A wonderful hotel! The room is very cozy, panoramic Windows, air conditioning, TV. Linen, bathrobes and slippers were changed every day. In the bathroom there is a hairdryer and shower accessories: shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste and brush, body lotion. There is a kettle and a coffee machine in the room, which is very convenient. Breakfast is a special atmosphere. Live music, delicious varied food, fruits, drinks. The view of Ararat is magical. The staff is as polite as possible. The hotel is located in the city center, surrounded by a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants, near Republic Square, where every evening at 9 o'clock you can admire the show of musical fountains. If we come to Yerevan again, we know where to stay - only in Paris!

A great hotel, very convenient location, cozy rooms, caring and courteous staff, you can always ask for help, ready to check in earlier if there are available rooms. Breakfast was beyond all expectations, a huge selection and delicious food, there was also meat for breakfast, potatoes, pancakes with meat, various nuts, cheesecakes, many types of fruits, beautiful music, I advise 100%))

A good hotel, very conveniently located, close to many attractions that can be reached on foot. The staff is excellent, the rooms are spacious. The restaurant has a wonderful view of Ararat. I really liked the pillows. Of the minuses - music at night on Friday and Saturday (other days not), it's cold in the bathroom, in the warm season there are probably no such problems, but in winter it's very uncomfortable. Late cleaning, sometimes around 16 o'clock, breakfasts without pretensions but quite tasty.

The best hotel in Yerevan) helpful and courteous staff, excellent breakfast on the panoramic roof, an outdoor veranda is open in the warmer months. The location is 5 min walk from Republic Square. Sherep restaurant is nearby. I liked everything, if I come back, then here. Free transfer from the airport when booking on the website

Nice spacious room, fridge-bar, tea set, spacious shower room, shower stall. The non-obvious switching of the spout, I asked to explain how to switch :-))), turned out to be turning the lower tap of the spout by 90 degrees. I did not find any pictograms of the operating mode on the shower stand.
They respond to all requests quickly and efficiently. But there are disadvantages in terms of fire safety. Evacuation is possible only by one staircase located next to the elevator. The hotel building has 12 floors. There is no fire escape provided. In general, this situation is somehow very disturbing, because evacuation will be impossible if the corridor leading to the stairs is blocked.
The breakfasts are delicious, nutritious, and some of the dishes change every day. You can choose a diet breakfast.
I almost forgot, there is a possibility of settling in with your favorite pet.

Anastasia M. Stayed at this hotel not for the first time, but probably for the last time. The desire to write a negative review arose when communicating with the administrator. Frequent changes of employees are fraught with similar consequences. Who is the visitor??? For the hotel staff, HE is NOBODY!!!! During the week of stay, there was never a change of linen! The advantages of the hotel that can be noted are the convenient location and the waiter from Nigeria! I recommended it to everyone 5 years ago, but today I will write like this, avoid it. Arrogant, inadequate employees are forced to write such reviews!

Great location. Good breakfasts.Spacious room with a side view of Ararat.
The staff is 5+.Meeting and check-in for 5+.
The room has everything you need: slippers, a bathrobe, a set of toilet accessories, a shower cabin (although it took a sooo long time to wait for the water to warm up).
Cons: it was very noisy, we lived on the 11th floor, above us there is a restaurant with a terrace (where breakfast is, by the way, there is a beautiful view),
live music until 23:00. But there is always noise coming from the street too. It's good that you had earplugs with you)
There was also a smell of sewage in the room from time to time (
And unfortunately uncomfortable beds and pillows, a thick blanket (
Well, there is one elevator in the hotel that you always had to wait for, but these are rather small things.
We chose this hotel based on the reviews and were not mistaken. Despite the disadvantages, the rest was wonderful, it was our second time in Yerevan, but before that we stayed at the Ramada.

The hotel is good for its category, everything you need is in the room. The only hotel where I had to stay on a week-long trip, where there is a fenced shower cabin and you can safely wash yourself. Draining in the cabin, the water stays in the cabin and you can safely visit the rest of the bathroom space without fear of getting your feet wet! Respect for that! I didn't think there would be any problems with this at all, but there were problems in other hotels...there was no basic tray, water flowed all over the bathroom floor and it was impossible to approach the washbasin. It is worth thinking about this in the country.. It's really some kind of attack.
The breakfasts were great. View of Ararat, outdoor food! It's unforgettable.

The hotel is conveniently located 3-5 minutes from Republic Square. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. The breakfasts are good, everything is delicious. From 13 o'clock to 21 o'clock, you can come in for tea or coffee with pastries. There are water bottles in the room upon check-in. They can also be taken at the restaurant for breakfast and during the day. The room is large, clean, and warm. Towels are changed daily! The staff is attentive!

The breakfasts are very decent, plus live music is playing. You can't think of a more central place. They clean well, bring water every day. Everything seems to be fine, live and rejoice.
But this is the money I would like a second elevator (one for 12 floors is not enough), well, there were slight signs of fatigue in the room: the bathroom door creaked.

What can I say about this wonderful place?) Location - fire! The very center! All the sights are no more than a couple of kilometers away. The staff is professional, helpful and provides an absolutely comfortable stay. The breakfasts are decent. Cleanliness is everywhere!
I'll give you a four just for the fact that, first of all, there is one elevator... and traffic from the 11th floor takes time). Well, the air conditioning system is prehistoric: it's easier to open the balcony). Otherwise, it's just fine, I recommend it to everyone!
