Payment was made through the website, the operation was stupid as a transfer to someone there on the card (65 bin). They do not conclude any agreement on prepayment, they probably need to take their word for it) they also do not have any warnings about non-refundable collateral…
So, my message (the day before arrival) was answered that the deposit was NOT REFUNDED. Convenient, isn't it? They took money from me for nothing, so they will also rent the same car to another person in 5 seconds.

If someone happens to contact them, then be careful when inspecting the car. Because they do not include some defects that you may notice in the inspection sheet. Sometimes motivating that it is not significant damage. When handing over a car, the opposite situation occurs, they point you to the same "insignificant" defect, and say that it did not exist, because it was not included in the inspection sheet. Moreover, the most interesting thing is that this is said by the same person who handed over the car and who accepts it. When this happened again, and already in their other branch, not in Minsk, but in Gomel, then patience ran out ... the leftists "stir up" without blushing. Our organization will not contact this desk anymore. Absolutely not customer-oriented, redneck, not professional employees. We do not advise anyone. Their rating is 100% inflated by these employees themselves. We ourselves will appeal to those who are able and willing to work with regular customers in good faith.
