Excellent hotel, vacationed in August 2024, arrived earlier, settled in a nice room without extra charges, Wi-Fi is free, catches the truth in the lobby on the ground floor and on the hotel grounds, if you go higher, there is very weak communication on the 5th floor, there are no complaints about the restaurant, everything is very tasty, the waiters are responsive, ask everything do you like it, the tables are quickly cleaned, the sea is gorgeous, the only minus is that everything is constantly occupied, towels are lying and no one is there, the same situation with the pool, it's certainly not very pleasant, well, we found an option at a nearby hotel, there is Wi-Fi for free, in general I put a solid five, I'm in Turkey for the second time, but I liked everything, thank you!!

The food is very meager - the meat dishes are chicken almost all the time. Fruits of the same type are of two types. The air conditioners are not working in the rooms, it's just that something is making noise and chasing the same air. Electricity was cut off twice a week (May, 2025) and at that time the water supply/sewerage system stops working. Elevators periodically get stuck between floors. The safe in the room is not working. The beach is not equipped - you can enter the water only on large pebbles. The Internet inside the restaurant is unavailable. Coffee from the machine can only be poured into a cup with a capacity of less than 100 ml. There are constant queues for food, especially during dinner. In the evening, some kind of market with socks/ underpants / magnets/ perfumes, etc. is organized on the territory of the hotel.

We are currently vacationing with my husband in this hotel on 05/13/2025- 05/21/2025. We paid 110,000 rubles for 9 days and 8 nights.We had no special expectations for this money in the current reality. but! We were happy with everything. I'll write it in order.

We arrived at the hotel at 10 o'clock. We were immediately checked out, put on bracelets and sent to brunch. They also warned that check-in would be no earlier than 12:00. But we didn't care at all, so we changed our clothes and went to the pool.
The rooms.
What was written earlier is true. The rooms are poorly cleaned . But since we only came to the room before dinner to wash up and after that to spend the night, it was also not so important to us.
Meal.
After reading all the reviews, there were no expectations for the food either. But everything is relative, as they say. We never went hungry, even skipped lunch a couple of times. There is absolutely everything (chicken, turkey, beef, fish, a lot of greens, vegetables, fruits (although there were few of them), pasta, rice, potatoes, sweets (their crazy baklava, just gorgeous). Water, juices, ayran, alcohol (we mostly drank beer and gin and tonic). There is a bar on the beach, where you can always drink and eat. There are also gozleme Turkish tortillas. In general, there is always a place to eat .
Territory.
The large territory of the hotel. There is a small aqua park, a zoo, and many pools. If you fly with children, then there is everything for them.
Sea.
The only thing I didn't like was the access to the sea. Tk he's not here. Basically, everyone jumps off the pier. There are no sun beds on the seashore, and there is basically nowhere to put them there. The only negative thing that I would indicate. When you fly to the sea, you want to lie on the sea.
Animation.
I can only appreciate the daytime animation , because my husband and I were already asleep at 22:00. I want to express my gratitude to the guys Jan and Kaan. They are cheerful, sociable, unobtrusive, and smiling . It was very pleasant to communicate with them.
Result.
For this budget and the number of days with current realities, I can definitely give 5 out of 5. There are so many people, so many opinions, and everyone has their own expectations and requests, but if you fly and don't expect much, then this hotel will pleasantly surprise you.

It's a disgusting hotel! The website claims to be family-run, that there is a lunopark, animations, discos and entertainment for children.

Me and 3 children, we chose the hotel precisely so that there would be a lot for children, in fact, there is nothing to do after dinner.
The zoo just looks and walks back and forth.
It rained for 2 days, nothing was done at the hotel to entertain the guests, everyone was sitting downstairs drinking alcohol, and the children were on their phones. We were sitting in the room, and it's small, please note, but it's easier than fishing all over the lobby downstairs.
The food is monotonous, the cleaning is high quality, the audibility in the rooms is terrible! You can hear everyone walking and talking.

Just got back from vacation!!! We had a rest in pemar, what I want to say is, the place is wonderful!!!! There is just a lot of food at every step, drinks are different. The territory of the hotel is super!!! The rooms were cleaned every morning, towels were changed (thanks a lot to the girls for their hard work). All the staff is polite, smiling (thanks for everything). We also really liked the beach. There are sun loungers both by the sea and on the top. The pool is always clean (cleaned every evening). The slides are cool. There are small animals on the territory (you can feed them, pet them). Thank you very much for your hospitality!!! We will definitely come back!!!

Good day! I want to share my impressions about the hotel. We had a rest from September 3 to September 9. Overall, we liked everything. We always fly to relax, not to look for flaws. We lived on the 5th floor with a view of the road and the mosque. At night we slept with kondey and, accordingly, with the door to the balcony closed, so the street noise did not interfere. Personally, it was a little hot for us, kondey didn't really cope, but it's all purely individual. The Internet was everywhere, but the room was very weak. The cleaning was done every day, not very thorough. Dirty towels were put on the floor, and they were always regularly changed.
During our rest, the elevators were working properly, we practically did not see flies. We liked the food, it was delicious, satisfying, varied. The price is quite budgetary, so it's not worth waiting for frills, delicacies, as well as discussing this. The territory is large and well maintained. The beach is pebbly, on the second day we bought corals at the market across the street for $ 10. There seemed to be enough sun beds, the problem with umbrellas from the sun.
I didn't like the situation with beach towels. They can be taken from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., and handed over from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. We arrived at 12.00, respectively, what should we go to the beach with?! We wanted to be offended, but they were given to us in the hammam.
Entertainment in the amphitheater was not particularly liked because of the stuffiness, since it is located in a recess, and I had to sit on concrete.
The disco started at 23.00, we were delighted and had fun.
Would we come to this hotel again? Definitely YES! For such a small price, we liked everything!

