We booked a room online. We chose among the options for a long time, eventually we stopped at this hotel and did not regret it:
Firstly, the location is on the very border of the Pitsunda pine grove, several pines even continue to grow on the territory of the hotel. The path to the beach passes through a pine grove and every time you enjoy not only the beauty, but also the shade, even on the hottest day.
Secondly, the organization of the territory space with swings, a playground, recreation areas and even training. In general, children have a place to turn around and parents, if anything, can keep themselves in shape or just relax while the children are running around or playing.
Thirdly, the design of the hotel itself, as well as a serious approach to the selection of furniture and materials. Despite the fact that we had an economy room (there were simply no others at the time of booking), we were satisfied with the design of the room: a comfortable double bed for parents and a bunk bed for children, a refrigerator, two TVs, two closets, a dining table with dishes and a kettle and even a safe for storing documents.
And finally, fourthly, it is the level of service and maintenance. We were very pleased with the variety of cuisine, the food was really delicious, we often took a second portion. The service is also excellent: daily wet cleaning in the room, three meals a day, tea and coffee at any time of the day, a neat and clean territory with ornamental plants.
To sum up, I would like to express my gratitude to the owner of the hotel Tatiana for the great pleasure of staying at the hotel, when you go to the room or for lunch with pleasure knowing that everything will be fine without any tricks and problems! This is how everyone who stays in a really good hotel should feel!
PS: maybe it turned out to be too laudatory and it may seem that the review is custom-made))), but if you still get to Pitsunda Cat, you will find out that it's all true. At least the fact that there are almost always no places suggests that this place is popular, especially among couples with children.

We were in 2018, the room is small without a balcony, the mattress is wooden, three-course breakfasts with powdered coffee. I've looked at the prices now, the standard is awesome in September 20 thousand a night, while there is no beach and it still needs to be reached. For this money, it is better to go to Turkey.

We rested in this hotel for a week. I'm thrilled! The owner takes his business very seriously. Clean, cozy rooms, excellent food - which I will miss even at home. The rooms are cleaned on time by polite maids. In Abkhazia, the lights are often turned off, the owner took care and installed a generator so that people would not sit without water and air conditioning. The clean and cozy territory of the hotel. It's not far to the shopping malls. It is a 5-minute walk to the sea. The kitchen is just a song, very tasty, the cook is a wizard! Attitude to vacationers at a height. Thanks a lot to all the staff. I definitely recommend you to visit and we will come back ourselves.

If to Abkhazia, then it is better to go to Pitsunda. If in Pitsunda, then the best in Pitsunda is Kat. We rested with the child several times. It is safe, clean, delicious, the territory for children is very comfortable - there is where and what to play.

I liked the hotel. It is located in a picturesque place, our room had Windows overlooking the pine trees. Quietly, calmly, the girls are chirping. It's not far to the sea, the beach is large pebbles, the water is clean. They were fed at home, tasty and without gluttony. Towels were changed every day, because of the climate, they did not have time to dry out.

The location is good - away from the main roads, and at the same time, a few minutes and you are either by the sea, or in the very center, where there is trade and cafes.
Tatiana is a very friendly receptionist, she will tell you everything and show you.
The room is excellent, comfortable, with slippers and bathrobes and mattresses (which they say are hard) already have soft mattress pads, so it's comfortable. The room was large, family - everything corresponds to the description on the website. True, without a balcony, but a view of the mountains) Sound insulation is good with neighbors. But on the street, of course, there are dogs, then roosters, in general, their own lives - it does not depend on the hotel.
The staff is friendly.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner are included in the price - food for a solid four. If you want a barbecue, go to any cafe nearby) - everything is more or less standard here), no one will spoil you with Caucasian cuisine).
Nice well-maintained small area around the hotel.
We walked nearby, our hotel wins of course compared to the others.
The owners are Russians, maybe that's why there is almost no local flavor here.
There are many residents with children. It is a pity that it is impossible with pets, at least small ones - we would set aside 2-3 rooms for such guests - a big deal!
A water cooler wouldn't hurt in the common area.
Our room was not cheap, I hope that it is also comfortable to live in simpler rooms) since the hotel is still quite new (since 2018)
, In general, so far we have a mostly positive impression of the hotel, we are checking out tomorrow, but it seems like we would like to stay ...

I've never written reviews about a vacation, but this time I couldn't keep silent. This hotel is really worthy of the 5 star level. I liked absolutely everything. Rest for that and rest to rest your soul and recover from the frenzied rhythm of our life today. It is in this place that you will find this peace. The sea is nearby and it is really clean in pitsunda, unlike Gagra. Pitsunda is another world... If you are going on vacation for a high.... take a walk, drink chacha, smoke kohli, disco until morning....then you definitely are not here. This hotel is for those who relax with self-love. Nutrition is a separate topic, I can write a lot, but I will say a huge thank you to the cook and the girls in the kitchen for their work. Unfortunately, I do not know the name of the cook, I know that she is from Volgograd. They cook very tasty food and variety every day. The administrator Tatiana is an intelligent woman, open to everyone and always with you 24/7. In short.... I recommend it 100 percent.

There are many places where you can retire. The territory is closed, the children went into the yard themselves, you don't have to worry. There is a water column in front of the entrance from the beach, it is very convenient to wash your feet. We were there once. We don't come back because of the food. It is included in the price, and the time and the choice of food are not suitable for us. Sorry.

I fell for the beautiful interior and the rave reviews. In fact, apart from the interior, there are no special advantages - the food was for three, the smell of smoking at night and the noise from the air conditioner unit, screaming children and dogs, there is no beach. I wanted silence, peace and clean air, high-quality food - it did not work out....The delight was only from the sea. I won't stay there a second time - it's too expensive for such a service. Through the fence are private houses where rooms are rented. Everyone goes to the same beach, along the same path and swims in the same sea only much cheaper.

