A respectable place. An extensive menu replete with Central Asian specialists. There is a lot of meat in a variety of forms. An extensive "summer" area. It is multi-tiered with a large number of "separate outdoor gazebos" located at different levels from the ground surface. Be careful on the stairs! The service is fast and courteous. The waiters are almost all of the same height and build - lean, long-legged young people with good Russian. There is live music in the evening. Many families with children celebrate home holidays.
The food is excellent, the local quartet performed - it was very atmospheric and pleasant. Of the cons, I asked for something without pepper, national, the waiter advised beshbarmak - delicious, but a lot of black pepper. As a result, I had to order another dish. The prices correspond to the quality, slightly above average.
A great restaurant, I lived nearby in a hotel, and I went here for dinner for a week, delicious food, live music, there is a play area for children, a fountain on the summer playground, I recommend it!
I had dinner with colleagues at this wonderful place in July.
We were sitting in the hall on the ground floor, it is very cozy and you can chat there, as there is a stage in the beautiful courtyard and it is quite noisy because of the performances of the musicians.
There are no questions about food: a stewed rib of horse meat is beyond praise 👏
P.S. Greetings to Almazbek, a very colorful Kyrgyz who loves his country and talks about its sights in an interesting way.
A huge menu. There are pasta and rolls and fish of all kinds and local cuisine and God knows what else.
It's too big to do everything efficiently.
As a result, homemade food. From a restaurant, you want a restaurant.
The service is average. The waiters forget the order. What is brought, instead of being placed, coming from behind, is passed through the guest or hung over his plate.
Tea! First of all, it's not delicious. Secondly, a very fine tea leaves are used, which gets into the bowl. It's impossible to drink this.
On Saturday evening, 4 tables out of 40 are occupied. There is no water in the toilets.
Unfortunately, I didn't like it. I wanted delicious national cuisine, but it didn't work out. There were many dishes on the menu, not even pilaf. Maintenance is a separate topic. The dishes were brought out in an incomprehensible order, first hot, then snacks, soup was brought at the end. I asked for noodles with chicken, served with lamb. They waited for tequila for probably an hour.🤦🏼♀️ I can note an interesting interior, a hostess in a national costume. That's it.(
I was here once with friends. The restaurant is large, with two floors stylized in different ways. The first floor is more ethnic, the second is more modern. They cook very tasty, a huge selection of dishes and alcohol. The service is on the level, the price tag is average. We took different dishes, and everything was very pleasant. I advise everyone to visit both tourists and locals who have not been.
A great place, national cuisine, excellent meat, a wonderful outdoor area under the spreading trees. There is a mock-up of a historical fortress inside. The service is good.
It is a very beautiful restaurant both outside and inside. The expectations were at least 10 stars). Order two portions of sturgeon for 900 som. They ate it only because it was a sturgeon....Terribly salty....all three servings....They left upset to say the least. Maybe we were just so "lucky"
One of the best inexpensive places in Bishkek, where you can eat very tasty both national cuisine and sushi. You can comfortably accommodate both in the large hall, cozy rooms, and on the veranda. The service is unobtrusive and fast. Thanks to the restaurant for the excellent service and delicious food!
Excellent cuisine, huge portions. Very attentive waiters. The interior and decoration, as well as the samples of retro cars at the entrance, deserve special praise.
A pleasant restaurant with good cuisine. We came to try traditional dishes and did not lose! I really liked the bull tails! The waiter Aizirek recommended boorsoks - they turned out to be unexpectedly delicious! I recommend it to everyone. I also want to note the very cozy interior decoration - better than in the photo. And I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of music: only the flowing speech of other visitors is a plus for me!
It is located in the center, in a beautiful park, near the Spartak stadium. A beautiful, colorful restaurant. Good service, nimble staff. Pilaf is delicious, fried manti are the most delicious in the city. But Shakarap can't cook) But overall, it's great
Delicious cuisine. Both meat and fish dishes are good. The portions are large, one dish can be quite full. The prices are reasonable. The service is attentive. Beautiful interior, especially in the evening in the warm season. I liked.
such a real restaurant from the past, which you will not find in Moscow. time stopped here: high ceilings, wide spaces, classic table layout, uniformed waiters :) something that we don't have anymore.
Classic cuisine of Central Asia, responsive and good-natured staff.
Great location, close to the park. We had breakfast there. Delicious food, everything that was ordered is delicious. An interesting atmosphere and good service
Prices in January 2023 will be comfortable for a Russian guest with an average income. The food is excellent, as is the service. By the way, the cost of almost any catering service costs 15% for service. A colorful man greets the guests at the entrance and escorts them to the dining table. Pishpek is a settlement with walls protecting from the enemy, around which Bishkek subsequently expanded. If I misunderstood, I apologize. I recommend.

