Here with children ::-) The carousels are simple, but neat, well-groomed. The first acquaintance with the Russian roller coaster - the Wild Train - happened to my son (7 years old). He's thrilled. :-) What else do parents need :-). There is also a planetarium, a Ferris wheel, a clean park, the Svisloch River.

The main attraction of the park and one of the main attractions of the city, a huge 57-meter Ferris wheel! In 9 minutes you can enjoy the beautiful view around. I didn't like the open seats, because they put you with your back to the city center, but the cabin is the best!

Gorky Park is one of the best places in the city that is worth visiting with children. And there is something to do without children too: Zodiac, Rockers, Flying saucer, Mix, Bun - it's better to visit first, and then have a snack. There are several summer cafes near the embankment, and in the depths there is a Family Club with a decent kitchen for both a snack and a full lunch / dinner. For the youngest, there are several electric car rentals, for those who are older, electric scooter rentals for sightseeing tours along the bike path.
You need to be very careful near the bike path - the traffic there is intense, the speeds of some cyclists and scooters are prohibitive. Do not let children and strollers on the bike path!!! Feed pigeons, ducks, and squirrels. I even saw a water rat in the pond near the former Fairy Castle.
It is worth noting that in Gorky Park there are several specimens of trees that were seen by the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth - excellent photos are obtained against the background of one and a half meter trunks.
There is a lot to see near the park. Victory Square. Circus. Two illuminated fountains. One is at the exit to Pervomaiskaya, the second is impossible to miss - behind the bridge over the Avenue, right in Svisloch. You can watch from all sides, but you can hear the music better from the side of Ya Park.Kupala.
The place is popular, there are no parking spots around during the day. It is better to take the metro to the Victory Square station.

I don't know how to go there with children, but a walk in this park is good because there is a place to go in principle. Toilets are naturally paid, but cheap. The view is good, especially if you turn on the fountains that are nearby. We didn't visit playgrounds, so I can't say how they are and there is something fun there at all. Cafes are found at the entrance, the food there is quite tasty and cheap. By the way, there are musicians there who can sing and play a song to your taste and color, as they say. I have no idea about parking, since we walked there and back. We were a little surprised about the tickets, they are cheap, maybe from 5 rubles to 20. As for the attractions themselves, not everyone will be delighted, as for me, because when we came there was no surprise from different attractions, I would add a little bit of extremity to some of the attractions, but there are also cool ones that I will advise you: The jumping tower (you will be lifted up and then to the bottom, for it will do if you ride the rides for the first time), Wild train (like a roller coaster, only less scary, so to speak), Calypso (you may feel dizzy after this attraction), Zodiac (I think some people know what it is), Mix (duration 3 minutes, during these three minutes you will be turned like, my sister tasted this attraction, she liked it and finally rode about 3-4 times until her parents said: That's it, we're going to the others), A flying saucer (I don't think you need to explain), Virtual reality (They put glasses on you and put you either in a chair or on a motorcycle, like, only here you may feel queasy due to the fact that these are actually VR glasses ..), Swings (something like a flying saucer). In general, it's cool, I advise you.

I have loved this park since childhood! I am happy that the stream and the old ponds have been preserved. The beauty is extraordinary. And that the dam at the circus was restored, without which Svisloch turned into a sad puddle. Now this part of the park is my favorite place to walk at lunchtime. Most often, it is quiet here - an important quality for the exhausted citizens of the city. Sometimes music is played at the sports complex, which can be heard for two kilometers around. Fortunately, this is rare.

There are many tents with various kinds of snacks and sweets. I found a public toilet in a building in the park, it is paid. The toilet is clean, there is a separate toilet for children, which was a pleasant surprise. Parking was a little difficult, in the evenings a lot of families come to relax in the park and we must try to find a place near the park. You can pay for attractions with a credit card from both local banks and the mir payment system. Some attractions are paid only in cash or by bank transfers, but there are not many of them and these are mainly attractions for the youngest.
