We stayed at this hotel in August 2022. the hotel has its own 4 stars. The rooms are ordinary, like all four of them, but it didn't matter to us, because they only came to spend the night. There are standard rooms in the main building, there is an additional building, all the rooms are family rooms, my friend and I lived in such a room (bedroom and living room with its own kitchen, shower and toilet are shared, spacious). The air conditioner is not very conveniently located in front of the bed, but we got used to it and set the temperature at night to 27 degrees and minimal airflow, so it was comfortable to sleep.
Nutrition is not a big choice, but you can always eat enough. In the morning, amlet, boiled eggs, pancakes, vegetables, sliced bread, rolls, dairy products, porridge.Lunch and dinner - a couple of side dishes, turkey and chicken, 1 type of fish, vegetables, herbs, fruits (watermelon, melon, apples, oranges, plums), Turkish snacks, sweets. There is one bar by the pool, the territory is small, everything is close. The bar has wine, vodka, gin, raki, beer, water, juices.
There are always free sun beds by the pool at any time. There is no private beach, but it does not matter. 3 minutes walk to the sea, walk around the hotel and another 200 meters. According to the length of the beach, the sunbeds belong to local cafes or hotels. You come to any one, the cafe staff will take you to a free sunbed with an umbrella and a table. Even if you don't buy anything, you can still lie down and rest. At prices on the beach: water,cola or fanta, lipton cost 4 lira, at the time of our vacation it is 100 rubles. Just a bomb ice cream costs 55 lira (220p), alcoholic claws start at a price of 110 lira (440p). The entrance to the sea is good, small pebbles, smoothly, but not for long, shallow, after 10 meters it is already up to the neck.
There is no animation in the hotel, but this is not necessary in Marmaris, the whole coast-the embankment- is full of animation, music and dancing in every cafe. If you walk along the embankment to the very center of the city to the statue of Ataturk, it is about 30-40 minutes, as an evening prominence it is very good, if you go further, there is an alley of bars with more interesting hangouts.
Everywhere in the city you can rent a bike, scooter, inexpensive. There is a special bike path along all the streets. You need to cross the road carefully, even at a pedestrian crossing, cars do not immediately stop to let you pass. opposite the hotel, to the right, there is a large MIGROS store, with groceries and everything else.There is also an LTB store (Turkish quality Kolins) - the prices are cheap, the quality is excellent. The WAIKIKI store is far away on foot, you can look at the map if necessary, there are two of them in the city, the one that is further away and the statue is bigger and there is more choice.

We had a rest in June 2022, the hotel is good, it fully justified its price. Cleaning every day, the food is excellent and varied, the sea is close. We had a rest with a big company, we liked everything, we were satisfied with the rest, Marmaris is beautiful.

I liked the hotel, although we were afraid to go because the reviews are old. The room has a refrigerator, air conditioning, hairdryer, TV, and Russian channels. The minus is the truth in the lighting, there are only sconces in the room, it's a little dark for those who like to read. There is a wall dryer on the balcony, it is convenient to dry a swimsuit, towel. Towels cannot be taken out of the room, you will have to buy beach towels yourself or bring them with you. The room was cleaned every day, towels were replaced 1 time per week. There was a restaurant downstairs and the room also smelled of food, the air conditioner solved this problem. Meals - breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner, buffet, everything is beautifully decorated. The bar is up to 23h, water can be poured from the cooler around the clock. There is no animation in the hotel, but music plays all day, a lot of Russian music is included. The hotel is mostly occupied by Russians alone. There is a spa, a hammam, but they are paid. The administrators are Russian girls, very good, they will tell you everything and advise you how to go or drive somewhere, for example. There is a bus stop next to the hotel.
The excursions that the tour operator offers at the hotel are expensive, according to reviews we found Sasha's office near the hotel, right in front of the police station. He told me where to go, it's not worth going, the prices are inexpensive, they also exchanged dollars for lira. He will also tell you where to go shopping, or where to go yourself.

A very unpleasant chef stood at the entrance every time and watched how much food the guests took, this is the first thing that they did not like! I made comments to the guests! He shouted at his subordinates like a madman, the food is simply disgusting!!! There is no meat from the word at all , rice, pasta and old leftovers. Cleaning for 4 days more than once, I do not recommend the hotel!!!

