I decided to somehow arrange a purely female day off. I chose this salon for this. I was pleasantly surprised by the pink style. I added delicious coffee to the emotions. The result exceeded all my expectations. The price pleased the eye. Yes, there were a lot of visitors, but I think this is due to the fact that first-class specialists work here.

I decided to visit this wonderful salon, where professionals work. This is how the studio positions itself. The recording was at 19:00. The young lady Anna finished the sketch and invited me to watch. I noticed the irregularity and informed her about it. The young lady could not see in any way, or did not want to ... after all, the recording was at 19:00, she did not want to redraw, she even took a picture on her phone…Then I did see it. And she just said: Accept it..You have such eyebrows…Girls, come to a studio specializing in eyebrows where they can't make eyebrows? As soon as I refused to make eyebrows. The young lady Anna offered to redraw them...Still, it was possible not to be measured…It's not professional! When a client comes to you, he is already ready to pay for quality, mood, and positive emotions…Another young lady who worked in this studio did not remain indifferent. I decided to offer my help... but..as it turned out, she can't make eyebrows, since they have only one master who has a certain technique. In general, the result is that the name of the studio is not an indicator of their professionalism. I have the following opinion - you can go to the studio to one master, named Ulyana, who can do what others cannot. It's a pity I didn't get to her right away. There is a customer orientation - coffee and sweets were offered.

I did permanent eyebrow makeup in the studio "Young Ladies" with master Tatiana. He is a very pleasant conversationalist and a great specialist in his field. I listened carefully to the wishes and suggested the best way. I did my job very carefully. I'm going to Tatiana's for a lip PM and an interstitial meeting.
As for the studio, we can say that it has created an atmosphere of comfort. A friendly receptionist will offer to put on shoe covers and drink coffee. Everything is very neat. I liked everything very much.

I came to the "Young Ladies " on the recommendation of my friend. She was doing eyebrow permanent and I really liked her eyebrows, so I decided to do it for myself. Anna was my master. The young lady made the impression of a competent and experienced specialist. Before the procedure, a consultation was held, where we decided on the shape and color.I was very worried, because the procedure is new to me, but Anna voiced her actions in the process, asked about my feelings. By the way, it didn't hurt at all to make a permanent!
After the procedure, they gave recommendations and offered coffee with them. Thank you more for the transformation! I will definitely come back for sponges!

1. Why don't you say hello in your Instagram conversations?
2. On the first visit, as soon as I entered, they just looked at me and continued to go about their business. Neither where to sit, nor where to hang things, nor the name was asked, I am silent about offering water and indicating where to wait while the master is busy
3. I contacted you about postponing the recording for correction. I ask if it is possible to reschedule the recording to the same day earlier or another day, the answer is no and silence. What is this supposed to mean?)) where is the suggestion of possible transfer dates? Where is the clarification?
4. Confirmation of the recording. The admin on the phone first confirmed my entry, then "oh, we have a time delay here, you will arrive an hour later." OK, but why confirm the recording within one call and immediately reschedule it?)
5. And the final visit - thank you for saying hello. But further)))) again, they ignored and only threw the phrase "put on shoe covers"
In short, every time the feeling that I was interfering with their business) really spoiled the impression of the studio.

Today I was at the eyebrow correction (after removing them with a laser, and I did the overlap) and updated the sponges. I visited master Daria, she is not only a good specialist, but also a very pleasant and beautiful girl who will cheer you up for the evening! I'll attach some before-after photos. I have been to the studio "Young Ladies" twice already, both times I got great pleasure, including from communicating with the master and the administrator.💐 I did a "Combo" (powdered eyebrows + arrows), as well as Angelica's correction. I am very pleased with the result, for more than a month I have been saving a lot of time on makeup. I've never drawn arrows myself before (because I just don't know how to do it), but I like what happened so much that I don't understand how I used to do without them. I was pleasantly surprised that Master Angelica did not try to convince me of my decision to do something that is not familiar to me (as many beauty masters often do) or impose her vision, but did exactly what I wanted and what I imagined. At the end, they offered delicious coffee and gave detailed advice on care.
