I went to the hotel with my son at the end of June 2023. The hotel is specifically for families with children: there are a lot of vegetables and fruits on the table, quite ripe, the child was full. The table is generally excellent: grilled dishes daily, homemade oriental sweets (not hard store-bought), a lot of fermented dairy products, wine, beer, lemonades. There is a separate children's area where the child can take a special plate himself and put in it what he chooses - as an adult. In this area there are dishes from the children's menu and lower tables - the child learns to choose everything for himself. There were a lot of soups, vegetables, olives and other things.
A wide range of entertainment for kids. There was an evening children's animation, but my son just didn't want to go. Trampolines, carousels, ferris wheel (small height) and so on - everything is for kids. Petting zoo - goats, chickens with roosters, tame pigeons, sheep. There are geese and turkeys in the pen, there is a separate pen for peacocks, they periodically spread their tails. The children are delighted!
In front of the main building there is a large area with tables and further - swimming pools. We didn't swim in the pools for our own reasons, so I can't say anything about them. But the water looks clean.
The beach is behind the walking area, private, large pebbles. I didn't see any sand. She couldn't do it without corals, and her son was already swimming and jumping into the water from the pier.
Sun beds are occupied early. Mattresses are periodically sent to the laundry. I wish there were more sun beds and awnings.
The sea is great!
Great hammam! I took my son for 5 years, so he lay on a warm pebble in foam, then went for a massage and passed out for 4 hours! A girl from Kazan and two Russian-speaking guys work in the administration there. You can also pay by transfer. Nihai and Misha are great. Polite guys. If possible, they help to solve minor problems.
The room is clean, the bed linen, mattresses and pillows are good. There is a kettle and a hairdryer.
We were traveling back on an individual transfer, a very polite uncle arrived in a Mercedes minibus with a condom, distributed Wi-Fi. It cost about 7000 for our money, but we didn't collect anyone along the way.
I am very happy with everything, I recommend it!
The most important thing is that my son got tan, rested and had a lot of fun!

We had a rest from October 14th to 24th. The rooms in the hotel are shabby, no cleaning was done for more than 5 days, there is nowhere to go outside the hotel, the dishes in the restaurant are washed badly, half of the hotel was sick with rotovirus, well, it did not affect us. We had a family vacation with children at the end of May and beginning of June 2024.
Which didn't suit me.
1. On the official website of the hotel and on all tourist sites it is indicated that in 2023 the hotel underwent a complete renovation. A complete deception. Renovation involves the complete replacement of engineering plumbing pipes, all plumbing in the rooms, floor coverings, doors and electrics in the rooms.
All plumbing is old, toilets, sinks, bathrooms (not showers) were installed at the time of construction of the hotel 21 years ago, old taps are flowing, the shower head is flowing, the water in the bathroom and sink does not pass well, there is a smell of sewage from clogged old pipes. One day, sewage discharges began to come out of the bathroom drain and filled it by a third. We didn't need this at all on vacation.
The room is equipped with a stationary air conditioning system. But the air conditioner wasn't working at all. The old remote control is attached to the wall and constantly shows only one indicator - Error.
Only one electrical outlet was pulled out of its sockets. The old switches are very tight and do not work well. The lighting is poor when turned on, the room is dark. Old-style lamps. The old lamps are hanging askew. They were probably nailed 21 years ago.
And also incomprehensible paintings are nailed askew.
The floor is old with potholes.
The doors in the room are old, the slopes are swollen from the water.
It is very uncomfortable to be in such a room.
We contacted the reception three times about repairing the air conditioner and replacing the shower head, cleaning the bathroom drain. To no avail. We wrote to the hotel representative, he forwarded the request to the hotel management and only after that they sent the master who fixed it.
2. There is no room cleaning at all.
The windows of the room are dirty, the curtains are not washed and smell of dust.
The floor is not washed, the toilet bowl is not washed, the bathroom is not cleaned, the mirror is not wiped, the garbage is not thrown away, the bed linen is not changed. And they won't provide toilet paper. The question is how. During the stay of 12 days, the cleaner washed the floor 2 times when she was caught in the room and forced to wash the floor.
The cleaner took used towels 4 times out of 12 days and did not present clean towels at all. Each time we went to sort out the reception for this reason.
And after that, towels were brought in half an hour later. But a day later, the whole story was repeating itself.
It's unclear what's the matter. It is very uncomfortable on vacation to make a row about not providing the services we paid for.
I also note that there were swallow nests on the balcony. All this is certainly touching, especially if it is not your balcony. Bird droppings are not cleaned by the cleaner. And heaps of ants are crawling on him. It's unpleasant even to go out on the balcony, let alone dry things.
3. The beach.
It was assumed that the hotel has a wide pebble beach of about 70m equipped with a stationary system of wide sun awnings and sun beds.
Upon arrival, it turned out that the beach as described above does not exist. A 2.5m high makeshift podium was built on the beach from piles of stones and construction scrap and sprinkled with sand. The podium is an engineering structure for the construction of which specialists are required, civil engineers, designers, a calculation of the structure is required taking into account the soils. Everything that was piled up just ruined the beach. The structure is unsafe.
The moment is not far off when the foot of one of the guests will fall through and get stuck between the stones and the guest will get injured. The landscape of the area is also disturbed, as a result, the wind does not blow through the hotel territory, the air does not move. Instead of a system of welded awnings, translucent fungi were installed from which there is no shadow. Thus, it is impossible to be on the beach at noon.
4. The hotel is large but the catering is very poor. 2 of the 4 bars are closed. There are queues of 20-30 people at each counter in the restaurant and bars everywhere. The food is tasteless and monotonous. At the bar, the bartender dares to refuse to provide drinks to the guest, even non-alcoholic ones, depending on his desire. This is generally unacceptable. As a result of the bartender's rudeness and refusal to serve non-alcoholic sprite, they just drank water from the refrigerator. It was our main "drink". (Note: you can drink water at home, and without paying all inclusive).
The dishes are dirty all the plates, glasses, glasses and cups are poorly washed with leftovers and stains from detergent both in the main restaurant and in bars. It is easy to catch a gastrointestinal infection from such dirt. We picked her up. Our first-aid kit with the right set of medicines helped. It is clear that we are not the only ones in this situation.
5. I also note that the elevator in the hotel gets stuck because the old one has been working since the foundation of the hotel.
6. There is a petting zoo on site. Animal droppings are not cleaned by the hotel staff, but are hosed down. Accordingly, the smell in the heat is very strong.
Conclusions.
I do not advise tourists to choose this hotel.
This is not All inclusive, but the loss of vacation time, money and nerves.
I advise the administration of the Armas network to listen to my feedback, analyze the information, turn on the administrative resource, learn how to manage the hotel and make the hotel staff work. It is obvious that employees do not want to work, judging by the behavior of cleaners and bartenders, and it is also puzzling why they are constantly talking on the phone during working hours instead of performing their duties. At the moment, the work of the staff is unsatisfactory.