A varied menu, you can get acquainted with the dishes of Kyrgyz cuisine. The interior is stunning. The portions are large, and everything is insanely delicious!
Well, it's a sooo good restaurant! It is very tasty, very beautiful and not at all expensive when compared with Moscow prices. Pilaf, chebureks, besh-Barmak and everything else!
A restaurant with Italian and local cuisine, everything is very tasty and not expensive! Lots of space, a large summer terrace and a courtyard with live music, I recommend it!
I especially liked lula kebab, Samarkand salad, Maksim drink, manti with jus'ai. Polite staff, beautiful service and a pleasant atmosphere. Convenient location, near an amusement park, while it is quite quiet here, you can hear the singing of birds and the murmur of water in the fountain 👍🏻

A very famous place for those who like to eat delicious food and sit in good company. The prices are adequate for a restaurant of this level, and such a menu. I strongly advise tourists to stop by.
Beautiful! Delicious! Not expensive! We took the local cuisine and were very satisfied. Alcohol is served both strong and not very strong))). It's just that in some establishments they don't serve at all. There is a colorful doorman at the entrance! Funny guy!!!
Guaranteed to be delicious. Pleasant atmosphere, good service.

Hello. I was in Bishkek for the first time, spent 3 evenings. On the first and second evenings, I visited two different chain restaurants. I enjoyed the oriental cuisine. No show-offs, but incredibly delicious.
On the last evening, there was a plan to visit, as they said, the best restaurant — Pishpek.
My opinion: Pishpek is to make an impression, but not for food. The kitchen is far from matching the positioning.
There is not much backgammon (especially in comparison with the first two), and this almost confidently indicates a lower turnover of dishes and products. The service was a little slow, but it wasn't important.
And the menu immediately caught my eye: steaks, oriental dishes and... sushi! How?!) this does not happen, and if it does, it means that some of this is in the drawdown.
Dishes:
Assorted national meat. Which gut is cut is not mine, I won't say anything. Dried meat is tasteless. And most importantly, I have known this dish well for a long time. Kazakhs are loved in such proportions, most are over 50/50. Some people like 90 or 100% meat. I like to have 20-50% fat. But here the fat was 70-90% in different pieces. Who is this for???
Yak steak:
The texture of the meat. It looks beautiful. He didn't ask me about the degree of roasting, really, but why. There's no taste anyway, it's SALT!!!
We ask, where is the bread (tortilla and baursaks)? They're getting ready soon!
Damn, both are stale!!!
Samsa. We took 6 different ones, 2 sat down in a restaurant. The dry ones (( the rest were finished at home, one had a bone in it.
There was also such a flat pie (I don't remember the name) normal.
Bull tails. It was good.
Buy decent wine glasses and steak knives, not the cheapest ones with a plastic handle.
Atmospheric, beautiful place and delicious food, but Very long service, the staff is not particularly attentive, you just wait 20 minutes for the order to be taken....
Friends, if this is your first time in Bishkek - do not think for a second, take your feet in your hands and blow into the Pishpek!!! Everything is very tasty, fast, the price tag is reasonable. We have been eating here for 3 days - kazan kabob, beshbarmak, tails - all dishes for 5+!
If they cook meat (shish kebab and steak) differently than we do, then I came across this... in general, it was not entirely clear. Otherwise, including service, the staff is at a high level

A good restaurant, large with a national flavor. There is a great summer porch. Fruits and vegetables are traditionally local. Kazy is good, samsa is the right kind of chopped meat
A very good restaurant! We arrived in a large group of 50 people, were on an excursion, and we were all fed in 1.5 hours! But this is a restaurant and not a canteen with complex meals. The waiters are very polite and neat. And the prices turned out to be quite reasonable. Thank you very much!
R A Z O H A R O V A N I E !
Oh, how disappointed I am. I went to the restaurant after reading about authenticity, deliciousness and so on.
Pilaf is like pilaf, not porridge with meat and thank the eggs. Bishbarmak is a short-lived horse meat. Kuurduk, this is mutton on long bones, with potatoes. Just stewed potatoes with meat! At home, in a saucepan with black pepper and salt, this is about how it will turn out. The salads are delicious. The tea is delicious with cherries. The portions are large. If it were an ordinary cafe, I would be delighted. But a restaurant with inflated prices, but with a claim to show off, and in the center of Bishkek and with such a name... disappointed
