Good hotel price /quality
We had a rest in March , it was warm and sunny .
The airport is nearby , which is a plus for me, it's not far to go .
The territory is huge and beautiful .lots of pools .
The water park is yes , a little tired .And what do you want . Survived covid and so on
The hotel was empty for a long time . But it didn 't close . Now the owner is slowly restoring it .A new restaurant has opened . Food/alcohol by Egyptian standards. We ate everything , because everything is delicious . 😋
Of course, not everyone is responsive at the hotel, but you behave normally upon arrival, then everything will be OK.
The room was given a good one, even without extra charges .
On-site bars , beach bar .
Sun beds ,towels ,entertainment on the beach /
The animation is certainly so-so . But the kids are jumping, having fun .
This is not the first time in Egypt .In this case , if finances do not allow 500K , then that 's it .
The sea is clean, beautiful, panton .

1. The room is chic, spacious, everything is there. Of the disadvantages, the key card is often decomposed;
2. The food is varied and delicious, a lot of meat dishes, very tasty soups. Of the cons, there is no butter and tea/coffee for lunch and dinner;
3. The staff is polite and friendly. On the downside, bar staff sometimes overreact in an effort to earn tips;
4. The bars are generally good, music is playing and there is everything you need to relax. Of the cons, sometimes there are no glasses, and even the absence of alcohol at the beach bar is not uncommon;
5. The sea is great, what can I say the Red Sea! However, we were unlucky the whole vacation was blowing a strong wind and we did not appreciate all the beauty. Of the disadvantages, coarse-grained sand and lovers of depth will have to overcome a coral reef or through a pier;

We had a family vacation at this hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The rooms are cleaned

We had a rest with children on 14.01,2025. The hotel is located in the Nabq district, almost the outskirts of the city, closer to the airport. The planes didn't bother me. In principle, it's not bad for that kind of money. Everything is nearby: road with public transport, stalls, pharmacy, bank. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach across the street, it doesn't bother anyone who doesn't want to walk a mini transfer. Very large territory, with pools and playgrounds. Everything is very old, even the mugs on the toilet are in terrible condition, then of course they resigned themselves, because they only crawled to the hotel to sleep. The food was more or less, they even gave crabs and shrimps, but the child did not eat their food, he ate only cucumbers and potatoes, he did not even eat pasta. We weren't very lucky with the weather, the first two days were sunny, then 4 days were windy and cloudy, and on the 19th the sun returned. It was cool to swim at the local beach. We went to Naama Bay Center for a total.the beach, of course, is not so good, but it is warm and there is no wind. We went on guided tours from Anex tour: extensive quadrics with a camel... dinner (the children really liked it), a Bathyscaphe (you can go once), a sightseeing tour with lunch (cool, we took a wetsuit and it was just OK), a free sightseeing tour of the city for money, because everything is more expensive there, especially with oils, but I still took oils for 15t.p. We ourselves went to minibuses in Soho, we need to go in the evening when everything is on fire (beautiful). We went to the National Museum near Hollywood ourselves (you can go there for mummies, artifacts, payment only in Pounds, adult 200f, children 100f, children under 6 years old for free) In general, we had a great rest!

