During the conversation, Agent Artyom got personal, convincing me of my excessive concern about the issue of submitting documents, providing not an actual service, but psychological support, which is not included in the subject of the contract and was not expected by me.
On February 13th, when I announced my desire to withdraw the money due to the impossibility of submitting it after the 14th, I was promised a coupon for the next dates (today/tomorrow). However, on the same day it became clear that there would be no ticket for these dates.
After requesting a refund, I was refused, referring to the fact that I had already been booked for filing (although the filing date was not set, and the service, according to the contract, was not provided). The refund request form was sent only after my statement of intention to go to court.

For the second year in a row, I have been asking for help in applying for a Greek visa. Very polite staff, explain everything quickly and clearly. They fill out the necessary documents correctly. The filing dates will match those promised during the phone call. Everything is done on time and efficiently. The first visa in April 2024 is for the duration of the request, this year it was given for 1 month!))
