The place is great, but the manager is on Instagram, my respects. We always ordered via Instagram, there were never any questions, but now we ordered 3 boats, and delivered two. I attached the correspondence to the photo.
He teaches how to place orders, while it is their duty to clarify the correctness of the order if something is unclear somewhere.
They never apologized for the entire correspondence, but tried to blame us, which was extremely unprofessional on their part. Also come, as if we need it.
In the end, we also decided to "deprive" them, they say, we no longer accept only our orders. Very unprofessional.
They tried to adequately bring about some kind of solution to the situation, but the institution did not need it, they drew conclusions.
the place is not bad, but the customer orientation is at zero, think.

Были на отдыхе у Батьки в Гродненской области. Знакомые посоветовали попробовать пиццу в пиццерии "PizzaSet" в г.Скидель. В России много, где пробовали пиццу, но такой вкусной ни разу. Дополнительно заказали в пиццу сырные бортики. Это нечто!!! Качество отменное! Цена доступная! Да, заведение не большое. Но чтобы перекусить, места достаточно. Будете проезжать мимо, ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО, заезжайте попробовать. Приветливые хозяева заведения, Валерий и Татьяна! Приятное общение! Респект и Уважение Вам! Успехов в бизнесе! Так держать!

There is not enough space inside, it is better to take it with you. Clean and tidy.
The staff is polite and helpful.
We ordered envelopes. There are a lot of fillings, everything is fresh. We were pleased that you can see how the order is being prepared in the kitchen.
We did everything quickly. There are no questions about the packaging. We recommend it!

Персонал на высоте,вежливый подскажут посоветуют. Очень интересный интерьер.
Сколько не заказывал всегда всё вкусно и быстро, ожидать долго не приходилось. Хороший выбор для вечернего время провождения.

Персонал вежливый, но очень хромает время выполнения заказов, наверняка из за нехватки рук, заказы на доставку долгие, на самовывоз тоже не ахти( на две шаурмы 25 минут), но по качеству и вкусу всё на неплохом уровне, можно пробовать.

Заказали пиццу. сказали 1-1,5ч и курьер приедет. прошло 2 часа, мы позвонили, девушка сказала через 15 минут будет готова и курьер привезет. То ли забыли, то ли заработались - непонятно. Но неприятно. по итогу заказ привезли через 3 часа.