We had a vacation with an adult daughter in November 2024. To begin with, this is not the first time in Egypt, there is something to compare it with. The territory of the hotel is large and beautiful. It's the best thing for the kids. Plus: your own water park. The buildings are outdated, as are the rooms. But the price of this hotel matches that. Fish, meat, chicken, various side dishes, stuffed vegetables, there were a lot of fruits:melon, grapes, apples, persimmons. There are a lot of goodies too, but I'm not a fan of sweets. As many people write, there is always a red flag on the pier and a lot of people. Yes, it's true. I was going to the sea and I was very worried that we would be constantly in the pool. But no, we found a place, away from the hotel to the right, where the approach is not bad (naturally in the corral) and deeper, and a lot of fish. So we swam a lot. We also sailed from the pier for two days. The white flag was hung out after lunch. A bus takes you to the beach. Well, like a bus, a car for 15 people. But since we are athletic girls, cardio did not tire us every day. Walk for 5-7 minutes. A person from the hotel staff, who stands at the barrier, transfers you across the street. In general, the staff is friendly, they solve all problems. The only negative is the weak animation, and in the evening we did not see it, from the word at all. But we were entertaining ourselves. Excellent 4* hotel.
Very good, varied food, there is always fish, meat of 2-3 types, for dinner there is a barbecue area for 2-3 dishes. There are a lot of salads, fruits, and vegetables. But the most delicious thing is sweets, pastries!!! A very pleasant bonus was congratulating the staff of the main restaurant on their birthday with a cake and songs, it was a very pleasant and sweet surprise (free of charge, but you need to order in advance at the reception).
The hotel is on the 2nd line, but it does not bother, you can drive a four-wheel drive or walk. You can walk through the 5* hotel on foot, or you can take a secondary road.
The beach is huge!! There is a bar with drinks, there is a bar with snacks. You can go to a quiet part of the beach, or you can stay in the beach area of the 5* hotel, very cool music is playing there!
I especially liked the fish. Even though this is the NABC area, there are a lot of fish, both at the pier and near the shore.
I especially liked the water park area. There are 4 extreme slides, 4 of medium difficulty and 3 not at all scary, there is a pool with an artificial wave and a calm river along which you can swim in a circle, for example.
The territory of the hotel is very large, there are many pools and bars. I will focus on the bar, which is above the reception, not many people know about it. This is a quiet bar where you can play billiards for $ 3, friendly bartender Mahmoud, who will bring drinks himself.
The animation at the hotel is great, the guys are trying very hard.
There is a hookah area, it costs $ 4.
Be sure to take mosquito repellents with you, because there are a lot of them. If you do not have it with you, you can buy it on the right and left of the hotel in the markets, where prices are the same as in the old town, there are many souvenirs, oils, etc., there are pharmacies and shops with fruits and vegetables.
All the staff at the hotel and at the markets speak Russian, it is convenient. The guests are mostly Russian-speaking, Arabs; there are very few Europeans.

We just got back, the food was meat, fish, fruits, everything was delicious! On New Year's Eve, there was meat and fish, shrimp, crabs , even salmon and ram/lamb for dinner. Everything is fine for 4*, we walked to the sea for about 10 minutes with the children. There were no mosquitoes . Bottled beer , made beautiful cocktails for Christmas and ng ! I recommend it, it's not very good with animation, but it's there, but we don't need it.

We have been vacationing with our son for 15 years. For food!You won't stay hungry.Sweets are just a bomb) a lot of meat , fish , vegetables and fruits. For drinks, everything is fine too! A beautiful coral reef. It's a little inconvenient that there are a lot of people from the pier. Like herring in jars. The rooms are very tired! Cleaning is not about anything! The floors are terribly dirty! There 's rust everywhere . The refrigerator and TV were not working at the time of check-in! I had to run around explaining what was boring and where. The staff does not understand well! The door between the rooms!!! The neighbors are local! The children managed to open the door! It is incomprehensible to the mind! Mosquitoes! The immortals! A lot! A great hotel for your money!

We lived in a family room, a great room, two bathrooms, two balconies, separate passages. We cleaned every day. All slides are working, and one pool is heated. The food was all fish and beef and chicken, squid, crabs. Definitely no one will be hungry, everyone will find something to their taste. There are some problems with glasses on beaches and in bars. But we took thermos flasks and everything is OK) for alcohol: bottled beer is normal, wine is only for lunch and dinner, strong alcohol is local.
In general, there are disadvantages in the hotel, you can find them, but the price-quality match is super!