On the embankment, a Kazakh Turk named Maglik speaks Russian well, sells excursions at an inflated price, is two or even three times too high ...! Competitors are cheaper. There is also a Max on the embankment, he has fair prices. Beware of deception, get a price at the beginning from several sellers of euscursions. Klkopatra beach, Dalyan is just super, I recommend it, and just a yacht trip along the bay with stops for swimming is a beauty, maximum 15 dollars. I liked Marmaris very much. Have a nice stay!

We rested at this hotel in May 2019 on a voucher from anex tour for 11 days / 10 nights. I think it justifies its price. The location is very convenient. The sea is just around the corner, to walk one five. Near the grocery Migros (we bought berries and fruits), the central street (you can go to the center or Icmeler), two outlets MGM and Forum, MADO (be sure to go). The center of Marmaris and Icmeler are equally close, I chose it that way on purpose.
The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly.
Many people are interested in nutrition. Breakfast: eggs, omelette, porridge, cereals, lots of jams, usually there are stewed vegetables, toast, olives, three types of salted cheese, two types of suluguni, two types of sausage, vegetable salad, fruit slicing. For lunch, there are several side dishes, including vegetables, fried potatoes, one type of meat, a lot of meze, vegetable salads, chorba (soup). There is a similar assortment of dishes for dinner. Sometimes two meat dishes. The fish was given 3-4 times (mackerel and some kind of dry white fish) . Cape: chicken, turkey, minced chicken meatballs. There was also an afternoon snack, we didn't go to it. Drinks: tea, coffee, three types of juices, three types of wine, gin, beer, raki. Fruits are mainly apples and citrus fruits. There's a lot of stuff, but we're not amateurs. I could have missed something, not written, but we weren't hungry. The assortment is of course boring, but it's not a top five. We didn't expect much.
The downside is that there are no towels for the pool. If they forgot to change the towels in the room, they talked to the reception and fixed everything.
It was a very long transfer from Anex. We got to the hotel 3h 40min, one stop!!! Plus, the time of collecting at the bus at the airport (well, these are not efficient tourists, they have been waiting for everyone for a long time). Back 2.5 hours.
We are happy with our vacation. Marmaris is great!

We had a rest in September/October 19, we got to the hotel by overbooking. The location is excellent : 5 minutes to the beach, near Migros and the Forum, ten minutes to Icmeler (Nirvana Beach), similarly to the center, thirty minutes on foot waddling. Bike rental is nearby. The hotel itself is clean, the rooms are good (although we only slept there), clean towels and bed linen. The food is good: vegetables, fruits, greens from morning to evening, fish almost every day, of course there was not enough meat) a piece of piggy, but we are in Turkey. I especially liked spinach, but we only got it once, but now we love it. In general, the food from the point of view of a picky zoologist is good, there is everything to make yourself a healthy and tasty menu. The staff is also great) we chatted sweetly with the girls, the currency exchange is immediately at a good rate. The hotel fully corresponds to its stars. Yes, Marmaris does not sleep at night, but why did you come here to sleep? ))) After walking and swimming in the sea, we slept like the dead) no noise bothered us. We didn't swim in the pool, even though it is there, because I don't care about a chlorinated pool when I have a SEA there, blue and clean. I sincerely do not understand tourists who sleep until lunch and swim in the pool). There were a couple of local cats eating right there) They are very cute. In general, I WILL COME BACK here). I recommend.

The hotel is probably still 3+, not even 4-. the priority is probably only cleanliness... Wonderful girls at the reception. Breakfasts are very meager, lunch and dinner are no frills, but you will not stay hungry-meat is always, fish, vegetables, watermelons, melons, apples, plums.... There is no animation, the territory is very small, it is occupied by a dining area and a swimming pool. There is nothing for children to do in this hotel, no food, no entertainment, not even a lawn for games.

A great hotel, some Russians, Ukrainians, Belarusians vacationers, everything is cultural. There is a Russian receptionist at the reception - Natasha (works only in day shifts). All the staff understands Russian more or less, some speak quite passably. The bartender Dima (Turk) is at the bar understands and responds to everything in Russian. The food is good fruits, greens, side dishes, sweets, meat, fish are all in abundance, meals 3 times a day + 2 afternoon tea, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included, ice cream is free. From the hotel to the sea is a 5-minute walk, on the beach to take sun loungers you need to buy ice cream costs 5 lira and take 2 sun loungers and an umbrella, lira can be changed directly at the hotel, dollars and euros are changed. The course is the same as in the offices nearby, but it is safer to change in the hotel, at least they will not be deceived. In general, we are very satisfied with the hotel, the staff worked for 5+, the bar for 5+, food for 5+, room cleaning for 5+, the safe was not taken, nothing was missing from the room, everything is safe and sound. The bed and bath amenities were changed 1 time in 3 days, the room cleaning is very good. The only delicious alcohol is Crayfish (local vodka), and gin and tonic. We recommend the hotel, we rested for 10 days from 8.10.18-18.10.18

