Great holiday spot, especially for families with children! We're choosing this hotel for our summer holidays for 10 years, never regretted!

We stayed at the hotel for the last 2 weeks of August.
Large, well-maintained territory. We lived in a bungalow. It is comfortable for an adult and two children.
Good nutrition. A large selection. For me, a big plus is delicious ripe fruits (watermelon, melon, pineapple, pear, apple). Strawberries are often used. Everything is replenished on time.
My daughter ate seafood, shrimp, mussels. Everything is delicious.
The only negative is the beach. It is a very narrow strip, the entrance to the sea is rocky, it is especially not pleasant, it hurts to go out. I had to buy swimming slippers. There are huge rocks in the water that you hit with your feet. After complaints about the rocks on the shore, the beach was cleaned. Some of the stones were removed. It became more comfortable. There are a lot of sun beds, but at 8 a.m., almost 80 percent are occupied. But you can find a sunbed at any time. Fruits on the beach, ice cream, and 3 types of tortillas are available all day. Each umbrella has a QR code, you can order drinks, nuts or chips. The staff is friendly. They solve all issues instantly.

The best hotel I've been to (from Cuba to Japan). Excellent service, varied meals, a great assistant system.
I really liked the shows and concerts.
A large green area, many pools (my favorite is the relaxation pool).
The system of quark codes is perfectly implemented, everything you want is brought to the sunbed / table.
There are 6 a la carte restaurants, we were in Turkish and Japanese, the restaurants are cool, but there is a lot of food! They couldn't physically eat half of it.
Almost all the staff is Russian-speaking, there are no problems with communication.
I definitely recommend it and will definitely come back here.

Vacation in October 2024. One of the best Turkish hotels in terms of service quality, but there are nuances. Everything you read about the hotel is true: great food, quality drinks, attentive waiters and very hospitable staff from the hostel to the cleaners in the rooms. Everything is extremely delicate and unobtrusive. The territory is well maintained, very much attention to detail. A large number of tourists from Europe: Germany, England, Norway, the Netherlands. Russians are 30%. The staff speaks almost all Russian. Of the serious disadvantages, these are shabby worn-out pillows and sagging cheap soft mattresses. On the third day, there was constant pain in the back and neck. They asked to replace it with a harder mattress, they changed it to the same thing. Pillows are generally some kind of trash. If this is a sensitive issue for you, then it might be better to bring a pillow with you. The beach of the hotel will be uncomfortable for those who like sand. There are huge boulders at the entrance to the sea and at the bottom. Sometimes you can get stuck in old elevators. But otherwise a great hotel with excellent service. I recommend.

I WOULD LIKE TO ESPECIALLY MENTION THE MOST BEAUTIFUL RECREATION AREA - A MAGNIFICENT GRASSY LAWN WITH UMBRELLAS, A VARIETY OF CLEAN POOLS, A CHILDREN'S WATER PARK, A CHILDREN'S ROOM WITH EXCELLENT ANIMATORS WHO SPEAK RUSSIAN WELL AND WHERE YOU CAN LEAVE THE CHILDREN FOR A WHILE. FROM THE FIRST DAY, WE WERE ASSIGNED THREE ASSISTANTS - ADINAI, DIANA AND SEZIM - THREE GIRLS FROM KYRGYZSTAN WHO SPEAK RUSSIAN FLUENTLY. THE ONLY THING THE OWNERS OF THE HOTEL NEED TO THINK ABOUT IS TO BAN SMOKING IN THE MAIN RESTAURANT DURING MEALS - WHERE SMALL CHILDREN ARE PRESENT. WE HAD A CASE WHEN SIX YOUNG PEOPLE WHO SPEAK TURKISH SAT DOWN AT THE NEXT TABLE OF THE RESTAURANT AND ALL SIX LIT UP AT ONCE. FOUR SMALL CHILDREN WERE SITTING NEXT TO THE TABLES, THEY DID NOT RESPOND TO MY REQUEST NOT TO SMOKE, SAYING THAT SMOKING WAS NOT PROHIBITED HERE AND THE STAFF COULD NOT INFLUENCE THE SITUATION!
OTHERWISE, EVERYTHING IS FINE. THIS WAS OUR SECOND STAY AT THIS HOTEL AND WE WILL DEFINITELY GO WITH OUR WHOLE FAMILY!!!