Thanks! The pool is clean, interesting in shape and long enough for swimming. No one is interfering. Peacocks are lively and bright standing next to the pool with fluffed tails. Beauty! The hammam is pleasant, warm, clean. You can walk to the beach in 3-5 minutes or take an electric car. There is a volleyball court with clean sand, an excellent restaurant on the beach with good shade, mini pools for children, a pier with sun beds. The lunapark for children is open for one hour from 21.00 to 22.00. The swing is safe. The territory is large. There are many paths among beautiful flowering trees and shrubs to walk with a stroller. The water park is small, the slides are not extreme, safe for children, there is a children's room next to the water park. Inside the hotel, a pianist plays the piano in the lobby in the evenings, and right there in the bar you can enjoy music with a cup of Turkish tea or a stronger drink of good quality. The rooms were always good, the plumbing was in order, the balconies overlooking the pool and the sea. I liked everything. I recommend it for holidays with children and for a large group of friends. There is a hookah bar, drinks and evening animation. Take a good mood and your vacation will be great!

Good afternoon! We are currently staying at this hotel .It now belongs to the Armas network. I think this hotel is not very good. I'll explain why. On the day of arrival, we were checked into a room with a sea view, not for free, as you understand. We were very happy with the balcony and the view, but when we came out of the balcony and decided to turn on the air conditioner, alas, we could not do it. It turned out that the hotels have three outdoor units and only one works, the repair ticket and how much it will be unclear. Indeed, the air conditioners did not work everywhere. A day later, our air conditioner started working, but others turned off.
I really want to mention the lame service. Queues are everywhere, at the reception bar, at the pool bar, at the beach bar. The queues are very long, because one bartender works. On the day of arrival, the bartender at the reception just freaked out and left.
Yesterday we noticed that the queues had decreased and it seemed to me that there were fewer people too.We were a little overjoyed.
But in the morning everything cleared up. 5 buses of children , either basketball players or football players arrived at the hotel . The elevators immediately broke down.In general, we will spend the rest of our vacation at a children's camp!
The owners of the hotel need to decide whether it is a children's health camp or a family-friendly hotel.