We ran around the shops late in the evening, trying to buy at least something for dinner. It is clear that the child was left hungry. It is not possible to use the kettle in the room. It smells very strongly of plastic.On other days, it was necessary not to be late for the start of the meal, because the menu of dishes decreased very quickly. Especially meat dishes. Fish dishes were very few and rare. There were few fruits. They gave apples and plums, which were inedible. Watermelons and melons were regularly given.The service is normal. The girls at the reception are very responsive.

We traveled in early May 2019. The hotel is very decent, clean. We checked in immediately, did not wait for 14 hours (we did not sleep on the plane all night, and were afraid that we would have to wait for the room). We took the bus to the hotel a little more than 1.45, but the trip was exciting, the guide entertained as much as he could)) the drop in the tar in our situation was the guide attached to us by a travel agency - sooo persistently and brazenly just sniffed out excursions, but he quickly fell behind. The balcony of our room was just facing the street, but there was not much noise there, night parties, music, etc. we did not observe, except for regular singing from the mosque (well, we got used to it soon)) the food, of course, is focused on cakes and vegetables, but they were definitely not hungry. I really liked the staff (especially the Ghoul at the reception), the work was well coordinated and carefully controlled. I liked the location, everything is nearby- markets, shops, the sea and attractions. Definitely, let's go back to Marmaris again - he falls in love immediately and forever!

We were at the hotel in June 2019. On the first day, the mood was spoiled. We stopped by late, at 11 p.m. There were practically no available rooms. We got a room on the 2nd floor, the Windows overlook the road. Pleasant, I will say, is not enough. Since Marmaris does not sleep at night) There are only 4 such rooms in this hotel. That's how we were "lucky". After some hysteria, our room was changed the day after our stay there. From that moment on, a full rest came. The food was decent. The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly. The sea is just around the corner. Well, Marmaris itself is just a fairy tale. I fell in love with him forever)

A family-run hotel.The room is cleaned every day, there are swimming pools, children's and adult plus a children's water slide.The pools are vacuumed every day.They are not disinfected from a bucket (they are dosed through filters.The only drawback is that there is no animation with animators. The sea is 150-200m away. There is no private beach.

We ordered the tour a month before the trip. The first impression of the hotel was overshadowed by the fact that there were no available rooms. We were offered to move to a nearby hotel for one night, and that in the morning we would be immediately accommodated in our room! Of course, they said that it was force majeure, and this happens very rarely! We were outraged, but there was nowhere to go! After moving to a lower-class hotel, we could use the pool and the Prestige restaurant! The next day at 8 a.m., a car was waiting for us, and with it 3 more pairs of people who were in the same situation! Arriving at Prestige, they tell us that the rooms are not ready, and we will be able to check in only after 14:00! And again a new scandal! After which, after all, there were 2 rooms and we were settled! As an apology, there was a small bottle of wine and fruit in the room, and we also demanded a free safe! Later we made sure that this was not force majeure, but quite normal for this hotel, because we occasionally observed the same situation with other people!!!!! I would also like to note that if you get a minor injury, for example, cut your finger, then do not expect help from the staff, there is no first aid kit on the desk, and no one will want to help you! In general, the hotel is not bad: the food is delicious, the hotel itself and the territory are clean! The rooms were cleaned every day! The pool is clean and does not stink! The furniture in the rooms is not new, but it is not completely in bad condition! We were rarely in the hotel itself, we only slept and ate, and the rest of the time we walked, so after a couple of days we forgot about the unpleasant situation and enjoyed our vacation!

But the force majeure itself was waiting for us on our birthday, we did not wait for the cake.Because we went for the first time, we did not know that this was a gift from the hotel.the husband repeatedly contacted the reception.As a result, instead of May 28, they congratulated the victims with grief on May 31. Out of 4 stars, it draws 3 stars. There's really no WiFi. The only plus is that it takes literally 5 minutes to walk to the beach.