During the 10 days of my stay, 1 Russian song((( I do not have enough popular music to dance, sing along. We had a rest in November. Great hotel. The rooms are bright and cozy.We had a room with a sea view. As we wrote below, the hotel uses loxitan cosmetics, which smells pleasantly of lemon) The room has gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, razor and shaving foam, chopsticks, cotton pads, toothbrushes and paste. You don't have to mention slippers and a bathrobe) In short, you can not bring anything with you) A coffee machine with capsules, a kettle and tea, and a full minibar) And like the cherry on the cake in taking care of the guests, a beach bag with the voyage sorgun logo! The rooms were cleaned 3 times a day. Bed linen is provided daily. At some point we put the do not disturb icon) Food.. the food in the restaurant is beyond praise. Every other day it's a themed kitchen, other days it's just international. King prawns, crayfish, all kinds of fish, gorgeous beef, rolls, pasta with seafood and much more. In general, for every taste ) I would like to say separately about desserts. I usually don't like desserts that are made in Turkey (and I'm not talking about baklava, etc.) I'm talking about cakes and pies. So, I don't know who the pastry chef at the hotel is, but the cakes are just a masterpiece. It is really very tasty. By the way, there is a separate counter in the lobby with desserts, macaroons and handmade chocolate) In short, if it were not for the sea and the gym it would be +10kg)))There are several a la carte restaurants on site. We visited the Carino steak restaurant. Well, what can I say..half a kilo of gorgeous steak flew away just like that)))) In addition, you will be served cold and hot snacks, salads, soup, dessert. In general, if you are a meat lover, I definitely recommend you to visit. The hotel grounds are very green. We lived in the main building, but there is a bungalow on site. There are many swimming pools, a water park, a hammam, a gym, a sauna. There are a lot of cats on the territory. Houses have been made for them along the border of the hotel. Cats are all affectionate, well-fed, you can see they are loved and groomed) We have overloaded everyone)))) At the pier you will be met by a red-haired pier attendant who likes to stroke and lie on your sunbed) By the way, take a piece of bread from breakfast, there are a lot of fish on the pier that will gladly feed on bread) The beach is very clean, the sun beds are comfortable, but we liked lying on the pier more. By the way, cocktails are made very tasty not only in the hotel itself, but also on the beach. Every evening, the beach theater hosts performances from circus performances to concerts by local celebrities. Side is about 3km away. We like to walk, so we walked to Side and the old town, but for those who have a hard time there is a bus stop near the hotel. 1 dollar per person and you will be taken. If you need shopping, there is a free bus from the hotel every hour. Special thanks to the girls from the reception escort. We really liked the hotel. And the location, and the sea, and the service. You can take an unlimited number of towels. There is a swimming pool where children are only from +16, it is quiet and you can sleep there) There is a recreation area for children, so they do not interfere with adults' rest. The sunbeds on the umbrellas have a QR code that gets you on the menu and you can order not only drinks, but also hot meals at lunchtime. The food in the restaurant, to be honest, is always not much short of the restaurant. Desserts are a separate song)) The cafe on the ground floor has cakes and ice cream, coffee cocktails, etc.

Excellent hotel, beautiful location, food, service, everything is at a very high level. A chic kids' club, a la carte restaurants are all very high-level, although they are paid. There are small disadvantages - the beach area is not very good, old small fungi and the entrance to the sea is not very good (stones in places) and adult animation for three (weak choice, and orientation towards Turks - of which 90% are in the hotel). The bar is really ultra, a huge line of well-known drinks, cocktails are not top level, but more than tolerable, I preferred drinks in their pure form, and my wife was happy with cocktails. A separate story is the daily concerts, we had a great time, the quality of the invited artists was very pleased. We visited one alyakart Japanese restaurant, got to the show from the chef - there are no words, super. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Great hotel! Positive: the staff who solves all the issues that arise and does it sincerely.
We had a 2-room room, with two children, it was a great decision. A fresh, cozy room with everything you need. Always clean, dry towels in the morning and evening.
A good hair dryer, which is important for girls not to drag their own. The food at the hotel is varied, meat, fish, seafood, pasta, many different dishes on the diet table and even gluten-free dishes. Drinks for every taste: freshly squeezed juices, smoothies, soda, high-quality alcohol. The sea is amazing, especially early in the morning :)) I recommend to relax on the pier, which we did the whole vacation. To take a mask and watch the fish, in the morning it comes out especially well.
There are also incredibly delicious desserts on site, having a cup of tea with one of them is a special kind of pleasure.
There are swimming pools, a water park, attractions, and a kids club for children.
I personally did not note any disadvantages.
I recommend it!

