There is no support - I wrote twice, twice they did not give an answer to the topic of interest. I had to contact another bank - I immediately received the necessary information.
The limit on the gold card is 4000 buns at PRIORBANK ATMs, while many other banks do not have a limit for their ATMs at all.
Excellent bank, good service for both individuals and legal entities. They can tell you how and what operations can be performed correctly. A decent level

Exactly what I need!]. Convenient location + it is very convenient that there is round-the-clock access to an ATM and an information kiosk for bank clients. I recommend it!
The staff is polite, there is no toilet for visitors. When performing a banking operation, I had to ask an employee to take me to the staff toilet. Thanks to the employee for agreeing.

The norm. institution. There are mostly no queues. Maximum of 3 people. Wait a maximum of 10 minutes.The cashiers are polite. There is a 24-hour terminal. Comfortable. Opening hours are from 9.
And it seems that the bank is not young, since the late 90s it has settled here on Krasnoarmeyskaya, but somehow the reception of individuals is not organized at all: to get to a specialist to receive a card, you need to stay here for a good 2 hours!!!

A good bank, the sanctions did not affect it. The only problem may be with transfers to the Russian Federation. Of the small disadvantages, long queues in the office itself
I use the services of this bank quite often and I want to thank all the employees for their human attitude, attention to customers, courtesy and high professionalism.
It's just terrible to stand for two hours behind a map. There are 15 people in front of me. They serve without waiting in line under the pretext of a regular customer. And besides, after every three-minute client, they sit on the phone and just communicate. I understand everyone has their own life, but not after every client. I just don't have the strength to stand here. Maybe I was just unlucky.
The best bank I've ever dealt with! I will definitely recommend it to everyone. The quality of service is at the highest level. The quality of services exceeds all expectations.
