And it seems that the bank is not young, since the late 90s it has settled here on Krasnoarmeyskaya, but somehow the reception of individuals is not organized at all: to get to a specialist to receive a card, you need to stay here for a good 2 hours!!!

And besides, after every three-minute client, they sit on the phone and just communicate. I understand everyone has their own life, but not after every client. I just don't have the strength to stand here. Maybe I was just unlucky.

I was, am, and probably will remain a client and shareholder of the (small) Prior until the end of my days.
How do I rate it? A wonderful bank. He is becoming more authoritative, weightier, more solid, and this pleases. In fact, I give a well-deserved 5 stars. And in fact? This is my "five" with an inconspicuous sentimental stretch. Why? A few years ago, I had to transfer my pension to Belarusbank, as three of its branches are within walking distance from my house. For comparison: in order to get to the Prior's office, I have to drive almost the entire route of bus No. 1 (MKRN Lyubensky - Karpovich St. and even forward and on foot). I once calculated with a stopwatch that every trip from the house to the Prior and back to the apartment, with a minimum of waiting in queues at the bank and at bus stops, is at least three hours. Agree, this is a lot for a sick old man. So in winter and summer it is easier and more convenient for me to go to the so-called "sovkova savings bank".
I think the situation for Prior and other banks in the country will not change radically - even if you unite (hehe, in a phantasmagoric dream), you will not surpass the number of branches per capita. I wish you good health no worse than today!
The only branch in Gomel. They work quickly, there is an electronic queue, there are many places where you can sit down waiting. A huge minus is the tiny parking, it is always a problem to park near the bank......

In this particular department, the queues are wild, 3 specialists work for the issuance and registration of cards (lack of staff), while 3 consultants work at the entrance. I make a constructive suggestion to train a consultant to issue cards and involve them in working with clients on particularly crowded days.
