In the office, the entire process of signing the contract and the acceptance certificate took no more than 15 minutes. The contract is drawn up clearly and competently. It is possible to prepay remotely and pay rent for the entire period in the office with a MIR card. The car was provided in the best possible condition: clean inside and out, in excellent condition. The employee recalled the main points of driving a car and even drew attention to some features of traffic regulations in Belarus. It was very helpful. In general, a good company. But the cars are not all in good condition. They took a Nissan Almira black 2017 for 5 days, as a result, they returned it two days later, because the revs jumped, the automatic transmission kicked and eventually stalled while standing still. I liked the car itself, it's big inside and it's very comfortable to drive. As a result, we were changed to a 2019 Lada Granta mechanic. It was almost as good as new, but the handbrake did not work and the air conditioner was not refueled at all. Honestly, I thought we would die in the heat to ride, I was really waiting for the moment to hand over this car. And it's very small inside, except for the trunk. But the company itself and its employees are doing well.

We quickly got in touch, described the available cars, we immediately drove up and paid for everything. The next day, at the appointed time, the black Evog was waiting in the same place. The car was handed over a little later than expected and there was less fuel than there was. They didn't charge us any extra, which was very nice. I contacted the company in advance to book a 2021 Polo car for the dates I needed, the manager requested documents, sent a link for prepayment.
The day before the car was issued, I got in touch, we discussed the time of issue.
I arrived at the appointed time, the contract was immediately prepared, the manager escorted me to the car, we conducted an inspection together, after reading bad reviews, I filmed all the nuances on video, the manager simultaneously noted all the nuances in the acceptance certificate, did not object, there were nuances that I did not notice myself, the manager noted everything on his own.
The car was in excellent condition, we drove 680 km, there were no nuances.
On the day of the return, I drove up to the office, gave the documents, an inspection was carried out with the manager, the inspection took 3 minutes, no one was looking for fake scratches, did not find fault (I took the car dirty, returned it dirty, no one took money for the sink), the entire deposit was returned without problems. The delivery of the car lasted no more than 5 minutes.
Bottom line: No one will smile at you here, everything is fast and clear, "bandits from the 90s" as many write - there is no such thing, the company has a high workload, a large fleet and a large number of customers.
The contract is transparent, the terms of the rent are clear and simple.

I have already used the services of this campaign several times, but the latest rental experience has crossed out all future intentions to ever contact the Maya Bee.
I took a Toyota Solara. We agreed on a price of 150 rubles per day in advance for 10 days and asked to make a partial prepayment, as I did, during an absolutely non-customer-oriented telephone conversation, where you feel that you already owe this company simply because you called them (discomfort in communication, no customer orientation, rudeness)
When I came to pick up the car, it turned out that it already costs 170 rubles a day, the office said that the dollar had risen, so the price changed dramatically, and it was necessary to make a full prepayment, kaaak, if you didn't say that ???, that is, I found out about it in fact. I wonder if the dollar is falling, do they also sharply reduce car rental prices?
Even more interesting, after driving out of town, we miraculously discovered that both seat belts in the car do not work from the word at all!!!! That is, the Anthem of the Maya Bee, take a car from us - die on the road!!
To the comment on the return, we were answered, "yes, the belts do not work, what can we do"!!
Is this even normal?? According to traffic regulations, can you tell me? We were driving along highway 120 and it turns out the belts didn't work!!

Upon returning the car to the office, two people flew out at once, and started looking for scratches on the move, it was immediately noticeable - the goal was to gobble up money for damage, and what do you think, fortunately I did not see the entire car before renting, I was told that I smashed the bumper, where even a thread sticks out😅😅🤣
And three times they still found a micro scratch on the hollowed-out bumper, from all sides and made them pay 100 rubles for polishing it (let me remind you of the broken bumper).

The company does not know the word "customer orientation" at all. We booked a car about 3 weeks before arrival, as a result, unforeseen circumstances arose during the day for which we could not rent a car, I politely wrote about it in the telegram chat. And now it's the May holidays and it's clear that they will rent this car to another person in about 30 minutes!!!)))
Payment was made through the website, the operation was stupid as a transfer to someone there on the card (65 bin). They do not conclude any agreement on prepayment, they probably need to take their word for it) they also do not have any warnings about non-refundable collateral…
So, my message (the day before arrival) was answered that the deposit was NOT REFUNDED. Convenient, isn't it? They took money from me for nothing, so they will also rent the same car to another person in 5 seconds.
I politely informed them that it was at least ugly and not customer-oriented to do so, since there was no question of non-repayment of money, to which they began to THREATEN me with some fictional article)))) in general, they made me laugh, but they also spoiled my mood by taking my money away from me.
Disgusting company, louts, most likely also a deposit (10,000 rubles) they won't give you back, lovers of hanging out in public!
By the way, there is one name from the "car" there. Bucket on wheels, everything is scratched and dented, and then they probably make you pay for scratches)

It is not possible to rent a car without additional expenses. Always overpay inadequate amounts. It's expensive for a run, expensive for a car wash. If someone happens to contact them, then be careful when inspecting the car. Because they do not include some defects that you may notice in the inspection sheet. Sometimes motivating that it is not significant damage. When handing over a car, the opposite situation occurs, they point you to the same "insignificant" defect, and say that it did not exist, because it was not included in the inspection sheet. Moreover, the most interesting thing is that this is said by the same person who handed over the car and who accepts it. When this happened again, and already in their other branch, not in Minsk, but in Gomel, then patience ran out ... the leftists "stir up" without blushing. Our organization will not contact this desk anymore. Absolutely not customer-oriented, redneck, not professional employees. We do not advise anyone. Their rating is 100% inflated by these employees themselves. We ourselves will appeal to those who are able and willing to work with regular customers in good faith.

I took a car (Renault Sandero) for 2 days.
I was satisfied, because I managed to do all my business and my head doesn't hurt.
Advantages of the bee:

- I didn't want to give the car back, since all things are solved quickly and easily with it. I've already gotten used to the car in two days.

Budget cars are well-groomed, you can't rent them for cheap.
I was offered a 7-year-old Logan, whose brake lights and left rear dimension did not work, with a non-closing door)
Then I took the Toyota auris, it really writhes, the pillows are opened and glued, the ABS does not work, the stove blows so weakly that even the snow does not melt from the feet, the speedometer is miles away, beaten in a circle all over.
