Great staff! Very helpful and polite. The territory is green and well maintained. It is better to take rooms in the winter building. A very tasty restaurant on site. Amazing meat! In Balkhash, this is the only decent place to relax.

Oh, we really liked it, we went this year in August, the room is of course simple, but what a view was from this room right on Lake Balkhash, their food included breakfast and lunch, they were fed very tasty, there were always two first and two second, pastries and fruits and salads, eat as much as you want, everything is fresh. The territory is not large, but very clean and green, well, my son's love is of course their water park, the pool is very large and clean and does not smell of chlorine at all, two large slides and three smaller ones. The beach is very clean, we will definitely come back!

A normal beach. The kid changes 1000 tenge for a k bracelet and the opportunity to lie on a plastic sunbed. The shore is small pebbles, almost sand, the bottom is the same, but closer to the shore there are soaped stones, so the entrance to the water is not comfortable, the exit is also normal.

I guess I can safely say that this is probably one of the best hotels in Balkhash. At least from what was available for booking on our dates. We were unlucky , we got there with an outdoor temperature of +17. , and the water + 16. For children, it was torture to look at the water park and not be able to swim (( in the evening we got to a disco ... well, nothing retro party such "hits of the 2000s". It's probably more fun when it's warm outside!

Kitchen: cooks at the distribution without hats, without gloves, trays are never washed, dishes are also not very well washed.
Out of 12 people, 5 caught an intestinal infection, only adults. The children didn't eat much, so I don't think they got sick.

A disgusting hotel. You can't even call it a hotel. Staff, as a selection (one is more tactless than the other). Now we are resting here, for the second day, and we are already dreaming of going home. For example, right now it's one o'clock in the morning, a company is sitting outside the door, knowing that children are sleeping in the rooms, they behave as if they are alone. There's a guy sitting among them, a bartender or a waiter from the same hotel for a minute. That is, after completing the work, he came here and was heard loudest of all. Is it normal?
Next .... Pools : a separate story. During the day, city guests arrive for the day. There are simply indescribably many of them, there is not enough space. The water is ankle-deep, the children are falling, almost everyone, because it is very slippery. The steps to the slides are in disrepair, until you get up, do you think you'll get there alive? There are no rescuers. In general, no one is watching the pool.
Restaurant: if you can call it that.... The menu was brought to us for 40 minutes, and we waited another hour for the coveted dinner. Instead of baloney pasta, baloney pizza was brought😂🤦🏽♀️ The prices are unrealistically high. And there's nothing to eat.
Karaoke: such a random karaoke advertisement... Yeah, really. There are two tables there that need to be booked a week before arrival🤦🏽♀️ We never got to karaoke, and there is no more doing.
The beach: at least you can see the guys who keep the beach clean. Although they keep an eye on the sun beds more. If necessary, they will bring it. There are no problems with this. The view of the CHP is, of course, in general.
Food : Not worth the money we paid for
Conclusion: this is our first time in Balkhash and our impression is certainly at zero. We're not going back to the garden anymore, that's for sure. The hotel administration needs to be more attentive to the guests and teach the staff respect. The numbers, by the way. I forgot the most important thing 🤦🏽♀️ Triple room with two pillows🤣👍 Barely achieved 3 sets of bed linen. Our room was not cleaned upon check-in, there was sand on the floor, the bed was rumpled, it was clear that someone was lying, there was a bucket full of garbage in the bathroom. The answer to the remark was "The room is cleaned, it's clean." We are shocked.
In general, this is the worst place we've ever been. This is the first time I've written such a review, but I can't do it any other way. It's just a waste of money, and zero pleasures.

It's a terrible hotel.
The service is at full zero.
First of all: boorish and not friendly administrators.
Secondly: dirty rooms, as you can see in the photo, this is a dirty pile, apparently left over from previous customers🤦♂️ I have a question for the maids of this hotel, do they change and wash the bed linen at all??
Thirdly: the food and menu of this hotel leaves much to be desired. Porridge for breakfast is tasteless, just water... I'm also silent about the portions ....

Fourthly: wifi did not want to give a password, or rather the password was given, but the password turned out to be incorrect🤦♂️ To the question why is the password not correct? They replied that wifi is not for general use, but only for staff and it is weak. Then I have a question for you, the director of the hotel, then why do you need wifi? If you simply do not want to give access to wifi? The next day after the swearing and scandal, wifi appeared and was given access, and the speed was high.... I concluded for myself that the management simply did not want to give access and pay for the Internet once again...
Dear hotel director, I am contacting you, if you want people to relax and be satisfied, change your service FASTER!
We don't come to your house. We come to rest and pay our money for it, and we demand that there be a service...
I hope that you will improve... if not, then I will NEVER come back to you again.

The rooms are dirty, we were given two pillows for 4 people, when we told the staff, they said the next day only, the maids left. There was water in the room, all things were soaked. The restaurant has disgusting service, you wait 50 minutes, although you ordered dinner at lunch. There is nothing in the bar, there are constant breaks for 20 minutes. We won't go any more.
