At first, I was freaking out because of the long wait for check-in, everything seemed terrible. I slept well and
the next day I really liked everything. The food is great, the room is ECONOMY, but I really liked it. The beach is two-level, the pools are large, there are a lot of sun beds, but there were a lot of people, because on May 9th. AURA Shopping Center is a 10-minute walk away. The highway next to the hotel is very convenient, I took a minibus and went wherever you want, you can walk.

There was plenty of food, the rooms were exactly for 5k, more for 3k, everything was old, repairs were needed, but cleaning was daily, clean, culturally. The territory is large, there is a place for walking and children to frolic. The staff is friendly, the beach is for 4 people, the sun beds are old, they do not wash. The beach also requires a modern design. The pool is decent, cleaned in the evening every day. In general, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, despite the shortcomings. And the price is acceptable.

We had a rest at the hotel at the end of July. The sea is clean and warm, the presence of pebbles did not bother. The rooms were cleaned, towels were changed. The territory is large, there is enough entertainment. Wi-Fi is free. We didn't go to the slides, but they worked. Animals (donkeys, rabbits, goats) are adorable. The food is varied, there have always been fruits. The staff is friendly. I recommend the hotel!

On the day of arrival, we were checked into a room with a sea view, not for free, as you understand. We were very happy with the balcony and the view, but when we came out of the balcony and decided to turn on the air conditioner, alas, we could not do it. It turned out that the hotels have three outdoor units and only one works, the repair ticket and how much it will be unclear. Indeed, the air conditioners did not work everywhere. A day later, our air conditioner started working, but others turned off.
I really want to mention the lame service. Queues are everywhere, at the reception bar, at the pool bar, at the beach bar. The queues are very long, because one bartender works. On the day of arrival, the bartender at the reception just freaked out and left.
Yesterday we noticed that the queues had decreased and it seemed to me that there were fewer people too.We were a little overjoyed.
But in the morning everything cleared up. 5 buses of children , either basketball players or football players arrived at the hotel . The elevators immediately broke down.In general, we will spend the rest of our vacation at a children's camp!
The owners of the hotel need to decide whether it is a children's health camp or a family-friendly hotel.

I was at the hotel with a child (10 years old) from 2 to 9 July 23. We arrived in 2 days-we settled immediately on the 7th floor with a view of the road. The air conditioning in the room works fine, as do the air conditioners in the hotel itself. The room cleaning is terrible -there is almost no cleaning. We took the towels ourselves from the cleaners' trolley in the hallway, because they were not always changed for us. The bed linen was changed for us once in 8 days (when I asked for it 100 times).
The territory of the hotel is large, there is a place to walk. There are many animals: rabbits, goats, cow, donkeys, peacocks, etc. birds, hedgehog. Everyone walks freely around the territory-you can feed and pet them.
The lunopark is open in the evening. You can ride on the carousels not only for children, but also for adults.
Food: It's on 4. There's always been something to eat, but it's not level 5*. But we had enough, everything was delicious.
Beach: rocky. Take the corals! It hurts to go in and out without them. You can also buy them in stores nearby for 3-4 dollars. There is a pier-it is convenient to descend from it. The sea is deep and clear. If from the shore, then after a meter or two immediately up to the neck.
The deck chairs are in 4 rows - there is a canopy everywhere. There are always enough sun loungers at any time!
Pools: very dirty. There is no water circulating in them during the day. All the dirt from people and oil stains are in the water. In the evening, the pools are cleaned, but in the morning an hour later they are dirty again. The water slides are good.
wi-fi does not catch everywhere. He wasn't in our room. I caught it well in the restaurant, at the reception and at the beach bar. Sometimes I even pulled on the beach. The speed is 512kb. Outside the hotel there are several shops, a pharmacy and a shopping center behind the BP gas station.

And that's where the disappointment comes in. There are huge waves every day, rescuers warn that children should not swim in the sea. Entering the sea is pain and fear. Several room categories. We had booked a standard 3-bed room with a sea view. For an additional fee of $ 100, we were placed in Delux, it is 2 times more than the standard. You can also stay in a 2-room room of 100 sq. m. with a Jacuzzi on the terrace of 30 sq. m. for an additional fee
. The territory is well maintained. Animals run around it without restriction. There are especially a lot of rabbits, a lot of goats. Peacocks are behind the net, I woke up to their "meowing" at 5 am)))) like roosters in the village.
There is a problem with the sun beds, it was very acute during our check-in. All because of the "management policy" of the hotel. As everyone knows, tourists wake up at 6 a.m. and go to take sun beds. Some occupy both the sea and the pool. And they stand "busy" all day, some guests do not even lie down on them once. I think this is not right, since everyone else comes after breakfast, but there is nowhere else.... And all because towels are rented or exchanged at the spa, where you just come- throw towels- take cards in a basket and take as many as you want (no one is watching this).
The hotel is run by a family from Georgia. We got to the Wedding, the host himself was congratulating the newlyweds. It was interesting to watch the wedding from the side) We also got to the DR of the Hotel. There was a celebration with a huge cake, a show and fireworks.
We liked everything about this hotel, except the problem with the sun beds. Well, it's a huge minus. And it is also possible to fix it - just inform the guests upon check-in and put signs everywhere that if towels or things lie unattended for more than 15 minutes, the staff releases such sunbeds. This is a very good practice in other hotels. And there is no such problem, you will always find a place for yourself everywhere. There wasn't a day that we didn't watch the guests swear among themselves, very aggressively and very loudly. And it's sad - after all, everyone came to rest, and not to participate in the SLAUGHTER BEHIND the SUNBEDS!!!! Nevertheless, I will not lower the rating of the hotel for this - in the great hope that the management will read this review, listen and draw conclusions. And then no one will have a reason to remember the bad time spent at their hotel.

Hello everyone We were vacationing with my husband and a small child. Let's start with the hotel itself. Clean, everything is neat, a large building, many additional halls and terraces where you can relax and enjoy drinks that are constantly provided free of charge and in large quantities. A large restaurant. We got a "family room, the Windows overlooked the pool. The music was loud only during the day. There was silence at night, the whole party turned into a beach disco. Therefore, nothing prevented the child from sleeping at night. The room has 2 large beds, a dressing table, two armchairs and a TV. There is a refrigerator, a closet. The bathroom and toilet are quite spacious. The air conditioning in the room is working.
Regarding nutrition, you can eat, there are no complaints. But personally, I did not get a gastronomic pleasure. Everything is standard and nothing surprises.
The territory is very large. There is a lot of entertainment for both adults and children👍👍👍Cotact zoo, lunopark, golf, water park, shooting range, volebol, beach disco, beach, bars where you can not only drink nl and have a snack. The staff is polite, pleasant people who are always eager to help.
Now I will share the negative points. I ASK EVERYONE TO PAY ATTENTION TO THOSE WHO ARE GOING TO RELAX IN THIS HOTEL. THE HOTEL HAS ROTOVIRUS. Both adults and children get sick through one. Most of them get sick after the pool!!!! We were sick in turn for three days.

Another moment: in the children's pool, a little boy went to the toilet, and his poop floated on the bottom of the pool, people called the hotel staff to ask them to clean up, they said they would clean up in the evening, as a result, on the trail. all day, the poo was floating on the bottom, disgusting. The hotel is terrible, don't even think about coming here. The Turks at the reception are pestering and asking to walk with them to the basement.
