I called on the phone to find out if the passport is ready, because I live in Gomel myself., they said they would not give me information on the phone, I must come in person. What kind of nonsense is this???? I didn't come to receive it without documents. I received an SMS about the readiness of the passport, I believe that for 3 rubles you can write a schedule for issuing it. I arrived on Saturday from Gomel, the schedule shows from 8 to 17. As a result, it is closed - I call the passport office, and they tell me that they work with citizens until 13, and the employees themselves work until 17. Why do I need this info, how do employees work? Specify the correct work schedule. Or if you charge more money for SMS than the operator himself, then be kind enough to send the time when you can pick it up.
Very good service.I applied to replace the passport of the child and mother.We explained everything over the phone.Biometric documents were made.It took literally 5-10 minutes.Minimum of fillings .They also called back when the passport was ready. Smiling, attentive, professional, very friendly. Respect for such young girls serving people.

Explain to employees that their job is to inform on all issues within the scope of competence, and not rudeness and evasion of questions and bringing the situation to a scandal.
The employee working in the information window is obliged to provide information, and not to be rude and assert himself by humiliating the biased attitude of citizens.

Девушка за окошком молоденькая, но такая раздражительная. Всем отвечает грубо, хамовато, крайне неприяная. Приятные впечатления оставила напоследок девушка, которая фотографирует и принимает документы.
Нужной информации на стендах нет. Неужели трудно, просто повесить списки документов?
Что бы попросить список документов надо ждать пол дня!!! А ,после переезда - мрак....