There are queues everywhere, toilets with two cabins in the hotel and on the beach. I can't imagine what's going on here during the season. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! What 5 * maximum 3* is a stretch. We traveled with a large company of 8 adults and 4 children, a family with 3 children was given two rooms at different ends of the floor, and when asked to move closer, they said that they would be accommodated on different floors now! The reception is full of boors and don't care! The territory of the hotel is completely unkempt, in a small pool a child injured his foot on a loose tile after a huge scandal, it was closed and renovated. The dishes in the canteen are dirty, the heat is inside!
Animation is actually something that just isn't there! It's boring for kids and adults alike! There was a foam party once in 13 days and that's it. The only consolation is the sea, and that's not the merit of the hotel!!In general, if it weren't for our cheerful company, the rest would have been ruined.

Guys, this is not a 5-star hotel, it pulls at 4 with a stretch, we were from 06/22/24 to 07/01/24. The territory is large, I do not argue cleanly, there are animals, an aqua park in kovychki. The hotel is tired after a light renovation. In 10 days, the bed was changed 1 time, although they write that they change 3 times. You left tips - you won't see swans. The air conditioning system is poor, the hotel is stuffy, it is cool only in the lobby. The elevators were out of order, strangulation, pandemonium, the last 2 days we went to the elevator in another building. Initially, the room was given on the 3rd floor with a view of the trash. After negotiations with the manager and payment of 100 bucks, they settled on the seventh floor with a view of the sea. Do not expect abundance in food in the same way, but you will not stay hungry either. What angered the entrance to the restaurant and at the reception: there is no dress code, they walk in swimsuits, shake fat saggy bellies and cellulite, it is not very pleasant to see this during a meal. And in general, lack of culture. About the sea: big waves, big pebble beach, buy rubber shoes right away. There are + and - in everything. It takes 2 hours to get from the airport to the hotel. There is a paid lunapark for aunts.

At 23.00, the night soup, we waited somehow, but it turned out there was also food, meat, vegetables.... In general, I liked the food for the first few days - red fish was every day, for dinner, for lunch and for dinner, and then disappeared. Fried mackerel, some cutlets, minced meat with vegetables and a lot of chickens in different versions. In general, it is budgetary, but there is something to eat. With worse fruits - apples, oranges, wooden nectarines, sometimes plums, peaches. Yes, watermelons almost every day. Yesterday was the first day of melons. About the room - it's hot, the air conditioners said above the 3rd floor do not work, no, they work, but they are not regulated, now they show 30 degrees. Therefore, as I wrote above, I'm sitting in the lobby, it's cool here. The area is gorgeous, clean, cozy, slides, a beach bar with food and ice cream on schedule. In general, you can live, but not for long. Yes, the water in the bathroom does not pass well until you rinse, already ankle-deep in water. The restaurant has a terrible stench of food, especially burnt mackerel, the hoods do not work. The temperature in the restaurant itself rises above 30 degrees. The air conditioners don't work and you just melt and all your clothes get wet. Queues reach 30-40 people. There are not enough tables, you have to clean up and set yourself anew, because you won't interrogate anyone.
Room cleaning is terrible, in addition to the fact that there is almost no cleaning, so they took away towels from us every day and did not give us new ones, we finally just started hiding towels. There is no desire to run after the beach and look for shower towels on the floors.
One elevator for seven floors. The second one was broken 8 days out of 10. I rode the elevator 5 times in 10 days, then only on foot to the 5th floor.
Bartenders, especially on the beach, they decide what you're going to drink. More precisely, they decide who they pour what to. There is no Ala-Belis for us, but please follow us to the Turks. Elif is a particularly unpleasant barmaid, from the outside you might think that this is her personal bar.

Of course, when you've already got here, you start looking for more advantages, but now I'd probably rather add a few thousand and choose another hotel.

Good afternoon, everyone!We rested at the hotel, which from May 1, 2024 is no longer Pemar, but Armas Pemar resort 5.In principle, we liked everything at the hotel, everything from service to food on solid 4, there are enough sun beds on the beach and by the pool, queues at the restaurant are not very large, you can find a free table.In the rooms, the audibility is moderate, only peacocks and mullahs can be heard from the street when the room is located on the pool.There are mosquito nets on the balconies.We rested from May 11 to May 19, the hotel is undergoing rapid renovation and improvement of the territory, flowers and trees are being planted.I consider the beach bar to be a plus for 24 hours, a disco bar and a dance floor on the beach have been opened, the staff is young and not yet spoiled.While the hotel is being sold at an adequate price, you can take it.There is no tea pair in the rooms, the animation seems to be there, but weak!There is a mini zoo on the territory-a bull, 2 donkeys, goats, geese, roosters and peacocks behind the aviary, rabbits run around the territory!

- a rather shabby material base, a lot of dilapidated rotten wooden buildings on the territory, a dead water park with joints on slides that tear your underpants; a rusty dead luna park -TERRIBLE!!!!!!
- alcohol is strange, but of low quality;
- I paid for a two-room family room, upon arrival I was offered on the ground floor with a view of the road, or a large one (according to the manager -a similar area, but with a view of the pool), I asked for a receipt that I did not mind changing, but when they settled in, the room turned out to be two times smaller.... I overpaid about $ 250 for the air, it turns out....since the flight was difficult - there was no strength to swear - the whole family did not sleep for more than a day.. the staff does not care about your problems at all, eat what you have, as they say)))

The hotel is super! My wife and I liked it. The food is not bad, no one will stay hungry, everyone will find something to eat. The territory is beautiful and large. The sea is beautiful, with waves and fish. The only disadvantage is the seashore. Without sand, in rocks. The animation is fun and active. Come and have a rest)