A wonderful hotel. Friendly staff, very fast service, delicious food. Even in October it was warm and the sea was warm too. The beach is rocky, the bottom is also rocky. This place is amazingly conveniently located.
There is an opportunity to relax with children, there are various entertainment options for children of different ages.
The pools are surprisingly logically arranged, taking into account the growth of the kids.
There is a magnificent forest around, and for those who like hiking there are unique walls of the old town, which offer a breathtaking view of the sea.
The staff was extremely correct and the guests did not have to wait for help - all the actions of the staff were carried out quickly and efficiently.
There was no crowding - the area is sufficient for all guests.
Tennis, bowling, volleyball - everything is nearby.
Concerts, pleasant entertainment - regularly gathered vacationers and did not let them get bored.
There were 7 of us - 5 adults and two small children, 4 and 6 years old.
We had a lot of fun.

The hotel has sunk into the very heart, met and exceeded expectations, although there were some doubts before the trip.
We have been to higher-level hotels, but for some reason I really want to return here.
We had a rest in late April-early May. I was lucky with the weather. It's warm and sunny, although it rained one day.
The food is excellent! Fish, meat of different types – everything is always delicious cooked. There is a corner with Hipp canned food for babies, there are simple dishes that can be fed to small children: boiled buckwheat, rice, porridges of 2 types, mashed potatoes, boiled broccoli and cauliflower, cutlets. You can ask to cook, for example, chicken soup, although we did not use this option - we always found something from the availability.
We had a great time at the Alaskan restaurants – Greek and meat. Very tasty! But it's a bit difficult with nutrition for children there)
And what a pastry shop – mmm. It's hard to stop😄
The kids' club is good, the kids are always passionate about something.
The pools are not heated, but they are not icy, as happens in other hotels. Invigorating, but children of all ages swim without problems.
The territory of the hotel is, of course, a delight. The air is so delicious, it's so nice to walk along the paths between the gorgeous trees.💚
The evening shows are of a very good level, we were happy to attend.
I would like to mention the wellness concept separately! Lots of sports activities: yoga, aqua cycle, Kangoo jumps and others! It was the first time I had such an active time, and it was a delight! The coaches are just a cannon, the training is very incendiary and driving, the people are delighted🤩

We came to this hotel by accident, at the invitation of friends and did not regret it. The service is excellent, the staff is very friendly. The food is varied, except that there were rarely seafood. The hotel is managed by Riksos management and belongs to the Turkish Minister of Tourism, as it turned out. The price tag is absolutely adequate, for the same money we were in Egypt in March with indistinct food and local alcohol. By the way, alcohol is an additional plus, Italian and French wine is served on the beach, in bars and everywhere, which is not even in Phaselis. In the main building there is a good pastry shop and a delicious chocolatier, handmade Belgian chocolate. There is also a 24-hour restaurant, it is ignored, but in vain, if you like mutton, it is there. A la card, we recommend Greek, music, dancing, fun and atmospheric! There are two piers on the beach, we were there all the time, but we have to occupy it early. The umbrella has a barcode with a menu, wine, drinks, everything is brought quickly, cocktails are delicious, be sure to try. The pier has a lot of fish like in Egypt, you can feed them. The shows are high-quality. In five minutes by taxi there is a shopping center and an outlet there are good things, brands. The kids' club was highly praised. In bad weather, the pool behind the main building was protected from the wind, very green, pine trees. In general, we were very satisfied. And here's another thing, our Lyuba works in the main restaurant on the right line, the pies are just awesome. Have a nice rest.

We liked the hotel, upon arrival we were assigned a personal consultant, there was always a girl in touch with us, solved all issues. The staff is very helpful and polite, they always came forward if they asked for something...very beautiful territory, everything is well maintained and fresh, clean. The pools are clean, there are plenty of sun beds, towels are always available. There are a lot of children, it's just a paradise for them...they rush around the territory, splash in the pools, there are a lot of delicious things: fruits, chocolate, pastries, ice cream. Nutrition is just a separate story...a chic restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the choice of everything in the world is simply incomparable, there is a shelf full of sweets, as well as fruits, sauces, olives, herbs, meat, fish, etc...weight gains instantly, as there is no willpower to give up delicious food...a separate love... for baklava and coffee...for me, the most delicious sweet was.

A wonderful hotel with excellent service. The always friendly staff (mostly Russian-speaking) is ready to solve all the problems of the guests as soon as possible. The quality of the food is excellent, the choice is decent, especially for meat dishes. There are always two or three types of fish on the table. Seasonal fruits, a huge amount of sweets, rolls and even occasionally dumplings and pies! In my opinion, there is not enough seafood, but this is not critical. Alcohol is of high quality. By numbers: we had a main building with a sea view. It feels like they cleaned 2-3 times a day! This is a nice bonus to your vacation.

