I have mixed feelings about the work of this organization. It was necessary to clean the computers from dust, apply thermal paste, connect a video card, install an antivirus and do some other small things. The master arrived on time, satisfied my requests, except that he broke one of the cooler mounts when he put it back after applying thermal paste. When my son returned home, he saw that the cooler was just lying on the video card and was not fixed. I was unpleasantly surprised by the prices, but to be honest, I do not know the prices in this market. Installing an antivirus for November 2024 on one computer costs 40 rubles, cleaning the computer from dust and replacing thermal paste costs 50 rubles... I will not recommend this service to friends and acquaintances

This "ORGANIZATION" has been fooling us for a week! 04/6/2025 the TV was taken away for repair. The next day, they made a diagnosis and told me what needed to be replaced. I call them on Wednesday and the foreman says he's not in the office right now and will call me back in the evening (he still hasn't called back). The next day, I call him, and he says, "Your TV is ready today or tomorrow." On Friday, I'm waiting for the TV, I call again, he says I'll download it in 15-20 minutes and I'll be with you! It takes 5 minutes for him to call back and say that I made a mistake with your TV for diagnosis (like a complex model) and again tomorrow or the day after tomorrow we will bring it to you. I call on Sunday, they tell me that the matrix is not dry, they will not bring it today! On Monday, the power supply does not work on the TV, "They are finding out the reason," on Tuesday, he tells me that they cannot make it and will refund the prepayment. My request to give me a certificate of the work done was refused and he didn't do anything in it at all (the TV stood stupidly for a week with them and no work was done)

Then he stopped answering the phone. I didn't give you a receipt for my work, and I didn't fill out any receipts.
I consider such work with clients unacceptable for an officially operating organization.

I am very pleased with the work of this service, on the advice of friends, I gave the TV for repair, since other workshops refused to even take up repairs, since I have a small child, the guys came themselves made the diagnosis and took it to the workshop and also delivered it back, for which they are especially grateful!Repaired quickly, without unnecessary questions, now everything is lit and glowing) Definitely, if necessary, I will contact only this service!

The master could not determine from the lg40uf771v TV model that the screen was not curved, put up a huge price tag for a TV with a curved screen, and was rude.
The appeal was made on 02.12.2024 in the Viber messenger, where a photo of the TV and the model were sent, in response I received incorrect, unprofessional and mocking answers, my correspondence is saved

I was extremely dissatisfied with this organization. Firstly, they took 30 rubles, as if for further repair (diagnostics) of the PC, while they did not issue a receipt. Although they write on the website, diagnostics is free. Then they will do everything within 1 day. As a result, they themselves could not fix the problem, they transferred the system unit to another person (without my knowledge) and with the expectation of diagnosis for at least 2 more days. Further, after installing the new component I bought, they demanded another 90 rubles for the work of the assembled system unit, dust cleaning, replacement of thermal paste on the processor, a total of 120 rubles, of course, all without checks for the work done. The paperwork for equipment repairs is still getting worse. The receipt for the delivery of equipment does not indicate what is in the PC (just the system unit), no seals, no full name of the person who accepts the equipment for repair, addresses and the name of the organization! After replacing the component, they did not give either a receipt for the work done or a receipt for accepting cash.
