We came to the store on Victory Square on the recommendation of a very large number of people. We were choosing a suit for the groom. Evgeny is a pro in his field, he picked up an excellent option. However, customer orientation is very, very lame. To begin with, in addition to Eugene, there were two other young girls there (I didn't really understand their purpose). They obviously weren't taught to greet customers, I haven't seen such a complete disregard for a long time. Throughout the whole process of choosing a costume, these girls talked about tiktok, about personal, about how best to download the series at work. We were there for about an hour, no one offered me, let alone tea/coffee. And even sit down. Although the store positions itself as a rather "cool" place. It seemed that they were not very interested in what was happening. We eventually chose the costume (because we were determined to buy everything the first time). However, I will not go there a second time and I will not advise everyone. You want to feel like you're nobody.This is it.

I have been to this store several times and each time the impressions get worse and worse, I do not understand what kind of target audience they claim and what kind of customer orientation they are talking about, a couple of dry facts from the last visit:
- in the extreme fitting room, the one closer to the wall and the mirror, the light does not work and there is a large amount of cobwebs and some dirt on the ceiling
- the salesman-guy starts lifting your shirt without permission and touching your waist trying to figure out the size (other visitors, like me, twitched in confusion during this intervention)
- the seller comes to the fitting room and pulls back the curtain without asking to see how you are there (yes, this is a store of high customer orientation and level, I remind you), in my opinion, in the market as a child, measuring on a cardboard behind the curtain and then treated privacy with respect :)?
- an absolutely incomprehensible story with dimensions, asking for more /Do they tell you we don't have any shorter/longer ones or what, you don't want them too high? Although judging by the website, this model has a large size grid and if there is no one in this store, maybe it's worth consulting where there is?
In general, a very strange place, and at a different point on the "Silhouette", plus or minus the same attitude and level of staff work.
Conclusion: things of good quality and material, there are quite adequate models, but the level of staff work and the condition of the premises wants the best, if you do not want to spoil your mood, it is better to order online or choose another store.
