Well, what can I say, the initially excellent online travel booking service turned into some kind of misunderstanding. I have been traveling around Belarus for a very long time, three or four times a month, and sometimes more often. Always "on good terms" with drivers and operators. It was convenient to order a transaort using the app. Lots of accumulated miles, high rating... But at the end of 2024, something went wrong. I needed a trip on 12/18/2024. I booked it in advance, everything was fine, I received an SMS with the car number, then I looked at the "active" trips to take a screenshot as usual - there were three active trips at once for this time. I decided to cancel and book the trip again so as not to take up "extra" seats... It seems that everything was canceled and I tried to book a flight again, but nothing happened - "the booking time has expired", but I have to go... I asked a relative to take me to Mogilev. It seems like the problem has been solved. But then another fuss started - on the eve of the canceled trip, the "autoinformator" started calling me from the number 743-01-01 and stupidly "kept silent", that is, instead of a robot, I only heard hissing on the line. This went on several times, and eventually I just hung up after 10-15 seconds of silence. And now three weeks have passed - I need a trip again, as I usually book, but I'm on the blacklist. I called the operator, outlined the situation in a nutshell, the employee clarified which non-essential route I was using and said, "Wait, they'll call you." OK, but I've been waiting for the fourth day, I'm using a different number. No one has called back, and traveling is vital for me, unfortunately, there is no alternative to Atlas.... Please solve the problem. Three stars so far, alas.

I read reviews and there are cases when the driver did not even wait for a passenger for a minute or two. And on my flight, with departure at 17-10, a minibus was served only at 17-11. The driver got lost somewhere. People were sitting down for another ten minutes. So they can be late - it's not forbidden. It was cold, water was draining through the windows, and they asked us to at least warm up the cabin. I didn't deign to stop at the gas station to drop people off. But the most important thing is how he drove!!! There are no restrictions, the speed is frenzied, there are no stops on turns in front of the stop sign, flying into oncoming traffic, all holes, bumps, speed bumps flew at the speed of a stinking wind. And as a result: he left very late, but arrived 40 minutes earlier. And why now, after the rise in price, was the landing removed from the "Cookery"? We pay more, but the quality of service is getting worse.
Minsk - Kaunas tickets were purchased on 07.11. The purchase was made on 09.10. Funds were debited, payment confirmation was sent to the email address.
24.10 I discovered on my own that the tickets were not booked. And at the same time, it is already impossible to buy these tickets.
At the moment, we have to buy tickets from another carrier and there is a risk that I will not be able to catch the plane, since only tickets to Vilnius remain, and the flight will take place from Kaunas

They did not offer alternative ways to solve the situation, as I clearly indicated that I needed to leave on these dates and in this particular direction.

You should have a clear understanding that at the moment when your vacation is disrupted because of the Atlas, no one will help you, and no one will provide any comments and compensation
