Completely unfriendly staff. There was a dog lying outside the door that wanted to drink very much. No one brought her water. My mom got some water and watered the dog.
And when I asked the waiters for help to charge the phone, at least a little bit, to extend the car rental in the phone app, the guys laughed and said that they had neither chargers nor phones.
Fortunately, there is a Chalet next to them, in which I found a local "take charge".

I went to this cafe twice and waited for the waiter at the table for a long time (at the checkout you can't even punch and get coffee in a cup to drink calmly and with pleasure at a table in the hall)! The first time I didn't wait and left: 40 minutes of waiting and not a single waiter)!
The second time, after a useless wait, he went to the cash register, showed his table, explained that the waiter had not come up and asked for coffee in a cup! I paid for it! I got it in a container with me, refused and returned the money through the manager! ..
While I was writing a review, the waiters walked past the tables and did not stop, even the menu did not bring!!!
The manager prefers to drive the Client away so that they don't come any more than to clean up the service!!!

1) refused to provide a book menu to place an order (although they had more than 5 such menus at the checkout)
2) when the order was made, I did not punch it at the checkout and go to fulfill the order, instead I was busy with myself and my chatter
3) the order made a second time at the table was also not served (we sat, waited for coffee with an empty room for more than 10 minutes)
4) when asked to bring a book of Reviews, they also did not bring it. At the entrance to the specified table earlier, there was neither a book of Reviews, nor an employee whose area of responsibility it is
The mood was spoiled by poor-quality service and chatty, uncaring staff of the institution.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place!
The food is delicious, and the service sometimes fails. It takes a long time to wait for food, it is brought in a strange order.
The prices are high, but the norms for an institution on the mountain
It seems like a decent-looking place. The coffee is not rubbish, like the neighbors, but so-so. But it wouldn't hurt to clean the toilet more often.

I am very disappointed in this institution, or rather in the staff, who disdain visitors who come in a good mood to try something new, but instead get disappointed.
I am extremely surprised that there are such personnel in Almaty, because it is in your interest to serve the visitor competently in order to do your JOB and leave a good impression on visitors so that in the future they will come to you again.
The situation lies precisely in the service, if you (the waiter) are in a bad mood in the morning, go to the mirror, wash your face and smile, do not let your cockroaches out.
An elderly man came to you, who sees very poorly, and also with his family. And you say in a peculiar tone that you actually have an electronic menu!? What, the family needs to read out the entire menu item by item so that he can decide!?
But imagine that your grandfather or grandmother will come to such an institution and treat them like this, how will you react? Probably like me, if not worse, but believe me, if it were possible, I would describe even more eloquently what I think of you.
If it is difficult to bring the menu in paper form, then quit and go to the janitors, because physical activity is good for the brain and wakefulness. If you really have the strength to deliver the menu, and then take the order, do it competently, because you are trained in this and you have experience.
I once encountered such an attitude when, because of the simple appearance of me and my friends, we were also "accepted", if you think that a person somehow does not look like that, then these are purely your problems and they should not be reflected at work.
You have a lot of unhappy comments, believe me, I have the opportunity to bring down your rating, but I would not like to do this, still there is faith that people will become kinder to each other.
I am also an annual guest of this beautiful and hospitable city, at the first opportunity I will visit your institution, I hope for a warm welcome.