I stayed at this hotel in August 2019. I lived in a two-room family room for 10 days. The room is spacious, the bathroom is good. There is a dining table and a set of dishes. The room is equipped with two air conditioners. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style. The food is simple, the choice is average, but everything is satisfying and delicious. The cafe is located on an outdoor terrace overlooking a pine grove. The rooms are cleaned daily, the bed linen was changed twice in 10 days. I was pleased with the presence of a solarium on the roof, which "turns" into a cinema in the evening. The hotel is located in a quiet location, but at the same time close to the sea and the city center.

The food is terrible, I just don't understand why they lie about normal food here. Cheesecakes and casseroles with almost no cottage cheese, side dishes are all digested into trash and filled with a bucket of nasty palm oil, all the food is without salt, you can add salt only with coarse salt stuck together on the tables, it is very inconvenient. The hot stuff is mainly chicken bones with skin, hamburger patties, the cheapest fish with skin and bones, offal. The pastries are all inedible. Cheap sperd instead of butter. My stomach ached a couple of times from such food. It is necessary to drive such cooks. You could only eat porridge, eggs, sometimes soups and fresh vegetables and fruits, the rest was not edible. A couple of times there was pink salmon and a tongue 2 millimeters thick, this is not a joke. The mattresses are hard, there are three channels on TV and they don't show well, the shower is a hole in the floor, everything is flooded with water, there is zero sound insulation, dogs bark under the windows at night.

We remove one star. We were unlucky with an economy room with a balcony, next to the balcony door there is an external air conditioner unit from the next room (neighbors did not turn off the air conditioner around the clock), the sound of the motor and vibration is monotonous very loud, you can hear it in a room with the door tightly closed, even through earplugs! This is a constructive disadvantage of the installation, nothing can be done about it, it all depends on the neighbors...
And our neighbors on the right were lucky!, we didn't use the air conditioner at all)

We rested with my wife here for 2 nights. It was lucky that in mid-April they were just opening in the summer season and there were few people, although I was even worried that 3 parking spaces might not be enough - as it turned out, a very popular place not only among Sochi residents, but also guests from all over the world.
The hotel is in very good condition! It is clear that this is their favorite brainchild. Very close attention to detail. The staff is very interested in your accommodation and leisure plans - they can advise you a lot.
The main feature is the rooms of increased comfort with a view of the pine grove, which is closely adjacent to the territory.
If you walk through the grove for 5 minutes, you immediately get right to the coast. We were lucky with the season - there were a lot of dolphins. We admired them enough!)
I advise you to come just before the official summer season (June-July, when the sanatoriums open) the beach is completely empty, although it is chilly and windy.
From the nuances, I can advise you to take breakfast / lunch / dinner not all at once - the dining area is located on the veranda and nowadays the food cools down very quickly. If you have already taken it, you can always ask to warm it up. Of course, there is not enough microwave in the dining room and some heaters.
By the way, the food is delicious and homemade (there is usually a choice of meat or fish). They also serve local national cuisine.
Conclusion: I would come here again because of the unique location and service!

A new cozy hotel located among the relict century-old pines. The territory of the hotel is small, but perfectly planned, with playgrounds for sports and children's games, table tennis, a lounge area with comfortable furniture. The owners of the hotel did not chase the benefits and did not squeeze the maximum out of the usable area, so the rooms are very comfortable (they lived in standard), and when fully filled with guests there is no feeling of crowding. The rooms have new high-quality, modern furniture. The hotel team has created all conditions for a comfortable stay. All the staff approaches their work with a soul and is ready to help you in any matter. Meals (breakfasts and dinners) according to the buffet system - there is always a large selection of delicious and varied food. No one will stay hungry for sure. Lunch is on the menu at very affordable prices. The presence of a bar with a rich selection of drinks, again, at very affordable prices. The sea is a five-minute walk through the Pitsunda nature reserve, where even at noon there is no feeling of heat. The beach is wild, but more or less clean... but this is Abkhazia. PitSUNda CAT is great at everything. I don't want to leave here and I definitely want to come back here!!!

Great hotel. I'm resting with the children now. The economy room is excellent. Everything is necessary. Meals are served three times a day. They are fed at home. It is located in a pine grove. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the sea through the grove. The beach is not equipped. But this does not prevent you from enjoying your vacation. Before that, we had a rest in Gagra. They ran away here. We do not regret it.

Hello! We vacationed with my husband in May 2019 at the wonderful mini-hotel Pitsunda Cat. We were very satisfied with the rest, this is a real paradise, excellent location, quiet, cozy, comfortable. Good rooms, very responsive, friendly, attentive staff, the food is delicious, hearty, varied. They are very careful about cleanliness, both in the rooms, if desired, and throughout the hotel. A chic mini-hotel in Pitsunda. The hotel has recently opened, everything is new, the rooms are spacious, the breakfasts are good, from the roof of the snow-white building, which is equipped with an open-air salarium, there is a magnificent view of the town and the mountains. I was pleased that the family room was spacious, the four of us (with 2 children) were perfectly accommodated. In terms of comfort and availability of amenities, the hotel draws on the European four. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the sea through a pine grove, the hotel has its own exit to it, or you can walk along the street with stalls and shops, which is also interesting for a change. When we arrived, there was no playground yet, but it is planned, so everything is ahead of the hotel! Many thanks to all the friendly staff for the wonderful feeling of a first-class holiday! We definitely recommend it!
