In downtown. There was a double room. The whole room is an ordinary room. Clean, quiet, tidy, beautiful view from the window to the river embankment. The staff is friendly, clear and to the point. The shower is working without any "it flows here if you twist it"))))) The rooms are clean. A fan (relevant in the heat), a refrigerator, a TV, a kettle, Wi-Fi (I didn't need a microwave oven, so I didn't remember), there are enough sockets. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Nothing antediluvian has been noticed, it is modern. And very affordable prices.
The hotel is located on the banks of the Z. River. Dvina. There are rooms with a view of the river. The prices are average. The room is clean and tidy. Ours had a TV, a small refrigerator, disposable shampoo and shower gel, towels. The Volna Cafe is located in the same building. There may be no seats during the competition.
The restaurant is for those who like to eat delicious food, as well as for lovers of Armenian cuisine. Shish kebab and lula kebab are very tasty. The dishes are beautifully decorated. Pleasant atmosphere. There is a separate tent and tables outside. There is parking for cars.
For all the unsightly and dilapidated exterior interiors, the Sail turned out to be functionally suitable and convenient. The historical center of Polotsk. Convenient parking. The room is quite spacious. Clear. Fresh bed linen.
Sockets, hooks in the bathroom, hangers and space for things in the hallway. The only thing that didn't work well was the antediluvian TV.
The price by the standards of 2024 is simply ridiculous. Of course, the hotel is not for the demanding connoisseurs of hotel design.
There are no breakfasts, but it was not difficult to find a cafe in morning Polotsk.
So, if, like us, someone does not manage to get into a reputable hotel in this wonderfully sweet town with an amazing history - do not be afraid of the Sail - he will fulfill his role as a poor but hospitable host. One night in July 2024.
Despite the tired room, it was cozy. The cleanliness is perfect. The bed was comfortable. In a one-room room for 50 bel. There was a TV, a refrigerator, a kettle. There is a full-fledged chiffonier in the hallway. Large bathroom, with heated towel rails.
Of the cons, it was Saturday, the room is located above the cafe and music was playing until 23.00, the administrator notified us in advance. But we fell asleep to the music quietly.
Polotsk has a very weak hotel base for tourists (2-3 hotels) with a very high tourist and excursion potential, therefore, it is not very correct to evaluate by high hotel standards. The hotel is located close to the center and key historical, cultural and architectural points. Relatively clean (stained carpet, dark spots in the shower). There is no hair dryer. The hotel is in great need of renovation and renovation. I visited as part of an excursion group. Check-in is fast. They refused to make breakfast in the hotel cafe, because there was an event (wedding) the day before. At the same time, at 8 a.m. in Polotsk, you can find other great places for breakfast.
I really liked the hotel. It is ideal for tourists.
Within walking distance from the center. The staff is polite and considerate. The rooms are modest, but clean and cozy. The room has everything you need: shower gel, shampoo, towels, clean bed linen, glasses, cups, kettle. A hairdryer can be taken at the reception. The price tag for the room is very loyal!
The only caveat is that you can hear the music from the restaurant on the ground floor quite well. But fortunately, they always finish clearly at 23.00. So it's not so critical.
Good day.The most affordable, great-priced hotel in the city.Everything in the room is there. There is no breakfast. But there is a cafe nearby, though I won't say if there are breakfasts there. The view from the window to the river is amazing! There is parking.Payment by Mir card.It is excellent in its price range.I recommend
Excellent location, comfortable conditions , courteous staff , clean rooms , a good bonus is the availability of hygiene products and towels . The location is on the shore, the view from the window is amazing.
A quiet, spacious hotel. The affordable price of a single room. The room is clean with everything you need. Ask for a room with a view of the Dvina River!!! Its own large Parking lot, near a children's playground!
I really liked the 5*, was in a great room, overlooking the Western Dvina. The room is cleaned. A slightly uncomfortable pillow is for an amateur. Blanket 👍👍👍The towels are hard (( There is a fan, a kettle, one glass!!! I had enough for one!!! A TV with many channels, for every taste!!! The administrators responded to the request immediately-thank them very much!!! I will definitely come back here!!! Great price for a stay!!! 👍👍👍
I haven't been to the hotel. But the Volna restaurant left a good impression. A place for family holidays, for decent companies. There are small touches in the kitchen, but in general 4++. Thanks!
I have been staying on the St. Petersburg - Brest route for more than 10 years. The middle of the road. I am pleased with the cost, lower than in the Russian Federation. Spending the night to rest is the most important thing. The rooms are clean, always quiet, the staff is very friendly. There is almost always a room available, but it is better to book in advance, especially since it is free.
