Polite staff. The main building has clean rooms, well renovated. The room has everything you need. Wi-Fi, TV with a large number of paid channels. A wonderful restaurant with a good menu and delicious food. (the only thing that overshadows is that the change in the restaurant is always given out exclusively in loose change).

Of all that can be noted, this room is more or less, the bed is good , the mattress is comfortable, clean. However, the linen was not changed and in three days it was never cleaned. I would like to mention Eugene, the guy is nimble and probably the most intelligent. The food in the restaurant is 50-50, the barbecue is disgusting, the rest is normal. It's a shame to put breakfast and lunch even 2 , 50,000tenge a day could work with food, it's disgusting. It's even worse than in a sanatorium for 12,000tons a day. The beach, garbage wherever possible, steers, bags, bottles, cans, etc. The conclusion is not worth going, the red price is 15,000tons per room.

The rooms are clean, but the bathrobes are torn, the sheets are stained. Cleaning on request. The food is included, but not tasty, monotonous. The restaurant is very expensive. The territory is nice and green. The pool is clean, only heated for children. The beach is ordinary, there are not enough sunbeds, as residents come and occupy it.

I have been to this hotel 2 times. We lived once in a Brigantine, the second time in a junior suite. Basically, the hotel is not bad, the food is good, there is a swimming pool, slides, its own beach. But the rooms are not cleaned, linen and towels are not changed, water is only from the tap, there is no Internet in the rooms, although the website indicates that there is. There is a lot of broken glass both on the beach and underwater, you need to swim in shoes. There are also no trash cans on the beach.

I put three because the hotel has a good territory. So I would safely put 1. The only thing I would like to wish for is a heated pool, in the middle of August the water in it is already icy. The management should calculate this idea, it is clear that it is not cheap.
But .. the location of this hotel can only be called a quiet horror. In addition to the fact that the so-called beach, where it is located along its entire length, has manholes that directly indicate the direction of sewage discharge, there is also a metallurgical enterprise on the opposite shore at a distance of a couple of kilometers, whose pipes smoke as if on their last journey. The surrounding area is perfect for filming a Post-Apocalypse movie. I can't think of any other epithet than horror.
At prices, despite all the charms, the hotel is not cheap, a room in a warm building cost about 45,000 tenge or more than 6,000 rubles. Breakfast... It would be better if they didn't exist.They are nothing, from the word at all. The staff is good, the girls are polite, ready to help at any request

Our route of travel in Kazakhstan passed through Balkhash twice. And if on the way from Astana to Taraz there were still doubts about the choice we had made, then on the way back we were absolutely sure that we wanted to stay here. The city of Balkhash (may its inhabitants forgive me) in late autumn is not the most charming place in Kazakhstan. The road to it is also not yet an autobahn. Therefore, being pretty tired, we were pleasantly surprised by the level of service, the quality of the room and the cuisine of the restaurant. In short, we recommend this place to all travelers who find themselves in Balkhash, a city in the middle of the endless Kazakh steppe on the shore of the turquoise lake of the same name.

There are no questions about the numbers and location. The question for the service is, if this hotel positions itself as a 3-star hotel, then why are there no signs in the rooms like "get out of my place". I understand perfectly well that the complex is large, but a sign would be useful. The strangest thing was that we had to go to the reception desk and ask for my room to be cleaned. This should not be the case in 3-star hotels. I liked everything else. Especially lunches and breakfasts!
