I was at the Paritetbank at Gamarnik 9/4. I was waiting for my turn at the cashier, while I was waiting I thought I would suffocate from the stench. For a long time I couldn't figure out what was wrong, the smell was like orange freshener in the toilet. Later I realized where the smell was coming from. There is an office with a transparent door behind the cash register, where one girl was sitting, as I understood, most likely this is the head of the department, because she was sitting alone without visitors behind closed doors and instead of doing work, she was driving a fool, it is unclear what she was doing. When she opened the door, it became clear where the "incense" was coming from. Girl, do you like the smell of toilets or do you like the feeling of being in the toilet? This really spoils the image of the bank. Not only is it impossible to exchange currency, because perfect bills are needed, but customers are also being bullied. I ask the management to make sure that this situation does not happen again, you will be left without customers
It is good that there is a bank office in this area. The room is renovated, clean, there are seats in the required amount. Queues appear periodically, apparently due to a shortage of employees. Inconvenient work schedule - in the evening and on Saturday, Sunday, this Central Bank does not work.

I came on Saturday at 11, the bank was closed. On Monday, I arrived at 9:35 for the opening, the bank was already working, there was a huge queue.
2. Long service:
The deposit was reissued for an hour, maybe even more. There is only one specialist and he is completely inexperienced. The question to the administration is how they allowed this to happen, because the girl called almost every 5 minutes and asked for something. I had to wait an hour to get the card. While I was waiting in line, the people who were behind me just left. For questions that I had, I was told to contact the contact center, because the specialist does not know the answer to them. I definitely do not recommend this branch of the bank, unless you just want to waste your time.
Advantages:

This is my first bank outside of Moscow. And unfortunately, for the first time I encountered fraudulent actions, fortunately after 2 months I received an answer that the amount written off would be compensated, but I had to run around and get pretty nervous. In addition, a deposit has been opened in the bank, I hope they won't create problems for it at least in due time, otherwise someone is already writing about the commission for non-residents…
A very long wait. I was scheduled for 10:30 a.m. for a consultation and a loan. The employee got sick and had to come from another bank to take her place. So that I would not sit for a long time and in vain, the head of this bank helped me to draw up some documents, which is a special thanks to him. Another employee came to replace me at 11:30 and told me to wait until she received a visitor, and then she would take care of me, although I was the first to respond to this. In general, with grief in half, I still got this loan. Minus one star for the attitude towards your customers. I will never contact this department again.
Polite staff. There are no large queues. But it has become an inconvenient service time, there is no time after work, and they do not work on weekends.
There was a problem with closing the deposit opened before the introduction of a 15% commission for non-residents. A bank employee recommended writing a letter to the bank's management to sort out the situation. After 16 days, the issue was resolved.
I opened an account as an individual entrepreneur and as an individual in one day. All promptly and high-quality consultations of specialists. There are no queues.
The parking lot for customers is completely packed from morning to evening, there is a queue of 4 people to a specialist (not at the cashier) stand for 1 hour or more. Moreover, there are no branches in the regions.
Negative impressions completely. I will try not to contact this bank anymore and not to advise others.
The bank is like a bank, nothing special. There is actually no parking. There is practically no currency in the exchanger. The rate is often lower than the banks located in the area. You can pay, but that's probably all you can get at the cash desk of this bank. The staff are rude and boorish.