A great hotel with a wonderful view of the river. The hotel is right in the center. The rooms are cozy, but they are quickly dismantled. There is a restaurant. I recommend it for living
A good hotel, everyone is polite, the rooms are cozy, but there are no breakfasts here. And in general, there is nowhere nearby to have breakfast before 10 am. And it's not easy if you come on a business trip and go to work hungry in the morning. So when checking in, think that you still need to go to the store to have a snack in the morning. Oh, and don't forget a cup with a boiling kettle, there won't be coffee in the morning either.
A normal hotel for an adequate price.
If you need to relax after a trip, it is quite OK, relatively close to historical sites and cafes and restaurants
I recently discovered this hotel and was delighted, firstly, budget for those who have financial constraints, secondly, in the city center, many rooms overlook the Dvina River, very polite staff, the rooms are clean, you can say "royally" I have been traveling to Belarus for a long time to my relatives often stayed in He also arranged other hotels for the price, but the Parus hotel impressed me greatly. I highly recommend it for travelers and I will also advise all my friends,
The location is great. In the city center, on the banks of the Dvina River. Room 503 is a single room - there is no kettle. The refrigerator is practically not working. Apparently, there is no air conditioning in any of the rooms. It was saved by the fact that the sun was only in the room in the morning and when checking in after 15.00 it was quite comfortable (it was 37 in the sun on 12.07.24 outside). The mattress springs dug into the body. But the linen is good, clean. The towels are great. There is no lid on the toilet. The water pressure is good. There is carpet everywhere. The room is well cleaned. And apparently, no one smoked in it. The socket above the bed is very high. There is a table, an armchair, a coffee table and a TV. Young people were having fun under the window until 12.00. The music in the bar was turned off after 23.00. the elevator is large.
A good inexpensive hotel. Convenient location, very convenient parking. The main attractions are not far away, everything is within walking distance. The rooms are "old-fashioned", but for that kind of money everything is OK. The main thing is clean, warm, and cozy. Friendly staff. I didn't notice any drawbacks.
The sports center is at the highest level!!!)
And the restaurant, the kitchen and the hosts are just super!!!
Shalyk and homemade meat dishes are gorgeous!!!
The room is nice and clean. The staff is friendly. Very nice view from the window. The room is cozy, but there is no air conditioning, but each room has large fans. It saves you in this heat!)
It's clean, everything is there, everything works. In fact, there is one minus, but a big one: I got a dead mattress. I put a bedspread and an extra blanket under the sheet - and that's so-so. For one night, no more. I would recommend that the staff periodically try to lie on the beds themselves in order to understand when the mattresses are not comfortable
Thanks to the hotel staff for promptly checking us in at their place. A very convenient complex. Good location in the city.
To warm up the water, you will be provided with a kettle at the reception. Drinking water in the tap of the room (good filters).
Room cleaning is timely.
There are no foreign odors.
The insulation of the windows is good, (they muffle the music of the cafe and the noise of the railway bridge)
A three-dimensional elevator.
High ceilings.
We didn't figure out the lighting in the hall of the floor (we illuminated it with a flashlight), but these are small things.
The prices are very affordable for any level of comfort.
Good location, on the river bank. The rooms are small, the chairs are bulky everywhere, including in the room. There is a TV in the room, a refrigerator (it was almost not cold at all, the polite staff offered to put our products in the refrigerator in the maid's room, located two floors above ours). The windows are double. First the dark street transom, then the window of the room. Almost no air passed through this double barrier. It should be stuffy here in summer. The Volna restaurant is located in the same complex. But he starts working only at 12 o'clock, so there is nowhere to have breakfast here. There is free parking on site. The rowing sports club is also located here. There are a lot of young people walking in formation under the guidance of coaches. It's OK to stay overnight for one night. But no more.
The advantages are the excellent location. The city center. Availability of Parking for cars. Beautiful views. Good prices for rooms. The disadvantages are very simple rooms. Sooo dirty floor covering (room 505). Very poor sound insulation, the snoring of neighbors is even audible (!)