We had a family vacation mom dad daughter for 7 years in the period from 8.09 to 09/19/24. I was in Egypt 3 times, with a 2nd child.
We arrived at the hotel at 21.20, we checked in quickly, we were given a room right away, the men at the reception speak and understand Russian perfectly. We had a standard room, with a separate sleeping place for the child - as prescribed. They gave us an old room, but it was huge, bringing a suitcase, they said that they would make a place for the child now, spread out the sofa and made it up later in the near future. It was said that dinner was over, there is a late dinner at 23.30. At 23.30 we were in the main restaurant, waiting for dinner. Nothing happened there except cleaning. We went to ask about a late dinner, they told us "5 minutes". After 8 minutes, a waiter (or an employee) came up to us and asked what we wanted? We said that we had just arrived and came for a late dinner, he wrote us the serial number of our room on a napkin. We said Yes, we are from it. He said that dinner would be brought to the room. When we reached the room, we already had fresh rolls, cheese and sausage (local Egyptian, there is no other for them) and sliced tomatoes and cucumbers and 2 versions of sweet cakes.
The TV in the room is working, a small Samsung, but it turns off when it needs to and turns on when it needs to, apparently.... From the Russian channels shop on the couch, TNT and music RUS. It does not turn off from the button and turns on from it every other time.
Safe in the room. A separate story. It worked for 2 days and broke down. Every day we called the reception, went to the reception and each time we were promised that the master would come with a new safe in 5 minutes. So we lived without a safe, we had to keep everything in a suitcase under locks.
The bathroom has a bathroom, not a shower cabin. The faucet in the room is very tight, but it works. It worked so that water flowed from both the faucet and the shower at the same time . They complained, they came, rewound the tape, only the shower began to work.
Bars. Beer is poured from a bottle everywhere in the pool bars and in the main restaurant and on the beach, beer is a local Stella, and wine is also from a bottle, wine starting from lunch. But the wine is poured from a box into a bottle, pretending to be poured from a bottle.
Beach. Get to the beach by shuttle. One day it broke down and didn't work at all. Walking through the territory of another hotel for quite a long time in the heat without shade . You need to walk to it from the hotel across the street from another 5* Parathel. The shuttle starts at the barrier of another hotel. It still needs to be reached.
The beach bar is open from 10.30 am.
The coral reef is lively and good. It was often windy in September and panton was closed, a red flag was hanging. But we were warned that the windy part of the sea. There is a crush on pantone , but it has been worse. There is a place to swim, there is a rope to hold on to. There is no animation at all on the beach. There is a volleyball at 16.00 , but it was not possible to evaluate it. Only monotonous music in the bar 5-6 songs in a circle. The beach toilet does not close, it is not cleaned, there is never any paper or there are absolutely wet rolls.
Animation. There are NO Russian-speaking animators in the department. Animation in English and Arabic. Animators don't understand when they are addressed in Russian.
Children's animation at the hotel. There is a mini disco at 21.00. They collect children from the restaurant and shout "Mini-mini disco" at dinner. Basically, there is no more children's animation. It is there, but only in Arabic -English and it works incomprehensibly. There is a kids' club, it is sometimes open, but nothing happens there. It is open from 10-12.00 and from 15.00-17.00. There is a large Playground under the roof. It is illuminated in the evening.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and the reception and the restaurant and in the room there was both in the water park and in the upper Panorama bar. There is one on the beach too, but it periodically crashes.
There are a lot of Arabs in the hotel, 80% of the vacationers. They are very arrogant. They are very untidy, they litter a lot. Impudent- children climb everywhere without waiting in line in the dining room, at the bar. And some of the same adults, especially in the bar.
It is difficult to find a spoon in the dining room (the main restaurant), you need to ask for it separately, as well as additional napkins. The air conditioning works very poorly or does not work at all in the restaurant, the same story with the air conditioning in the upper bar - Panorama bar. There is a shortage of dishes, but not a strong one, glasses run out quickly, especially at dinner. Breakfast cups also run out quickly. There is a shortage of chairs in the restaurant and Arab children are constantly being dragged away. Tea and coffee in the main restaurant only at breakfast. There is no tea or coffee at lunch or dinner. At the same time, there are desserts. And there are no desserts for breakfast.
Separately, the Panorama bar above the main restaurant can be noted - there is delicious coffee from the coffee machine. This is a rarity in hotels in Egypt.
There are not enough glasses in the bar in the animation area catastrophically. The fanta ends with a moment.
The slides in the Aqua Park are normal. They work according to the schedule. In turn. Of the 4 white slides, they are the most normal, only 2 always work. At other times, the other 2. There are slides on which you walk, apparently there is not enough water pressure to go.

