Good afternoon, we came for a weekend lunch with our family at the Paul restaurant on the international, we did not spend a worse lunch in establishments. We sat down at the table, asked for water, which was not brought until the end of lunch, the dishes that we chose were confused by the waiter, something was brought, something was not, one dish was brought that we did not order, but we took it because we carried all the dishes for a very long time, within 15 minutes it turned out that one of the disheswhich we ordered simply refused to do in the kitchen why we were not immediately told about it,we were very hungry, the kids started acting up, we decided to leave and asked to put the remaining dishes with us, as a result it turned out that they did not start cooking hot after an hour, they put only a salad, which we waited for minutes 40 , Greek salad, well, how so in general. We were constantly approached by different waiters, which is probably why there was no clear picture of the order and the deadline for its issuance. A very bad impression, they left hungry, in a bad mood and wasted time. I do not recommend it as a restaurant!

the place itself is cozy, the drinks pleased, as well as the staff. however, I was not pleased with the kitchen: the food is simply dry, does not cut with a knife and it is impossible to even bite. the taste combinations were not pleasant, but this already applies to the menu. in general, for the sake of baking and drinks, you can and should go in, but I do not recommend stopping to try something from the menu.

I myself, an entrepreneur, have never written reviews, but it hurts to see how the owner invested a lot of money in the interior, menu, dishes, rent in the city center, thinks why there are few customers, but everything rests on service.
My situation is, they came with a small child, made an order, no one offered a high chair, although two high chairs are idle. A maximum of 4 tables are occupied in the hall. 20 minutes after ordering, the waiter came up and said there was no fish (we ordered white fish), did not apologize, did not offer anything in return, there was just no fish, chose another dish. 40 minutes after the order, the order was brought to me, 10 minutes later the order was delivered to my wife. I ate my portion and put the plate on the edge of the table. A bunch of waiters (I counted 6 people) we were standing near the bar, someone was talking to each other, someone was on the phone, someone was obviously talking to a friend who came to visit. As a result, my plate was taken away after 10 minutes, although I tried several times to catch the waiter's eye to order desserts.
We ordered desserts. I asked the waiter several times about hot chocolate, and asked my wife what you would like, she said Americano. As a result, the waiter brought me an Americano, and my wife hot chocolate, it is clear that you can just swap the cups, but this is part of the service, if there were a lot of people in the hall or there were not enough waiters, I would understand, but when they walk in a bunch after each other - this is a clear violation of quality and service standards!
Food: in general, the food is normal, although the portion of spaghetti was small. The croissant is lying down, although they are positioned as a bakery.
