We ordered 4 shoes in this salon (only in the First handlebar)
On June 29, 4, we had our canvases changed, as they were of poor quality
The whole process from purchase to installation took 8 months!
The company has several divisions:
The first company is the salon where you placed the order and paid for it according to the contract
The second company is engaged in logistics, not very successfully, several times our delivery was simply lost and postponed again and again
The third company is the production itself (in Kolodishchi)
As a result, some received the payment and forgot about you, the logisticians don't care what or how, the production also has a technologist and a quality department, but it may not be fully adapted to the unknown (since the doors were brought with defects, curved canvases)
Our process lasted for 8 months, as you first wait for them to be manufactured, then you wait for an appointment for delivery, they have 2 installers, they are also busy, they put a door in front of you, which is "banana", and you wait for them to be picked up, fixed or made new, then again in a circle…
It's been like this for 4 times!
Thanks to technologist Ivan, who met us halfway and brought our order to the end, although in fact I have no obligations with the production, since the contract is concluded with the sales department, who, having received 100% payment, understand that we are not going anywhere, and only their canvases will become in the profiles that are already mounted in the wall ( no one will sell you the canvas separately, I found out)
I will recommend this salon, the answer is definitely no.

I ordered the ecoshpon doors - they were delivered with a slight delay in time, but not critically, they were issued in installments, they kept a small discount since there were 5 doors.
They were installed in 1 day, there were 2 craftsmen. Special thanks to the manager Anna at the salon in the First National - we doubted the model for a long time - she helped us choose and it turned out very beautifully.

I do not recommend this company and I advise you not to waste your time. Managers are incompetent: they consider one cost, and after the measurement, the measurer announced a completely different one, and they also had to pay and spend time for the measurement. The manager considers +20% for non-standard doors, and the measurer + 30%, even they cannot decide on this.

I really do not recommend ordering doors from Primadoors. The doors were manufactured and delivered on time, then the fun began.
On the trail.the day after the delivery, the installer arrived. Immediately during the first hour of work, I dropped the door and broke the glass in the door. OK, I measured the glass, changed it at my own expense. Farther.... I installed the doors for 10 hours. 2 interior doors!! 10 o'clock!! The whole day. So whoever orders immediately plan that you will be at home all day. I installed it badly, the doors on top are hanging back and forth, they do not fit tightly. There were also openings between the wall and the door by centimeter. Is this normal? It was also agreed that one door needs a top stitch. He did the stitching on one side of the door, on the other he said it wasn't his job to sew it up, so there was a hole on the other side of the door. So even when I finished at 10 p.m., all the garbage, the old doors, said that we should take it out ourselves. And for this hack I took 300 rubles.

If you are looking for custom-made doors for you in Primadors - I bought an eco-coupon for the entire apartment without extra charges. The salon is not big, but there is plenty to choose from! They told me everything. they showed me - I do not regret that I turned to them.

I found this salon on Instagram, we needed interior doors of individual design, in eco-style material. And such a design was offered only in enamel, which did not suit us on a budget. I was in touch with Anna's manager, after several days of discussion, after all, the production agreed to make eco-style doors for us according to our design, which we were incredibly happy about)) We are from Mogilev, we came personally to Minsk to choose a color and place an order.
Readiness turned out to be even ahead of time, delivery to Mogilev is inexpensive, everything is well-equipped. After installation, I was shocked at how cool the doors look! We are delighted with the doors, we took the most budget fittings, but everything works well.
Thanks a lot to Anna and the production for making this order for us!.. No one in Mogilev and Minsk wanted to take on such a thing.
I recommend this salon to EVERYONE, and especially to designers who have clients with different non-standard "wishlist")))

We chose the doors, found suitable options in enamel. A large selection of pens, we found an option for ourselves. I compared the magnetic latches: they are noisy in Russia, they chose Italian ones, they are quiet.
Initially, they wanted a door with glass in the kitchen, but they do not produce such doors in enamel, they chose a blind one.According to the silence and Feng Shui, the doors should be deaf without glass. And in modern designs, the doors to the kitchen are deaf . However, you will have the last word on which ones you choose. The prices are very reasonable, other manufacturers had a price without installation, but here the same price came out with installation. A very responsive manager, there are not enough such people in the modern world.