WiFi does not catch in the room, in the corridors, on the territory, if you get lost, then that's it, you need to look for each other for a long time. Their SIM card is expensive.
Flies are everywhere in the restaurant: on the food, on the plates. They're not scared there.
If you come to the restaurant at the end, then you can not eat much. For example, the pita bread rolled up in front of me and closed, although there are still 40 minutes to go. Soups are over-salted, and meat is always peppered, soup too, sometimes there were no plates. Does not have time to re-close the tables. So they put us without tablecloths. To wash your hands, you need to go up the stairs. There are no fish. Only one is over-dried and salty, like grilled every day. It's the same thing from sweets every day. And such nonsense is jelly or some kind of mixture formed into pies. Towels were given to the child once in 9 days. They always gave us 2 towels per room, although there are three of us. There are queues and heat everywhere. Gorka : that 's all! In front of the slide, the tub in which the feet are washed to go on the slide has stopped working. So there's water in the pool with chunks of black mud. Ugh. I went down once , saw it and didn't go for the rest of my days . Because we left and we didn't fix it. And people are riding. And they don't even close the slide.

In general, everything seems to be there in the hotel, everything is cool for 5 stars, but does it all work? No. What tourists pay money for, for what they have, you'll think for a couple of days it won't work, it's official, but in what condition no one cares..
The sea was not calm every day. It also throws it on the pebbles. In places there are small pebbles, in places large pebbles. At the end of the beach, all the sunbeds are already occupied. We were just lying at the bar, I think it's too far to go to the sea from there. The sea is not clean. Garbage is collected in piles in some places. We chose places where there are no such piles.

At first, I was freaking out because of the long wait for check-in, everything seemed terrible. I slept well and
the next day I really liked everything. The food is great, the room is ECONOMY, but I really liked it. The beach is two-level, the pools are large, there are a lot of sun beds, but there were a lot of people, because on May 9th. AURA Shopping Center is a 10-minute walk away. Nice hotel. We were from June 15th to 24th. With the flight, the standard room with ultra everything turned out to be 143 t.r.t. The food is varied and edible, animation - live music every day after dinner, a disco every day, many children's attractions and a petting zoo....children will not be bored, as well as adults. The attitude towards Russian speakers is completely adequate. The guests were mostly Russians and Turks, and there were Ukrainians, several families and Europeans.

There was plenty of food, the rooms were exactly for 5k, more for 3k, everything was old, repairs were needed, but cleaning was daily, clean, culturally. The territory is large, there is a place for walking and children to frolic. The staff is friendly, the beach is for 4 people, the sun beds are old, they do not wash. The beach also requires a modern design. The pool is decent, cleaned in the evening every day. In general, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, despite the shortcomings. And the price is acceptable.

I was at the hotel with a child (10 years old) from 2 to 9 July 23. We arrived in 2 days-we settled immediately on the 7th floor with a view of the road. The air conditioning in the room works fine, as do the air conditioners in the hotel itself. The room cleaning is terrible -there is almost no cleaning. We took the towels ourselves from the cleaners' trolley in the hallway, because they were not always changed for us. The bed linen was changed for us once in 8 days (when I asked for it 100 times).
The territory of the hotel is large, there is a place to walk. There are many animals: rabbits, goats, cow, donkeys, peacocks, etc. birds, hedgehog. Everyone walks freely around the territory-you can feed and pet them.
The lunopark is open in the evening. You can ride on the carousels not only for children, but also for adults.
Food: It's on 4. There's always been something to eat, but it's not level 5*. But we had enough, everything was delicious.
Beach: rocky. Take the corals! It hurts to go in and out without them. You can also buy them in stores nearby for 3-4 dollars. There is a pier-it is convenient to descend from it. The sea is deep and clear. If from the shore, then after a meter or two immediately up to the neck.
The deck chairs are in 4 rows - there is a canopy everywhere. There are always enough sun loungers at any time!
Pools: very dirty. There is no water circulating in them during the day. All the dirt from people and oil stains are in the water. In the evening, the pools are cleaned, but in the morning an hour later they are dirty again. The water slides are good.
wi-fi does not catch everywhere. He wasn't in our room. I caught it well in the restaurant, at the reception and at the beach bar. Sometimes I even pulled on the beach. The speed is 512kb. Enough to sit on the social network.social networks and messengers, but photos will not load quickly. Don't count on the video too much.
Outside the hotel there are several shops, a pharmacy and a shopping center behind the BP gas station.
Overall, the hotel is good. We need to improve the cleaning service and somehow arrange the cleaning of the pools.

