We made a pre-order for pizza delivery for 21 hours on a weekday. And it was very unpleasant when the courier was 20 minutes late, explaining that 20 minutes is the standard delivery time (read: late!) by pre-order. At the same time, there is not a single word about this anywhere on the site, anywhere in the application.
Then why do you offer such a feature to customers if you can't work it out to the fullest?
There are no questions about taste, but it would be worth working on the quality of delivery!

I ordered a large pizza on Monday (a small one as a gift), the delivery should have been completed in 45 minutes, however, considering that this type of order is not covered by the "pizza for free" rule in case of not timely delivery, it was delivered to me more than an hour later. There is a "hack" of staff who use existing vines in order not to do their job properly.

A firm and confident five. I used to buy elsewhere, but today we decided to order here. First we bought a rustic one and were amazed at how juicy and fragrant it was. Immediately, I went and ordered an even bigger one in Ukrainian. They told me to wait 20 minutes, but they didn't settle at the agreed time.
The girl gave the pizza after 25 minutes, the tastiest by the way, and with it the full amount, since they did not meet the agreed time. I took 50%, and decided to leave the remaining half to the institution so that they would cover the expense at least. Bottom line: I recommend it to everyone, the best in Mozyr, really tasty and juicy and the dough is super!
