My review will be useful for anyone who suddenly decided to contact this company to rent a car, never think of contacting here, stay away and run from this office if you respect yourself and your time. It looks like a trustworthy company, it doesn't even have a bad rating on the Internet, I wouldn't be surprised if the employees themselves write these a la positive reviews. However, the essence of all of them is revealed when you arrive at their office, it's just without words. Background: we called the company in the morning, in order to rent a car for a couple of days, the manager answered the phone and said that there is currently a Lada granta car, 70 Belarusian rubles per day, we were more than satisfied with this option and we agreed. The manager asked our last name, said that's it, the car was left in your last name, they say, come within an hour. In order to make it, we call a taxi and go there as soon as possible. We go into the office, provide the documents and that's where the most interesting thing begins, the girl who signed the contract suddenly finds out that the car that was booked in our name is already booked by other people, the booking system is delightfully arranged, isn't it? Of course, we begin to express our dissatisfaction, how can this be, because we agreed, spent money on a taxi in order to get there in time, who will reimburse us, and so on. and we just meet a boorish attitude on the part of a blonde employee with a short haircut, who, instead of somehow correcting this situation, just says that this can happen (they see this is the norm, think about it), and no one will reimburse us for the money spent on the road, only the employee forgot a little that this is not we are to blame, but they work through one place, the customer orientation of the organization is simply at the highest level! Bravo! And this boorish employee of the year is simple! Realizing that it is useless to talk here, we say that we want to talk with the head, the above-mentioned boorish woman calls him and informs him that such a conflict has arisen between us, well, of course, in a way that is advantageous for yourself, you understand, to which the management simply informs that it will be only in 3 hours and that's it without doing anything at all. The fish rots from the head, so it's not surprising that employees have such an attitude if the management itself doesn't care about its customers. I have never met such an attitude anywhere, this is not an organization - it is one continuous disappointment.

Don't mess around! They cheat on little things. Fines came to me, not only did they throw someone else's fine at me under the guise, if I hadn't checked, I would have paid for another person, so also when it is necessary to pay not in white rubles, they overestimate the amount by 1.5 times, they say we need to withdraw at an unfavorable rate (1.5 times???), although everyone has both Belarusian and Russian cards, it is not clear why money should be withdrawn at all. When I gave the car away, I gave them about the same amount (they didn't have change or what), they didn't even say thank you, and then they want to cheat on a fine. It's not human!

I rented a Cooper. I came to pick up, I made out everything, I paid, I went out to hand over the car, it turned out to be unwashed and very dirty. I had to wait for them to wash it. The car is in such, well, average condition, worn out both technically and cosmetically, but I endured a trip around the country without breakdowns and failures. They called a day before the paid end of the rental period and demanded to return the car. But my calls to come to the adequacy and double-check the deadlines for the delivery of the car called back and said that I had confused everything and that I was urgently either handing over or 100 bucks of the deposit would not be returned :) drive. While driving, they called and apologized, but it was too late :)
I handed over the car, the deposit was returned, I did not wash the car, they accepted it like this. In general, everything is not bad, but this incident spoiled the impression.