We had a vacation with children in May 2024. I liked everything. Quiet, calm, cozy. The food is delicious. There is a live reef with beautiful fish on the beach!!!! It takes about 5 minutes to walk, but also carries a transfer. The staff is friendly. Impressions are the best guys really tried!!!
Advice, if you are traveling from afar (like we are on two planes), do not pull too much. Medicines, masks, corrals, flippers, beach shirts are sold near the hotel. And most importantly, bargain)

- When I arrived on December 26 at 8 p.m., I was not ready to measure. We were sent to dinner and after that we had to wait for about an hour. The children were sleeping on the sofas at the reception, so I wanted to move in quickly, despite the queue of people unhappy with their room at the reception. The first impression is dirty, very dirty! All reviews about dirt are real. Secondly, the bedding did not seem fresh, there was hair on it and not only that. It seemed that no one had lived here or cleaned it for six months. Cobwebs were flying out of the hair dryer. There was sand and pebbles in the corners, surfaces and floor lamps in a layer of dust. Take a large pack of wet wipes with you. I'm not talking about the shower..
another SURPRISE! On the first night, it's mosquitoes. We were promised to change our underwear the next day. We were so tired that we lay down in our clothes on what we were wearing. So that's where the swarm of mosquitoes appeared. They were even under the covers! I had the feeling that we were in a swamp. It was unbearable even with my head covered. My husband went to the reception (and the phone in the room was not working) and they told him "5 minutes!" and after 10-15 minutes their colleague came with some kind of huge duiker and told them to cover the children with a blanket. After that, there were many times fewer insects and we were able to sleep.
For the next two days, the room was processed during the day, when we were not there and it was normal to sleep. It didn't get any cleaner after cleaning, even after the chocolate bar. It's just that a swan appeared on the bed😂
So that you understand, they wash the floor with one cloth, without rinsing it, avoiding corners, clean the path.
There is also very little light in the room, it is especially noticeable in the evening, because it gets dark early, after 17.
There was no refrigerator in the room! I had to talk about it at the reception for three days. There were also no TV remotes, one of which was not working at all. There is no internet in the rooms.
+ On the plus side, we were given a spacious two-room room instead of a one-room room with a bed and a sofa. There are also two bathrooms, which is very convenient for a large family with children. There was hot water in the room, even boiling water. There was also a kettle and tea, coffee, sugar.
WI-FI was available at the reception and in the area of the hall with a stage, where there was a children's disco in the evening, etc.

The "Kids Club" is an abandoned building. It doesn't work. They didn't even equip it for ng. That is, you will not leave the child on the mk there. There is a playground, an evening disco with aquagrim, and we also got to a foam party once.
SWIMMING POOLS
Of all the warm ones, there is only one with a slide in the center. The rest are cold, even the children's ice. We didn't ride on any slides, because we didn't catch the opening hours. The ship was completely closed.
There are no towels at the pools, ever! The employee got tired of talking, come back in half an hour and said to pick up "these ones" that were lying on the sun beds. They weren't given out at sea either, because they don't exist.