Great service! A wonderful location - a pine forest and a wonderful beach! High-quality food and alcohol! Delicious cakes and chocolate! Great hotel!
Your vacation starts with a personal guide meeting you at the reception and offering you a glass of sparkling wine and fruits).
There is a lot of greenery on the territory of the hotel, mainly coniferous trees, in which birds live. And lots and lots of cats).
We occupied a two-room room in a bungalow. The houses are very well located: all the necessary locations are nearby and at the same time far from the noise.
We had three guides who are in touch from morning to evening (at night, if you need anything, contact the reception). They responded to our requests instantly: book a car, replenish the minibar - everything was done in a matter of minutes.
The Turkish service, of course, is beyond praise. We were especially pleased with the QR codes near each sunbed on any of the pools. You point the camera and go to the bar menu, make an order and they bring you drinks and snacks to the sunbed. The children drank countless cocktails and ice lattes).
The staff speaks Russian, everyone is VERY friendly and wants to help as much as possible and make your stay better.
We were on Orthodox Easter and in a large restaurant we organized a table with cakes and colored eggs, it was nice.
The food is varied and everything is delicious.
It's great that there are several pools on the territory, including adult-only ones, and Relax. We spent most of our time in Relax, it's beautiful and quiet there.
Our check-out was late, and at the reception we were offered to leave the room at 12.00 and spend a few hours in the reserve. We agreed with pleasure and were very satisfied, because we had the opportunity to take a shower after the sea, and relax before the plane, and not sit with suitcases on the couch in the lobby and wait for the bus).
Summarizing: We liked EVERYTHING! When you want to relax in this region of Turkey again, we will definitely come only to Royal Sorgun!

A wonderful hotel. Attentive and friendly staff. Good cuisine, good alcohol. We had a rest together with my husband in this beautiful hotel in early October. The hotel definitely deserves your attention! We lived in a bungalow on the second floor. The room is very quiet, and there are pine trees and birdsong outside the window💔

Service: 5: Throughout the day, you can contact your personal attendants for any question, the service in the catering areas is excellent. They clean well twice a day, change towels, replenish the minibar, cosmetics, etc.
Meals: 4++ (I take off half a point for the "Mexican" days, when all the dishes are very spicy). A pastry shop with a large assortment of beautiful cakes, although you won't please everyone. Food and drinks are available around the clock and everywhere, the Menu by QR code is a separate respect. You don't have time to get hungry. Cocktails on the beach and in pool bars are inferior to those in the lobby and reception primarily in terms of alcohol content. The main restaurant has a children's menu, canned food, and a blender. There's even buckwheat - I'm shocked. If a child needs to do something without sauces, it is solved with one request.
Beach: 4. Everything would be fine, but the beach is dirty. It does not compare with Cleopatra Beach, where the sand under the cigarette butts is not visible, but nevertheless. The coastline is small, it would be quite possible to pass once a day with a sieve, especially now special equipment is available. A very inconvenient entrance on the left side of the bar, a lot of stones. But it's a pleasure to come in from the pier.
Pools: 4++. There is a very unobtrusive smell of reagents, the water is clean and very warm. It is worse in children's pools, in places the bottom is slippery and there is sand. The wonderful pool in the shade of the trees is supposedly cleaned more often than others and there is more chlorine in it, probably because of the vegetation around and everything that gets into the pool. But spending time there is a special pleasure. There is a water park with 6 slides.
Children: 5. For children from 4 years old there are different programs, including active games, drawing, creating crafts, a cinema with cartoons, they take them to attractions, there is a small playground behind a fence, from where the cub will not escape. The rooms of the kinderclub are large and clean. The girls are all very nice. There is a supervision service for children under 4 years old (20 euros/hour). A cot is installed in the room, you can ask for a baby monitor, a potty / toilet seat, strollers and strollers with cradles. Diapers are provided for the pool. Bottles can be sterilized in the lobby.
Territory: 5. Large, shady area. There are pine trees and lawns around. They are treated against insects, there are no problems with mosquitoes.

We stopped at the hotel late at about 24:00, we were tired after the road, but when we were met there was a feeling of comfort and care on the part of the staff (thanks to the personal assistants), it was expressed as follows: we were very promptly accommodated, while the assistant was very quickly and clearly told all the questions we were interested in, everything is just about the case, to me I definitely liked it. The food is varied, everything is very tasty. On the first day, when I came to the restaurant, I asked to show where I could get porridge for a child, a cook passed by (yes, they occasionally visit the hall here) and he himself led us around the hall and showed us what and where he was. Near each sunbed there are cuar codes with the menu of the bar and restaurant, everything is brought immediately to the place, very convenient. Every evening there were performances, we went with pleasure (circus, singers, dance shows). The room is clean, cleaning and changing of towels every day, in the evening they additionally prepare the room for bedtime. The only moment is a small but cozy beach. I can't say anything bad. As I wrote at the beginning, one of the best hotels. To the question, I would have come here again, definitely - YES!

