We wanted to drink tea with cakes in the evening and went to this place. We ordered a teapot of 660 ml black tea and four cakes. I was very surprised when 1 tea bag was brought for such a volume of the kettle, but the waiter assured me that the tea would brew perfectly. The water in the kettle cooled down, the tea did not brew properly, the waiter was called, who took the kettle and added boiling water, as a result, the tea would have been stretched to green in color.
But the "hit" of the evening was a basket with rotten cherries! Putting a piece of cake in my mouth, I just felt the taste of rot. It is unclear where the pastry chefs are looking at this institution. Regulatory authorities should pay attention to this institution. It is not known what other "delicacies" they feed visitors

Bread is like rubber. The waiters don't know anything. They wipe the smelly table with a rag, it is impossible to sit. Coffee is not coffee, but cocoa in small cups. Their pancakes with chicken, mushrooms and egg are the best that a Saturday morning in the city center could give. The taste buds just screamed with delight.
But.
They also ordered coffee, which they asked to bring with the food. As a result, the dish is eaten, 10 minutes have passed, but there is still no coffee. The waiter allows himself to talk to other waiters at the counter, go to the kitchen, take new orders while my coffee, made by the barista, cools down on the counter.
There are 2 unshakable rules in establishments about speed, drinks and a bill must be brought immediately.
We didn't get the bill after 15 minutes of asking for it. It was only our bodies that rose and began to dress that brought another waiter to his senses, who deigned to calculate us.
Paul, don't do that.
When you come to breakfast in the morning, you want to move on with business faster, and not languish waiting for coffee to eat and bills.

As in all establishments in Minsk, the main problem is the staff. The waiters run up and take away another half-full cup of espresso. To order espresso lungo is a separate quest, they run to do it at the bar in another room, there are misunderstandings, they run back to ask again. Any dish, even if it is a cold appetizer, will take a very long time to cook. There are often no items on the menu or in the wine list, you will find out from this directly by making an order, and not in advance.
The establishment is saved only by good pastries.

Many years ago, when we came to Minsk for the first time, it was our first institution that we visited. Since then, every time we come to the capital of the fraternal republic, our family does not change itself and goes to this wonderful place with very tasty baguettes, sweets, fresh fruits and atmosphere. Great location, great cuisine. We have been to Paul in many countries, and Minsk is still one of the best in our opinion. Thank you and see you soon!

We went in for breakfast in the morning to eat fresh croissants. It turns out that this "French" institution with a long history does not even know what real croissants should be. They brought a stale dry bread in the form of a croissant, I returned it. The receptionist came up, but only to say that she, the receptionist, was confident in the freshness and quality of the croissant. It wasn't redone, but it was included in the bill. The waiters are scattered, I ordered water, it wasn't even brought. The food is average, but this place has nothing to do with the cuisine of France. The management is advised to take the bakers to France to gain cooking experience. We will not return and will recommend not to come here.

I visited the restaurant with my friends on June 13 in the evening, sat down, and waited for the waiter. It took 10, 20, at 25 minutes, at our second request, a guy came up to us and brought the menu to one of the 3 people, left. Then a girl came up and, at our request, brought the remaining menus. If they served the way they take the drinks, there would be no price. It seems that half of the staff is not interested in high-quality customer service at all.
I was on the same network in Moscow for breakfast - much better.

I took coffee with me. The staff themselves don't seem to really understand how to work. Everyone is running, fussing. But the order was accepted after waiting. I took Raf's coffee, I liked it here. It is not bitter, the cream was not diluted with milk, which is very good. The coffee is delicious, I liked it. 7p is the average price. Overall, I would come back, the location is very convenient and everything is fine.

I took a salmon sandwich and mushroom soup for breakfast today. The sandwich was wonderful, but the soup is just empty goo without anything. There was one sprig of some kind of roslin and that was it... Just an empty soup. I didn't understand what I gave 14 rubles for.

I went to the checkout to make an order and eat on the spot - they said that if I was there, then I had to be at a table and wait for service. 6 waiters, 0 occupied tables - did not come within 10 minutes. I still ordered at the checkout.
