My first visit to this place was overshadowed by the crooked-handed waitress who believes that this premium-class institution is not for people like me (wheelchair user). Then she lost my card. The administrator figured it all out, but the sediment remained. And we never received a compliment from the institution. I think the waitress worked for the first day or so and tried to transfer her joints to the client. In particular, she tried to make me insolvent by "losing" my card. Who taught her to take her anywhere at all? I have been there more than once. The usual place to eat.

In the pizza, the fillings were spared. Kartovan doesn't seem to have anything satisfying, but it's hard to spoil the cutlets, carpaccio is for an amateur, here you have to be a lover of cheese because it smells all over the table, but the children are sick, but it went to me. And for all 150 rubles, it's not a pity for money, it just seems like it's just a divorce, we came to have dinner at a restaurant, and got into a cheap canteen, the taste of the dishes is at the level of a mivina. In Grodno, for such money, we had a wonderful dinner, with a cool presentation and with a real taste of dishes.

At 18:04 through the application, I ordered pizza for the promotion, rustic potatoes and a burger with French fries, this same burger with French fries wrote in a note that I chose as a gift, because I collected 6 cards (which are given for orders with delivery or pickup in the amount of more than 30 rubles). As a result, the operator did not call back and the order was accepted, they promised delivery in 1 hour and 45 minutes. When an hour had already passed from the promised time, I decided to call them and ask what was going on there at all. I couldn't get through to the first number, so I called the second one. They told me that they see the order, but call the first number, they will tell you where the order is. For about 10 minutes, I kept calling the first number, no one answered the phone at all. And when they finally took it, they said that the courier had just left, and the app was to blame for everything, not them. After all, the application only asks them for the delivery time and that's it, they can't change the information there. But then the question is, why earlier, if the order was not delivered at the right time, they called me and said it directly, why didn't they tell me about it now?
Okay, now about the courier. He came, and drove 45 rubles into the terminal for payment instead of 31 rubles. It was the first time he had heard about the cards at all, he tried to call his friends for several minutes to decide how to punch this check. Thank God they thought of just wiping this burger off the receipt. But when paying at the terminal, the tape ran out, and he ran outside to get this tape, and for a few minutes I stood like a fool in the corridor with his bag. And yes, he did not give me an auction card for an order for more than 30 rubles, but although he should have. As a result, the order was delivered only after 3 hours... in Svetlogorsk, then...
I don't say anything about the dishes at all. Chicken and ham often have some white cartilage or small bones. Rustic potatoes can come with everything you need, or maybe just potatoes without greens and lettuce, maybe just without greens. The chefs who cook there for delivery, are you okay there? This is already a clinic, they just steal food, and the authorities look at it from a high bell tower. A burger with some bitterness, and potatoes... It's just porridge, not French fries. It takes two minutes by car from the establishment to my house in a straight line, but this does not prevent them from delivering some kind of porridge instead of sane French fries, which can be smeared on the fingers. Napkins and cutlery? It will be lucky if they are put down, most often they are delivered without them. I ordered it several times for a certain time, but they just ignored it and just delivered it when ready. There was another case when they forgot to put a jar of sauce to the courier. I tried to call them for 20 minutes to ask about this sauce, and as a result, they delivered this sauce to me separately an hour later, when the pizza was already finished. The sauce was called sour cream-garlic, but in fact there was no garlic, stupidly a few grams of sour cream for the price of a pack of 400 grams ...
Will I order more from here? No, thanks. And I don't advise others either.
Well, as usual, the institution will write something like under this review: "sorry, we will punish the guilty, come again." Will someone be punished? I doubt it, because they have had such an attitude towards customers for a long time, they don't give a damn about these reviews. They armed themselves with template answers, and shove them wherever they go.

The pizzeria left me deeply disappointed. When I first looked at the Margarita pizza, I was struck by its dryness and ugly appearance. The filling was catastrophically small, as if it had been accidentally dropped on the dough.
Interestingly, I visited this place more than a year ago, and the quality of the food has dropped significantly since then. Perhaps the chefs have changed or they have problems maintaining standards.
If you decide to visit this pizzeria, I would recommend paying attention to other dishes on the menu or perhaps choose another place. I hope that the pizzeria management will pay attention to customer feedback and take measures to improve the quality. 🍕

The place where we come with friends and families when we arrive in Svetlogorsk. They cook delicious, fast enough. Of the waitresses, I want to mention Tamara and Tanyusha, they hear the wishes of customers and react quickly. We are pleased with the bonus system in the form of cards with a dish to choose from at the next visit.
We usually eat on the outdoor terrace, the room is stuffy, I would like the hood to work better.
I recommend it!
