Unfortunately, the service is at a poor level.
The first two dishes from the order arrived fairly quickly, but the rest did not arrive within 40 minutes. It was only when we asked to bring us the bill (as we were tired of waiting and already wanted to leave) that the rest appeared abruptly at the same minute. They just forgot about us...
no one warned about the long wait in advance when ordering, and no one even apologized for the situation.

04.06 at about 14:00 I booked a table in this institution for 2 persons by 19:00. Upon arrival, the receptionist escorted us to a common table with a family with a small child. Without any gap, one solid sofa… The place was clearly designed for one(!) large company. But the receptionist claimed that these were two different tables. In the end, we refused such a prospect, sharing dinner with one family at first, and then another would be hooked up with us, etc.
If you are engaged in planting guests, then please clarify this point, whether it is suitable for all guests, and if not, be ready to offer an alternative or refuse the reservation altogether due to the lack of available seats. Unfortunately, no one has resolved our situation.

There is a nice terrace, there are umbrellas from the sun. But the table is dirty, the waiter saw that it was dirty and that I was laying a napkin to wipe it, but he did not want to do it himself. We waited for the waiter for 15-20 minutes, there were a lot of people. The cocktails were made quickly, but they stood in the sun for 10 minutes and we just waited for them to be served. We ordered pornstar, which is listed on the menu for 20 rubles. And in fact it turned out that this is a non-alcoholic option. Alcoholic drinks cost 30 rubles, they are not on the menu at all. That is, we only found out its value in the receipt. A well-known place, from which, in fact, you expect more. Sorry. I'm not coming back anymore.

We were at this institution for lunch with colleagues.
Firstly, the dishes were brought extremely slowly (if people come to the lunch menu, then their time is limited).
Secondly, too much black pepper was added to one of the second courses (pearl barley with mushrooms), which interrupted the taste of the dish itself. The second hot dish was not brought at all, because it turned out that it was strangely "lost"/"mixed up" and given to another table, to the question "what will be cooked faster in return?" we were offered pasta and after a couple of minutes they brought the "lost order" to another table. And the paste "which is faster" turned out to be spoiled bell pepper.
Thirdly, until we were reminded about the ordered soup, it was not brought to us and "clarified in the kitchen" for 10 minutes.
And in conclusion, the standard glass of water that is brought to all guests was never offered to us.
The first and, it seems, the last visit to this institution. This case is a serious disappointment and, most likely, we will no longer visit this institution.

We waited for the dishes for 50 minutes, I took spaghetti with shrimp, it was 5 out of 10, the spaghetti was slightly warm.
In general, the cuisine is not wow, and the prices are above average.
The only plus is a very polite waiter. However, he did not warn about the expectation. And our friend, who came later, did not bring the menu for 10 minutes.
I do not recommend it if you want to eat delicious food and get high-quality service.

The kitchen is passable; the staff is annoying; the interior is great, but it would be fine if they didn't dilute the cocktails. I could treat a child with a classic alcoholic cocktail in their performance, they save on alcohol, the proportions are not observed, the serving of cocktails is also wrong. (even the tubes were clamped))
Bottom line: go in for a meal, don't spend money on alcoholic cocktails.

I tried to evaluate this place 3 times, but each time I was more disappointed. Of the advantages, only the location and blueberry pie. Everything else is terrible. On the first visit, there were several positions missing, I ordered an ice latte, as a result they brought hot, asked to fix it, as a result they brought the same hot latte, but added ice cubes. They carried everything for a sooo long time. And as a result of this visit, I didn't even get my change back. The next time, everything is the same, terribly long service, a lot was not available, very loud music.

We were in Minsk twice in 4 days: everything was very tasty, we took cheeseburger, risotto, salmon, pasta with shrimp, caesar. Pumped up tartar, a lot of pickled cucumbers.

Cafes of which there are many: nothing is remarkable for me. The food is simple and clear, multinational (there are both European and Oriental dishes). The selection of dishes on the menu is small. We were on Saturday evening, there were no crowds of visitors. We got: dirty dishes, a tipsy waitress (minus a point) and a helpful bartender (plus a point). The prices are average, as everywhere else. The location inside the courtyard gives a feeling of some privacy in the city center (plus a point).

A one-time establishment. Caesar salad was waited for 50 minutes, the table was booked for an hour. They gave me 10 minutes to eat the salad. All the ingredients had to be cut by ourselves, as they just put everything uncut. After that, there is no desire to visit this institution anymore. The interior on Instagram is presented in a better way than it is in real life. The waiter came up only once to take the order after a long time. Other waiters caught the bill themselves. Very mediocre and overrated.

The waiting time for a "business lunch" is up to 15 minutes, which is very fast, if you order from the main menu, you will have to wait a little longer (about 25-30), which is also very fast.
