We had a vacation in July 2024 with a young man. It was our first vacation together, and even more so abroad. We chose this hotel because of lack of knowledge in principle and attracted the "ALL INCLUSIVE".
I was in Sochi once and the cuisine was 100 times better there.
What are the disadvantages?
1. The breakfasts did not change and everything was the same every day. Of the porridges, only oatmeal, oak flakes, boiled eggs, tasteless pancakes, bakery products, butter, incomprehensible jams (it is not signed what kind of jam or syrup it is), cheese, sausage, greens and omelet (yes, it is delicious, but greasy to the point of horror, the oil flowed from it like a million). In general, we went to breakfast only 3 times out of 10 days.
2. The staff did not tell us that there is a toilet downstairs when you swim in the pool. We went to our room like fools. Also, the staff did not tell us that we will have lunch and dinner on the floor below and on the street. On the first day we couldn't understand why the kitchen was closed and where everyone was eating.
3. The room was cleaned every day, as they say, but unfortunately they do not wash the floor well. There was a pile of garbage under the bed.
4. The air conditioner only works in the room when you are in it. Which is very bad, because there is nothing to breathe outside in July, and when you come to the room, you have to wait 20-30 minutes for the room to cool down....
5. The hotel was well aware that our flight was changed and we arrived at about 7 pm, then we waited for about an hour for luggage and took another 2 hours to get to the hotel by bus. We arrived at about 22:00 with something. They have dinner until 21:00. And once again, the hotel knew perfectly well that we would arrive an hour after dinner. But no one fed us. We ate our last meal on the plane at lunch. The staff told us, "well, the kitchen is closed, you're late. Go to the embankment and eat there."
6. When we were supposed to leave the next day, we went up to the administrator and asked what time the transfer would pick us up. We were told "WELL, LOOK AT THE STAND THERE" in such a tone.... As if we knew about it. I repeat, this is the first time we flew abroad))))
And another joke, the girl (at the reception) asked us to check their code and take an English test, but we don't know English and she's putting something there. I ask, "are you leaving a review for yourself?". Her answer killed me, "Yes, did you not like something?". Well, first of all, it was too brazen and not beautiful on her part. Secondly, why did she decide that she had the right to do this without our consent. My boyfriend calmly said, "Come on already." Although she had already done everything before I could ask her that question! We just thought there was some kind of test, but not an assessment on their hotel!
7. There were only fruits: apples, an orange and watermelon only for dinners.
8. Desserts to my taste were not tasty at all
9. The all-inclusive bar - of course, the choice was very meager.
10. There was a glass door in the bathroom and water was constantly on the floor after the shower due to the fact that the door was only half closed (I mean this door is not wall-to-wall wide, but about a little more than half).
11. The garbage truck took the garbage right at the entrance and we were so lucky that when we went to the hotel from the beach, they took the garbage there and the smell was disgusting. It was not 1 time, but 3-4 times we definitely came across these "wonderful" flavors.
12. I caught Wi-Fi only on the loggia and in the bar.
Positive:
1. The guide Ramadan is very polite and very interesting to tell us all the details of the excursions.
2. Lunches and dinners are not straight pluses, but we did not stay hungry, thanks for that (if compared with breakfast).
3. The pool water is warm
4. The waiters always put away the plates and glasses on time. And the bartender made cocktails well and quickly.
My conclusion: I will never return to this hotel for sure and I will not advise anyone.

We stayed at this hotel from 07/18/2013 to 07/27/2013
I'll start with the positive aspects: the food is varied, everyone will find what they like, the room is clean, the staff is friendly, polite, there are shops nearby, the territory is clean.
3 pools: for kids, with 2 slides and for everyone. We really liked everything.
I won't write much, there are already reviews here, where it is written. Personally, my children and I were satisfied with everything. The weather was gorgeous.
Cons: there is no beach; towels are not provided for the beach and pool; children of different ages climb into the communal pool, so it's okay not to swim, because they jump, splash, jump; the room must be vacated before 12.00, otherwise a fine of $ 50 (even if check-out is later, an additional fee of $ 30 to be in the room), Personally, I didn't like it very much.
In general, everything is fine!
I would like to express my deep gratitude to the staff who worked for the benefit of our holiday. You are super!!!
I really want to come back again..

We have been staying at this hotel since August 14 for 11 nights, 2 adults, this is our first time in Turkey. I liked everything in the hotel, from and to, the reception is Russian nice girls, the bartenders are funny and always do not mind chatting, the whole staff is very positive. The food is 9/10, delicious, a large selection. The rooms are clean and cleaned every day. A huge plus is the location - on the main street, it's not far to the beach, but there is no beach of its own, of course, but we found the beach in a nearby hotel. Also from this hotel, there is an office of the best travel agency in Marmaris, Sasha Fromrasha, where you can communicate on all excursions and questions, as well as for currency exchange, which we actually did (be careful here, there are many deceivers in the city who impersonate him, Sasha is really a Russian guy). In general, I liked everything, and would come back here again)

The hotel is old. Russian girls work at the reception.The food is delicious, you won't stay hungry for sure.
Coffee, ,,juices,,powder. From alcohol, I noticed that they are poured from glass bottles, which are opened in front of you. The hotel is located near the beach, 5 minutes. The rooms are tired.There is no private beach, you need to buy drinks at the beach bar to take a sunbed.