The perfect place to spend the night
Simple but quiet, clean and inexpensive
Huge parking nearby
And a sleepy Dvina in the morning is something))
One thing is inconvenient, the cafe downstairs opens only at 12, you have to go to the boulevard for coffee, but it's just around the corner
If you are reading this review, then first of all I advise you to drive past, in terms of spending the night, this locality. Everything is creepy and tired here. Both apartments and hotels. They do not meet any standards. There is no breakfast in the morning anywhere. And cafes start working from 10-11 am. The sail could have been a great hotel, but the owners put on development. The rooms and their furnishings come from the 90s. The linen is different, the plumbing barely works. The smell is musty from old age of everything. Drive past it. But, this hotel can be a salvation in case of an urgent rest stop.
This is not a hotel. This is a one-star misunderstanding. In order not to stay outside at night in Polotsk, I had to stop here. At least a roof and a bed. Nothing more. Probably, there has been no renovation since the opening. Furniture, interior, appliances from the middle of the last century. High ceilings, discomfort, extraneous unpleasant odors from everything. This hotel is not suitable for traveling, drive on.
A lovely cozy hotel. The staff is polite, friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and furnished with modern furniture. There is a spacious elevator, rather nimble wi-fi. Beautiful views from the window. Of the minuses, there are "cubes" TVs in the rooms and poor sound insulation (you can hear a man snoring in the next room), which, in principle, did not greatly affect my opinion of this hotel.
A mid-level hotel, located in the center. The rooms are very modest, but clean. There is not much sound insulation, you will hear the next room as your own. There is also a minus for the cafe downstairs, where weddings and birthdays are celebrated on Fridays and weekends and until 23.00 you will have to involuntarily "have fun" with them. In general, it is quite possible to stay in this hotel for 1-2 nights in the city.
A one-night hotel, sleep over and leave, a room for two, uncomfortable because of the high ceilings and the minimum of furniture. More or less clean, the appliances and plumbing worked, the refrigerator is new. In the absence of an alternative, it will do for one night.
Modest, but clean and quiet. Beautiful view of the river from the window. The cost is loyal . She's just very loyal. Next to the cafe Volna, excellent cuisine .
He lived in a single room on the 6th floor. A spacious room, there is an entrance hall, a separate room with a bed and two tables: a desk and a coffee table. View from the window of the river and the bridge. The TV is old, but it works, there are a lot of channels. A large bathroom with a shower cabin.
The single room is very stuffy and there is no kettle (you need to ask separately). There is no laundry service in the hotel, but even in hostels there is one.
I was here in the middle of November. The room is spacious with a private bathroom. The furniture is a bit old, but still in good condition. Every day they take out the trash and put shampoo with shower gel. There is no kettle in the room itself, but it can be taken at the reception. Initially, when booking a room, the staff incorrectly entered the number of days, but this situation was successfully resolved.
The room is excellent, the service is at the highest level, the staff is polite, responsive, clean, cozy, we chose a room with a view of the river, shops, cafes, just a walk, everything is comfortable, bed, TV, refrigerator, even a kettle was given, I recommend staying here, the price and quality match! Thank you for the warm welcome.
Wow! I recommend. Everything is beautiful, everything is nearby. It's a very beautiful view, especially when it gets dark. The rooms are nice, cozy, large, clean, the shower is simple. The guest is clear.)

Nice hotel, convenient location in the city. The room is neat, everything is clean and pleasant. There were 2 towels and shampoo with shower gel. It's very good for a short overnight stay. The administrators turned out to be especially pleasant. I recommend.
We have stayed at this hotel many times.
Well, I really like it! We don't even try to look for anything else.
Attentive friendly workers, cleanliness, comfort - everything disposes to a great rest. I recommend it to everyone.
Thanks to the hotel staff!
We accidentally got to Polotsk, and just on the City Day. Hooray! But..., all the housing is packed. And in the Sail they sheltered, although in two single rooms, but clean and cozy. Many thanks to administrator Nadezhda!!! And the next night they were transferred to a double room! The service is excellent, the lovely, friendly girls at the reception are always ready to help and prompt! The rooms, the showers were cleaned to a shine, thanks to the maids. An excellent three-piece for a short stop, well, and who has ambitions;--look for some kind of National. The mood was spoiled by the cafe-restaurant Wave-that's worse than a station snack bar!!! I do not advise anyone, do not waste time and take care of your health!!! The meat is not fried, the potatoes are half-cooked, the bartender, he is the waiter, forgets everything, there are no napkins, spices, toothpicks... It is better to find another place, there are many of them in Polotsk, where you will be pleasantly greeted, tasty food, and will not spoil the mood with their snobbery, as in the Wave. And I liked Polotsk very much, nice kind people, beautiful architecture, the old days are fascinating, I want to visit more...
