We stayed for the holidays from November 4th to 6th. The staff is very friendly and friendly, as the hotel is not big, all guests receive an individual approach. The breakfasts were mostly on the menu, the buffet line is very small. We did not have enough kettle in the room, we really wanted to drink hot tea or coffee in the room in the evening, as we returned from walks late and the restaurant on the 6th floor was no longer working.

The dishes are like at home, not restaurant dishes, which is not reflected on the price tag in any way. In short: it is expensive for such quality. There are plenty of places in Minsk with much better cuisine for the same money, and even cheaper. I don't recommend it as a restaurant. And the hotel itself is not bad.

A wonderful European-class hotel. Brand new renovation, plumbing, linen. Responsive and well-trained staff. The breakfasts are good in quality and choice. If the windows overlook the Bolshoi Theater, this is a plus for aesthetic pleasure. I recommend you to visit.

The Polonaise restaurant is a very atmospheric place. It is beautiful, cozy and a great option for a banquet of 20+ guests. The service is good. Kitchen for 4. Various assorted dishes, look very modest.

The rooms are well furnished, but there is not enough room in the rooms and the price is too high relative to the quality of the rooms. There were no questions about the staff, they were very friendly and helpful. The menu is delicious and pretentious, but we couldn't eat - there was no cook. As a result, we didn't sleep or eat. We stopped by, looked at it and left. I will not ruin the assessment, I did not stop and did not fully experience the service, I will put five, but in my opinion it pulls to a solid four. Excellent hotel a sparsely populated hotel near the tourist center of the city. Excellent breakfast buffet + hot dishes to order on request. Near the Bolshoi Theater of the Republic of Belarus and an excellent park.I recommend.

A fantastically pleasant, clean, comfortable hotel! I recommend 10 out of 10 points for accommodation! The location is convenient, the rooms have everything, the water is hot, the cleanliness is already creaking, the linen is snow-white, the breakfast is delicious. There is not a single point for which you can lower your score. This is an ideal hotel, I will come again and again. I recommend everyone to stay here. Super!!!

I do not recommend this hotel.For 4 days they have never been cleaned, towels have not been changed.But the worst thing is the restaurant on the top floor, which is rented out for special service.Music, noise, dancing on your head until midnight.

We stayed at the hotel several times. We are satisfied with everything from hospitality to cozy rooms. Breakfast: buffet + a la carte, everything is very tasty. There is a place to park the car.
We checked in late and asked for dinner in the room before arrival, they did not refuse us ;)

We stayed here with our family three times, in standard and junior suites. Nice hotel, clean, located in the center of Minsk. With parking.
There was a restaurant on the top floor, where they had breakfast and lunch. Delicious!

Great hotel in the city center! The rooms are gorgeous, the bed is large and comfortable, extra pillows and blankets. We had a great night's sleep! Bathrobes and slippers, bottled water. The breakfast is very tasty. Parking in the courtyard of the hotel. I recommend it to everyone!

I stopped twice for work. Excellent location, there is a place to park the car. You can choose breakfast from the menu + buffet. The rooms are spacious, there is no extraneous noise.

We were vacationing with friends. Then she came alone. All three rooms were immaculate: clean, cozy, everything works, bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, kettle, mugs, glasses and daily replenishment of water bottles. Very good restaurant: breakfast buffet of snacks + hot dishes on the menu. Meals on a separate menu are also very tasty and fast.

I really liked it. It feels like you're alone in the hotel, perfect. Quietly, calmly.
Wonderful unobtrusive staff who takes into account all wishes.
Excellent breakfasts, everything is fresh and delicious.
The room is very clean (suite), cleaning every day.
The hotel is in the center, everything is within walking distance, it is very convenient if you come to see Minsk for 2-3 days.
I think the next time we come, it will be only in Polonaise.

Upon check-in, the bed linen is extra.the place was not provided, then we were told that it was generally for an additional fee. How is it? There is no parking at the hotel, cars can be packed in the courtyard of a nearby house... In general, it's not very good.
