I come here myself and bring my mother after we moved to Bangalore Square from another area of the city. The salon is located in the next house, which is very convenient: my mother does not walk well after a stroke, and we calmly reach here slowly and without having to cross the road or go up / down the stairs. I really like the service. Mom comes for a haircut, I do modeling and eyebrow coloring, went to a cosmetologist several times, recently I also started getting a haircut. I recommend it!!!

Everything is run by the hostess of the salon, who sits at the reception desk and answers all calls, apparently there is no possibility of other staff anymore. Now, before the New Year on December 29, she offered me an appointment for 16.00. The recording was inconvenient for me, but I made plans so that I could make it before the reception I was going to. However, I was exactly 15 minutes late. When I flew in there, I saw and heard one negative for being late on the part of the hostess of the salon and her already screwed up her master. She offered me, all the time without looking at the interlocutor, to cut my long hair without washing. I imagined myself at the reception next to my husband with long, smoothed unwashed hair and realized that this would be his and my end)).As a psychologist, I saw that the owner of the salon had decided everything for herself, which was quite strange. I replied that I had the next entry and they wouldn't have time to comb my hair. I have never waited for a long time until the master in front of me is free. And here there was a problem of 15 minutes for a regular customer. I saw how my master looked at her with a pleading look, it was clear that the issue was being resolved. And the master suggested that I postpone my haircut after the New Year, not the owner of the salon. I found a reason not to quarrel and correctly refuse. The hostess of the salon, looking at the table, was adamant. The moral of this fable is as follows. I will never visit this salon again, from which many good craftsmen have left, I know this myself, since I used to cut my hair. If the owner of this salon allows herself to lose customers in this way, then this is her problem, on which it is based, let others decide. Although she stated that this is my problem, i.e. is it the problem of the client who is always right? And judging by the current Touch salon, which was once completely different, with a good room, good service, with well-selected young staff at the reception, craftsmen and hosts, in which it was pleasant to be in the waiting room, now in a cramped room in which you somehow feel uncomfortable. I found an opportunity to look my best before the reception, even if it was more expensive and further from home, but I do not regret it. Draw your own conclusions.