This is my favorite hotel now! I subscribe to all the positive reviews! The service is great! A lot of activities for children and adults: yoga, yoga in hammocks, cycling, water aerobics (several types), zumba, darts, bouncers for children, bocce and much more. After lunch, there is a small lunapark for kids near the reception. At the entrance, you install the hotel's application, where you can see all the entertainment for the day, the opening hours of restaurants, gym, etc. Very convenient. And the territory is generally a separate topic, very green, at least you can eat the air with a spoon. We really liked everything, we don't want to leave

An excellent representative of a well-known hotel chain, we were from 29:04 to 08:05, with my wife and child of 7 years, I liked everything, from the bungalow located at an equal distance from activities, the sea, restaurants, very green and large territory, 24/7 food, imported alcohol, bottled beer, different cuisine every day, chicken soup and borscht were made for the child on request, special thanks to the team of assistants in the chat, all wishes were fulfilled within a few minutes (changing the room category, extending the room for 5 hours on the day of departure, fruits and wine in the room every evening), animation and evening shows are on top, there is even a nutritionist.

I didn't notice any disadvantages. I had a rest in the Sorgun 3rd Voyage and it's getting better and better. I plan to go next year. The service is perfect, everyone is smiling, as if they were waiting for me. They are cleaned daily, very efficiently. The food is amazing, for every taste, no one will stay hungry. Meat, fish, shrimp, even very tasty dumplings, pasta of several types, fruits, ice cream, whatever your heart desires. 3 assistants of girls are assigned to each room to help solve any issues. You can sunbathe on the grass, you can by the sea. Waiters run tirelessly serving cocktails, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. In short, a dream, not a vacation. I recommend it!

We were at the hotel in the middle of May. I liked everything very much. Delicious food in all bars and restaurants. There is an excellent 24-hour restaurant, Cuisin 24/7. The food and drinks are varied and very tasty, with the exception of coffee. I did not find any coffee in any cafe or restaurant of the hotel that I would like. Gorgeous animation-live concerts, circus, ice circus, theatrical performances, various sports events throughout the day. Upon arrival, they are greeted with champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries), they give two personal assistants, who from 8 a.m. until very late in the evening (I don't remember exactly how long) can answer all questions. I got sick and the help of the assistants was very necessary and pleasant, we were offered to buy and bring all the necessary medicines to the room, which was very convenient! We lived in the main building overlooking the relax pool and the forest, it was very quiet. The room has everything you need, shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner, body lotion and Loxitan soap.
In general, this is still the best hotel I have been to, but it is also more expensive than the others where I have been, by 16-20 percent - previously we were at Alva Donna Exclusive, Bellis deluxe, Sherwood exclusive Kemer), I can say with confidence that the hotel is worth this overpayment.

A very nice hotel. I've been there 2 times already.
The food is good from morning to morning, without breaks. Chocolate, ice cream, cakes, credit. Alcohol is imported. The whole area is in the forest. Peace and quiet. There is a pier and an 18+ swimming pool, really children are not allowed with their parents. The beach is clean, the entry into the sea is average, there are many large stones. The Internet (wifi) is stable everywhere. There are a lot of sun beds on the beach, lawns and pools, there are free ones at any time.

We had a vacation in May, a family with a teenager and an infant. We were satisfied. A clean, well-groomed green area with pine and flowering trees, a lawn with the softest grass. The sea is nearby, the food is excellent, convenient, the system of quarcodes - you can order drinks and snacks from the application anywhere. Everything is free except tennis. There is a system of assistants (including Russian speakers) who are always in touch and ready to answer any question and solve any problem you have. All in all, a great vacation.

Very cool hotel, super service, now our favorite hotel. Delicious food, attentive staff, expensive drinks and a huge assortment. A chic evening program, an unusually large distance between umbrellas (about 3 meters). Two piers, one of them is 16+. Cool water park with big slides. Awesome pastry shop. 4 pools: one of them is relaxation, the second is for children, the third is normal, the fourth is for all kinds of activities and shows. Take as many towels as you want without any cards, for children free diapers- panties to the pool, as well as strollers and mini sun beds. We lived in a bungalow on the 2nd floor. 5226. Everything is very cool, you will not regret if you choose Voyage Sorgun in Side.

The hotel is super! Everything is decent. The rooms are clean and modern. And the service is generally at the level of fiction. A personal manager is attached to each number.