Convenient location, close to beaches and a long embankment along which you can walk to the city center, marina and castle.
Good regular cleaning without reminders, linen change every 3 days.
The food is good, but not very diverse, a lot of delicious vegetables, usually 1-2 types of meat (chicken, jacket), fruits are also always one option, but a lot of sweet.
The bar has a large selection, open until 23h.
But the bar counter usually has a sticky floor.
Dining area near the pool, under a canopy.
Not bad in general, but of course, the cost due to the course was very high for him.

I really liked the hotel. Nice and large family room consisting of two rooms with two balconies. Good location, 5 minutes to the sea at a leisurely pace. There is a large supermarket Migros nearby. We visited this hotel in May 2024. I liked absolutely everything. Before going, I read all the reviews and took into account all the nuances for myself and there were no surprises)
Towels are not provided for the pool and the sea. The room was changed almost every day. There is gel, shampoo, soap. There is no beach of its own, but there were no problems with the place. The whole beach is public and even if someone comes up and asks to leave, politely say that you will not leave)). No one has ever approached me. Entering the sea, small pebbles of 3 meters, then sand. The water is clean, the nature is amazing. Mountains on all sides. Ships and yachts of various sizes are constantly sailing into the bay. Very beautiful. On the beach, we left the hotel and turned left, at the first turn to the left.
I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff of the hotel🥰
The hotel is very clean. Everything is in order, from the owner to the plumber. The whole days are washed and cleaned both in the hotel and on the territory. All the staff is friendly and respectful, everyone is smiling. There are 3 girls at the reception, all Russian, solve all problems instantly. The kitchen is good. Everyone will choose what to eat. There is no animation, but we were not bored. The music plays until 00.00, you can even put your own, if you want. We walked a lot, there are a million shops. We went on tour, took Sasha Rashi. A lot of people write about him here.

We rested 1 - 10.10.23. The entourage makes the king, the staff makes the hotel. The staff is 100+. Our girls at the reception, bartenders, waiters, the cook who baked the tortillas are just great, there was not a single unanswered question or unworked request.
Yes, there were moments on the menu, but objectively, at this price it is very good and above expectations, you will not stay hungry.
No one has their own beach in Marmaris, a sunbed + wifi for the price of cocktail / beer, there are free areas to sunbathe, but the beach did not inspire, we have something better equipped. It's not about the hotel, it's about the resort in general.
Across the street is a supermarket, a poppy and excursions Sasha Fromrasha is definitely a handsome man. Good advice and a cool bargain.
Overall, a great place for a relaxing holiday, on the list for a repeat visit

We had a rest with friends at the hotel from September 19 to 26. The hotel is not bad: there are pros and cons.
Of the advantages:
- the hotel is kept clean. The room was cleaned every day, towels and linen were changed every three days.
- there are Russian-speaking administrators at the reception
- the hotel has a good currency exchange rate
- polite staff in the catering area immediately cleaned dirty dishes, dirty glasses were also quickly cleaned in the pool area
- the location of the hotel itself is excellent: close to the center, close to the sea, located on the main street of the city, while quite quiet. There are several outlets nearby.
Of the minuses:
- the tour operator brought me to the hotel ahead of the check-in time, they offered to check in early with windows facing the sea for a "tip" of $ 10. We were satisfied with the view, so we weren't too upset
- furniture and repairs in the room are very tired
- in the family room, the air conditioner was only in one room, and it worked only for severe cold, it was not possible to set a comfortable temperature, so it was hot for everyone
- the food seems to be varied, there are a lot of greens, but the taste leaves much to be desired, there is little meat, the side dishes are strange, often the inscriptions did not correspond to the contents or were completely absent. Desserts are wonderful)
- I do not recommend spa programs at all🤦🤦🤦what are the rules of hygiene there have not heard, unfortunately. In the beginning, they gave a washed towel. Massage table without disposable sheets under the body and face, it's cold in the room. In the hammam, there were pleasant impressions only from the foam cloud. The massage was painful, the master does not specify the wishes. Even taking a shower after an oil massage is impossible, there are no soap products in the shower. It's dirty in the shower itself. We did everything with a quick hand, no relaxation from the procedures.
- for those who will use the anextour tour operator. The hotel guide will offer you a free trip to the industrial zone by minibus for shopping. DON'T GET FOOLED!!! You will be taken to saaaamye expensive shops, it's not worth it at all!!! First, you will be taken to the other end of the city to a fur and leather store, where 10-year-old models are at cosmic prices. Then they will take you to an expensive jewelry center, across the street from our hotel, and the cherry on the cake will be an Imperial store with Sultan-lukum at a price of 4000 rubles/kg.