We arrived at the hotel accordingly at the hour of 23 ... we quickly settled in. They provided a light snack in the form of cheese, ham and cucumbers.
The hotel: in need of major repairs, "tired", furniture and plumbing are old everywhere. The hotel staff is trying their best, but you can't leave on your own efforts..
Room: the room stock, of course, as a separate "art form" is very old, has long outlived itself, furniture from the foundation of the hotel, lighting: only in the hallway, one lamp and a floor lamp. The bathroom is "murdered". There are no slippers. The room has a kettle, coffee and tea bags. The towels are old but clean. I did the cleaning every day.
Kitchen: there is food, we did not stay hungry. But.. and you can't leave well-fed)))
The big trouble with the bar on the hotel grounds and on the beach is the glasses, there were always not enough of them. There are no disposable plastic ones in the bar. That is, they pour, then go collect glasses on the beach, wash (or rather rinse) and so on in a circle. Of course, I leave much to be desired.
As for the pools, it works up to 18 hours (I pour bleach into the pool). By the way, the sea is up to 18 hours.
We went to the beach through the 5* hotel of the same network, you can walk around the hotel or go to the beach by shuttle. The territory of 5* is large and beautiful, the first one is coastal. Our 4* hotel is the second coast, but it didn't bother walking.
The beach is large, there was enough space for everyone. The wooden sun beds are old with nails sticking out and this is a 4* hotel, the neighboring beach of the same 5* hotel chain - but the plastic sun beds are normal. Animation does not work on the beach. There is beach volleyball, darts, yoga..
The sea is fine, there were tides in the morning, tides in the evening. From the pier, the guys went diving with masks, watched the beautiful underwater world.
The hotel has a good location. We went for a walk to the George Clooney store, the prices are the most reasonable, there is a supermarket nearby. They only accept cash.

We had a very long journey, first by train, then by plane, and because of this, the first impression was very unpleasant. But first of all we came to the sea, and not to sit in a hotel. In the morning, we checked in almost immediately upon arrival, free of charge.
Yes, the rooms are not super clean, old repairs, but they were cleaned every day, towels and bed linen were changed after three days.
We never went hungry, we were well fed. There was always meat and fish. Fruits and vegetables. I read a lot of reviews and was just afraid to go.

A complete disappointment. The hotel does not meet the 4-star level. I'll start with the numbers. They are tired, battered. Plumbing and furniture are in need of repair and replacement. During the rest, 3 Rooms were changed. In one, the plumbing does not work, the others woke up bitten, and in the third there is no hot water. But we were offered room 4. We haven't moved anymore. Cleaning is not what. They pretended to clean it up. We even went to a dirty room. Three meals a day, you won't stay hungry, but there is no variety, it's the same every day, they give out one piece of chicken or meat at a distribution, you have to beg for everything. The fish is overcooked, dry.
Fruit:melon, pomegranate, orange and this for 15 days. The melon is tasteless.
Animation. There are NO Russian-speaking animators in the department. They speak English and Arabic. Animators communicate through a Google translator. And the kids' club resembles a horror room. Everything is in a deplorable state and dirty. I will not leave a child in such a club.

There's no all-inclusive, because it reminded me... there's nothing to compare it to, I haven't been to a place worse than this. You could eat boiled eggs from breakfast dishes, because you had to stand in a huge queue for scrambled eggs, as well as for coffee. There is one egg cook and one coffee machine for the entire hotel. And then only Hell. For lunch and dinner, if you arrive on time, you can taste chicken or shish kebab from it or mackerel. You will not be given beef in its pure form - it will be either liver or tripe. There is no butter, only palm oil. Alcoholic beverages are diluted to an outrage. Toilets are constantly being punched at the reception - it smells like that! The staff doesn't care about you! But there is another restaurant for foreigners, where Russian "foreigners" are not allowed, only the British. That's right, now foreigners are also divided. In Egypt, a Russian person is no longer a foreigner, but a brother. The rudeness of the chefs at the distribution - they throw food into your plate, almost spit in your wake. If there is food, then there are no dishes where to put it. I advise you to book a glass right away, take it with you, wash it and go everywhere with it, since there is nothing to pour drinks into by the pool, on the beach, or in the restaurant. Alcoholic drinks are local, of terrible quality. Savings in everything. They don't bring water to the room until you have a fight at the reception.
