The situation when the reservation was requested almost a month in advance, and as a result, in a day you report that this reservation did not happen, because you messed up with the reservation mark somewhere and two companies were able to book one table, looks so-so.
As a result, the birthday was ruined.
The first time we wanted to visit the institution, but next time we will think 10 times about choosing a place.

We waited for the dishes for 50 minutes, I took spaghetti with shrimp, it was 5 out of 10, the spaghetti was slightly warm.
In general, the cuisine is not wow, and the prices are above average.
The only plus is a very polite waiter. However, he did not warn about the expectation. And our friend, who came later, did not bring the menu for 10 minutes.
I do not recommend it if you want to eat delicious food and get high-quality service.

We were at this institution for lunch with colleagues.
Firstly, the dishes were brought extremely slowly (if people come to the lunch menu, then their time is limited).
Secondly, too much black pepper was added to one of the second courses (pearl barley with mushrooms), which interrupted the taste of the dish itself. The second hot dish was not brought at all, because it turned out that it was strangely "lost"/"mixed up" and given to another table, to the question "what will be cooked faster in return?" we were offered pasta and after a couple of minutes they brought the "lost order" to another table. And the paste "which is faster" turned out to be spoiled bell pepper.
Thirdly, until we were reminded about the ordered soup, it was not brought to us and "clarified in the kitchen" for 10 minutes.
And in conclusion, the standard glass of water that is brought to all guests was never offered to us.
The first and, it seems, the last visit to this institution. This case is a serious disappointment and, most likely, we will no longer visit this institution.

There is a nice terrace, there are umbrellas from the sun. But the table is dirty, the waiter saw that it was dirty and that I was laying a napkin to wipe it, but he did not want to do it himself. We waited for the waiter for 15-20 minutes, there were a lot of people. The cocktails were made quickly, but they stood in the sun for 10 minutes and we just waited for them to be served. We ordered pornstar, which is listed on the menu for 20 rubles. And in fact it turned out that this is a non-alcoholic option. Alcoholic drinks cost 30 rubles, they are not on the menu at all. That is, we only found out its value in the receipt. A well-known place, from which, in fact, you expect more. Sorry. I'm not coming back anymore.

I tried to evaluate this place 3 times, but each time I was more disappointed. Of the advantages, only the location and blueberry pie. Everything else is terrible. On the first visit, there were several positions missing, I ordered an ice latte, as a result they brought hot, asked to fix it, as a result they brought the same hot latte, but added ice cubes. They carried everything for a sooo long time. And as a result of this visit, I didn't even get my change back. The next time, everything is the same, terribly long service, a lot was not available, very loud music.

I could treat a child with a classic alcoholic cocktail in their performance, they save on alcohol, the proportions are not observed, the serving of cocktails is also wrong. (even the tubes were clamped))
Bottom line: go in for a meal, don't spend money on alcoholic cocktails.

Cafes of which there are many: nothing is remarkable for me. The food is simple and clear, multinational (there are both European and Oriental dishes). The selection of dishes on the menu is small. We were on Saturday evening, there were no crowds of visitors. We got: dirty dishes, a tipsy waitress (minus a point) and a helpful bartender (plus a point). The prices are average, as everywhere else. The location inside the courtyard gives a feeling of some privacy in the city center (plus a point).