For a very long time we chose a hotel based on reviews, we chose Prestige Garden.
What did you like:
- it is not noisy on the territory of the hotel during the daytime and later, as there are no animations and evening concerts in the hotel;
- Russian girls work at the reception;
- the hotel is not far from the beaches, supermarket and bus stops.
What I didn't like:
- noise insulation (for those who value silence in the room), in the bathroom (5th floor), a verbatim conversation of neighbors was heard as if they were in our
room and the partition was probably made of drywall.

We stayed at this hotel from 07/15.23 to 07/25/2023 in Marmaris for more than a year, we always choose different hotels for comparison.The hotel does not pull for 4, solid 3. I'll start in order:
1.The rooms are not bad minus just that the bed was made from two beds into one, if you turn in a dream, then the bed will move apart, it is on wheels and you can fall 😉The room was cleaned every day, and this will be vacuumed and the bed will be made, dust is not wiped, towels are changed.
2. The food is delicious.The soup, the side dish we had was mainly rice, bulgur.Once they gave mashed potatoes and pasta - they were very tasty.From meat, chicken, turkey, cutlets, semi-finished mutton, they gave a rub 3 times, it was not very tasty for us because they were in different 4 and 3 it was tastier if compared according to these criteria of stardom.Once the mussel meat was given.
There were a lot of greens, olives, olives, cheese, sausage, sausages were given once for breakfast and that's it.For breakfast there were scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, muesli, porridge, oatmeal, twice there were pancakes or pancakes according to our taste))), jams, butter, beans, beans.

I rested with my two daughters for 6 days / 7 nights in the first half of June. The room was on the 1st floor overlooking the pool. The room came with two separate beds and a bunk bed. There is 1 elevator. The receptionists at the reception are 3 Russian girls. The hotel is completely Russian, there are no foreigners.

A large balcony and furniture on it. Nice and friendly staff throughout the hotel, especially the young people in the hotel's catering areas. 3 pools and 2 slides, one of them for children is 45cm deep, an adult is 110cm deep. Good location - near a large Migros, a Makdak, the sea with a great beach, a fruit market.
Cons: poor Wi-Fi reception signal, absolutely. Very tired room stock, uncomfortable mattresses that have lain, from the word at all. Towels have not been changed in 6 days. The bed linen and towels are very used. Meager breakfasts, pancakes were baked 1 time a week. French fries 1 time a week and then just went to ask. Coffee and tea are tasteless.
All in all, it's pretty good. I am pleased with the proximity of the sea, clean and transparent, as the proximity of Icmeler. Migros. The market is also within walking distance - 40 min walk to the center of Marmaris, where everything is available.

Terrible hotel. First of all: I paid for the ticket, but on the day of arrival I was refused check-in, saying that there were no empty seats!!!
How can this be? I spent the night at another hotel.

There was a cleaner's cart in front of the door, but there was no one there! It's not conducive to a good mood when you go out and bump into this cart!

For your money (50 thousand / 2 people / week /May ’23 ) is a super option. Everyone is happy with the rooms, the staff, and the buffet system. They don't have their own beach, but we didn't really need it. The sea itself is 100 meters from the hotel. That the hotel is on the 2nd line is rather a plus. In the evening and at night, the embankment, where the windows of the first-line hotels overlook, lives a rather stormy life.

Next to the hotel you will be offered a free sunbed and umbrella for a drink, but cola and fanta for 50 lire suddenly ran out, there were only expensive cocktails from 180 lire.
I don't understand the people who write good reviews about this hotel. Definitely not recommended.

Vacation in early June 2023. A huge minus of the hotel is food! There are no fruits -apples and oranges. But there are many kinds of different salads and greens. But how many days in a row are you ready to eat them to get full!? Many people write-have you come to eat or are you eating at home fuagra.... I think these are either custom reviews, or people who are really indifferent to food. For 8 days, fish was fried once and watermelon was given. Bar -beer, crayfish, whiskey, gin and wine. Cocktails- whiskey-Cola, gin and tonic. In principle, for this contingent of sunflower seeds husking in the evenings, vacationers at the hotel do not need more. There is no disco and animation, as well as the beach. The staff are Russian friendly ladies at the reception, hinting at tips for a good room location. This hotel is for overnight guests. You will not be able to get complete relaxation from your vacation in Turkey here. The hotel is more suitable for urban hangouts at night, entertainment is 2-3 km away. I recommend the hotel to change the chef.
