We rested at this hotel in October 2019 for 9 days, accommodation included breakfasts and dinners, room 113 is an old building, battered furniture, someone's dirty sock was lying under the bed, ants everywhere, dirty curtains, the cot is generally dirty, they immediately asked her to clean it, the Internet in the rooms is only for money, 20 euros for 7 days, the TV remote control can only be taken at the reception for a deposit of 10 euros, cleaning is daily, but it was not always well cleaned, they asked to move us, offered to move with an additional fee of 20 euros for each day of stay in a new room, we refused, the staff is boorish, completely unfriendly, except for the bartender's girlfriend in the restaurant, the food is monotonous, by the end of the vacation I did not want to eat at all in the restaurant, the pool was washed 1 time in 10 days, very dirty, slippery layer of dark plaque on the bottom of the pool, the sun beds are old, all covered with traces of mold, the beach is rocky, you can swim only in shoes and only adults, in the elevator of the hotel for 4 days, whose It's a loaf, bitten off.

After visiting this hotel, we will not return here again. If you don't want to waste your nerves, I don't recommend this hotel. We chose a hotel and after reading the reviews we found most of them positive. In fact, all the negative reviews are fully true. Firstly, it is completely unsanitary and dirty. Upon entering the room, they found dirt under the beds, stains on the bed linen and on the curtains. A dirty sock was found under one of the beds. The baby's crib was covered in dirty stains, torn up. The ventilation in the bathroom is disgusting. There are ants everywhere, and cockroaches have been encountered several times. We contacted the reception and asked to change the room. The aunt at the reception is rude, rudely stated that they would not change the room for us and for all questions it is necessary to contact the tour operator (TUI tour operator is a separate story, useless "specialists"). Naturally, the representative of the tour operator, "selling" excursions and car rental twice as expensive, did not help in any way. They asked to replace the dirty curtain, clean the room and remove the cot altogether (since they told us that all the cots would be like that), only the latter was fulfilled. Keep in mind that replacing a room in a new building costs 20€ per day. We talked to people from other rooms, it turned out they had the same problems. Secondly, nutrition. Those who write that they feed well, apparently, are not whimsical in food and can eat the same thing for several days. There is really a lot of food and there is a choice, but we had a delicious meal once, when fried lamb was served. The rest of the days the food was monotonous and not tasty. For the last 3 days, we ate only a salad of vegetables and fruits at dinner. Ants are crawling everywhere in the dining room, including on plates. There were also cockroaches in the dining room. Dishes are washed poorly, dirty plates are occasionally found. The waiters are extremely rude and rude. Someone's bitten-off loaf was in the elevator for 2 days, the staff did not even think to remove it. The only positive and friendly person is the barmaid. He makes cocktails perfectly, however, the hookah makes three. There is no choice of tobacco for a hookah. The bar closes at 22 o'clock, so you won't be able to sit by the pool with a cocktail in the evening. Speaking of the pool. We cleaned it in 10 days once with chemicals. The pool is dirty. The pieces of paper lay at the bottom for several days. The sun beds are burnt out, torn, stained. Thirdly, the location of the hotel. In the immediate vicinity of the Lunopark, on the one hand, it seems to be a plus, on the other hand, you will not be able to relax quietly, constant screams, rumbling. There is no beach near the hotel. Despite the proximity of the hotel to the sea, it takes 15 minutes to walk to the nearest beach, and 40 minutes to a good beach. Yes, also, rubles are changed at the hotel at a predatory rate of 1:100. And you will have to pay a deposit of 10€ for the TV remote control. It seems to have written everything as it is.

Excellent location, near the bus stop, Lunopark, supermarket, 7 minutes to the port along the embankment. The entrance to the sea next to the hotel is rocky, but if you have special shoes, it is not a problem. The food is quite decent, the dinner menu is different every day. Daily housekeeping in the room, there is a hairdryer, refrigerator and kettle. I recommend.

We had a vacation with my wife in August 2018. This is the second time in Cyprus-I liked the hotel! The sound of the sea in the morning at breakfast and in the evening at dinner is something!!!! The room is simple, after cosmetic repairs, the apartment was working. Cleaning every day, there were no insects on the 2nd floor. wifi in lobi is free, I caught it even by the sea!!! Yes, the beach is rocky, but this does not prevent you from going into the sea and sitting in it. It takes 10 minutes to walk to a nice beach while enjoying Cyprus!
