsibility", for them the entrance is free, that 2-3 years ago it was impossible to even think about it. Near the pool, one of them quarreled with a guest who rejected her attention. The staff did not react in any way! Just like in Russian hotels of the 90s...
