We took a loan from them after 5 days, everything was paid on time, the last payment was in January 2021, after almost 2 months an SMS with content arrives, dear customer, pay a fine of 0.35 kopecks, then a week later another SMS with the same content arrives.
I call the bank so and so what SMS mailing comes, and they say you have a debt of 2 KOPECKS ... + you have a sanction of 1 base value (29.00 rubles) + another 0.35 kopecks debt.
That is, they specifically waited until the debt accumulates and the fine is already in the form of 1 basic..
It is clear that anyone will pay 2 kopecks, but I did not expect such an attitude towards customers..
Did not call, did not warn that you have a debt in order to avoid a fine, please pay.And the matter did not end there, after they paid a fine in the form of 29 rubles and a penalty in the amount of 35 kopecks, we decided to check after a couple of hours, just in case everything was paid, we go in and see those 2 kopecks unpaid. that is, if we hadn't looked and rechecked, they would have imposed penalties and sanctions again.
Then they deliberately waited until the payment was overdue, and, of course, spoiled the client's EXCELLENT credit history with their fines.
