A complete disappointment, a beautiful place and THAT's IT, the pros are over. We waited 20 minutes for someone to come up, but no one came up, asked the bartender and then a polite waiter came up, took an order for 3 cocktails, cooked for 15 minutes, there was no passion fruit, replaced prosecco with Soviet champagne. There is dirt in the toilet, there are no complete sanitary standards, piles of garbage and a terrible smell (note the sanitary station). Naturally, we did not drink cocktails, we paid 30 rubles for each. The administrator Marinella did not try to settle the situation, but on the contrary pushed us away from the institution more and more, convincing us that other establishments also do not use prosecco, replacing it, and in the toilet every 30 minutes she checks cleanliness. Even the bill was brought to us 15 minutes later, after our repeated request. I am surprised that such a person is not competent and does not know how to resolve a conflict situation in the position of an administrator. We just wanted to have a good time, but not this time, we chose the wrong place, I won't go anymore and I don't recommend it to you.
