A Wonderful Center!
Everything is at the highest level!!!
Friendly and attentive staff.
I really liked the positive, receptive and friendly mood of the receptionist girls, with their pleasant and sweet smiles on their faces.
There are no endless queues for recording, as we have in Bobruisk.
It was in May 2024. I am very impressed with the service and the Center itself!
Now, if necessary, both myself and my family and friends only go to this Center.
I recommend it to everyone!

It was 01/26/25 (I did colonoscopies) If you put aside the little things (employees move to their place of work without shoe covers, and the patient is wearing shoe covers starting from the entrance). To rate as a medical institution, professionalism and care is definitely 5 out of 5, thanks to all the doctors (monitoring before and after the procedure, even covered with a blanket). Good evening, I am spreading the story of my mother at the Polymed medical center on 12/14/2024, the following medical services were provided on a reimbursable basis: bilateral upper and lower blepharoplasty and lifting of the upper third of the face. According to the contract concluded between the clinic and my mother, they were obliged to provide qualified, high-quality medical care,
however, on the same day, when my mother arrived home and saw that the stitches had split in her left eye, that is, after 2 hours of surgery, she had to return from her hometown back to the Polymed medical center for gluing the seam on the left eye. All this was done by a nurse at the Polymed Medical center, but Rubanov, the plastic surgeon, did not show up. On 12/15/2025, my mother wrote to the doctor and he examined my mother at 12:00 the next day, saying that everything was fine. On 12/18/2024, the seams were removed. Today, on January 24, my mother has threads left after the stitches were removed, which were noticed by her cosmetologist. Upon arrival in Zhlobin at Polymed on January 24, my mother was not provided with services due to the lack of qualified specialists at the center.
Regarding the postoperative condition: the left eye does not heal, the previously glued seam and the feeling of "tension" of the seam, uncharacteristic pain, discomfort, slight burning sensation.
Moreover, the attitude of all employees towards patients is in the "fingers in a fan" format. The complaint to the Polymed center has been written and will be considered in accordance with the terms of the legislation, but I would like to inform potential patients who want to seek services.

We visited the center in 2024. The theater begins with a hanger, and medical institutions with a registry office. The impression is very positive, the receptionists are polite and explain everything clearly. They called several times with a proposal to postpone the procedure to an earlier date, the test results were sent in a double envelope by prior arrangement. A pleasant and very trusting attitude was caused by plastic surgeon Rubanov L.N.

We visited this medical center and were very dissatisfied. We made an appointment with a traumatologist, but the administrator did not inform us that this was a consultant doctor and no help would be provided 🤷♀️ The doctor simply wrote out a referral to the emergency room and said "what will be faster there 🤦♀️ The question is, then why did we contact this medical center if we were not provided with this service and just paid the money for nothing??? Here , it seemed that they were doing it without looking at the picture . Some parts of the spine have not been described . The dimensions of the channels do not correspond to reality.