The service is completely zero, the hotel was fresh in 2000. On the day of check-in, the current toilet bowl made the sounds of a waterfall, it was not possible to eliminate the leak, but two hours of hassle at least got rid of the sounds. Shampoo and soap are not checked for availability. Towels and bed linen are changed after three or four swearing trips. Dirty, not cleaned. It's hot in the halls and cafes inside, the air conditioners don't work. It works in the room.
WiFi is only available outside the rooms.

The sea, the beach. There are no comments, but the chaise longue needs to be constantly fussed, apparently it is not designed for everyone. The beach is pebbly, the bottom is the same. Therefore, we went to the nearby beach, there is more sand there.
Swimming pool. Clean. The children's pool is very small with a mini slide, one. The hotel next door is better (were)
The territory is, well, more or less well-groomed, a couple of circles can be screwed up, but after a couple of days sadness.
Conclusion. This is not a 5 star hotel at all. But if you like to swear for your blood, then you are here

An excellent family-type hotel.
Several room categories. We had booked a standard 3-bed room with a sea view. For an additional fee of $ 100, we were placed in Delux, it is 2 times more than the standard. You can also stay in a 2-room room of 100 sq. m. with a Jacuzzi on the terrace of 30 sq. m. for an additional fee
. The territory is well maintained. Animals run around it without restriction. There are especially a lot of rabbits, a lot of goats. Peacocks are behind the net, I woke up to their "meowing" at 5 am)))) like roosters in the village.
There is a problem with the sun beds, it was very acute during our check-in. All because of the "management policy" of the hotel. As everyone knows, tourists wake up at 6 a.m. and go to take sun beds. Some occupy both the sea and the pool. And they stand "busy" all day, some guests do not even lie down on them once. I think this is not right, since everyone else comes after breakfast, but there is nowhere else.... And all because towels are rented or exchanged at the spa, where you just come- throw towels- take cards in a basket and take as many as you want (no one is watching this).
The hotel is run by a family from Georgia. We got to the Wedding, the host himself was congratulating the newlyweds. It was interesting to watch the wedding from the side) We also got to the DR of the Hotel. There was a celebration with a huge cake, a show and fireworks.
We liked everything about this hotel, except the problem with the sun beds. Well, it's a huge minus. And it is also possible to fix it - just inform the guests upon check-in and put signs everywhere that if towels or things lie unattended for more than 15 minutes, the staff releases such sunbeds. This is a very good practice in other hotels. And there is no such problem, you will always find a place for yourself everywhere. There wasn't a day that we didn't watch the guests swear among themselves, very aggressively and very loudly. And it's sad - after all, everyone came to rest, and not to participate in the SLAUGHTER BEHIND the SUNBEDS!!!! Nevertheless, I will not lower the rating of the hotel for this - in the great hope that the management will read this review, listen and draw conclusions. And then no one will have a reason to remember the bad time spent at their hotel.

Hello everyone We were vacationing with my husband and a small child. Let's start with the hotel itself. Clean, everything is neat, a large building, many additional halls and terraces where you can relax and enjoy drinks that are constantly provided free of charge and in large quantities. A large restaurant. We got a "family room, the Windows overlooked the pool. The music was loud only during the day. There was silence at night, the whole party turned into a beach disco. Therefore, nothing prevented the child from sleeping at night. The room has 2 large beds, a dressing table, two armchairs and a TV. There is a refrigerator, a closet. The bathroom and toilet are quite spacious. The air conditioning in the room is working.
Regarding nutrition, you can eat, there are no complaints. But personally, I did not get a gastronomic pleasure. Everything is standard and nothing surprises.
The territory is very large. There is a lot of entertainment for both adults and children👍👍👍Cotact zoo, lunopark, golf, water park, shooting range, volebol, beach disco, beach, bars where you can not only drink nl and have a snack. The staff is polite, pleasant people who are always eager to help.
Now I will share the negative points. I ASK EVERYONE TO PAY ATTENTION TO THOSE WHO ARE GOING TO RELAX IN THIS HOTEL. THE HOTEL HAS ROTOVIRUS. Both adults and children get sick through one. Most of them get sick after the pool!!!! We were sick in turn for three days.
We talked to some people. Someone has an air conditioner in the room that doesn't work, someone had problems with plumbing.
Despite the negative aspects, we are very happy with our vacation!!!
