Yesterday I arrived half an hour before closing time and they did not have time to serve me and did not agree to issue a card after closing time. And all because with such an influx of visitors, only two specialists work, one cashier turns everyone around, because there is no currency, respectively, the queue moves quickly, but to pick up the card, one person is served for half an hour.
It is also interesting that if you take a ticket by choosing "pick up the card", you sit much longer than the others. The ATM to activate the card is in Titan, which is from 10, and if you want to make it to work, you will have to go to the ATM in Almi. And if you also want to put a large amount on the card, stand in another queue after that. Hello! I have brought you precious currency, and I have to wait so long! I can take the money to another bank :)
Observations: one cash register is open from 9 a.m., where the queue is the most, at 9.40 people are warned that at 9.50 there is a break at the cash desk, and at 10 two cash desks come off. What difference does it make to everyone?? What's the schedule? In 10 minutes, even more people come and oh gods, you open two whole cash registers! What a joy, now you don't have to wait long (in fact, no, take half a day off from work right away). I have no doubt about the competence of the staff, but everything is overshadowed by the above events. In general, I do not recommend this department, everything is not thought out here and absolutely not for people. K - Customer orientation is not about them.
I don't know where so many negative reviews come from. Of course, sometimes you have to wait in line - I come here all the time, but when you get to a specialist, you get very attentive, competent and friendly service. The last time I came without an ID card, but they made an exception for me, and closed all the questions that my wife and I had. Many thanks to the bank's consultants!

A disgusting bank. I sent a loan application on the website, it was approved. They invited me to come and arrange it. It is not possible to get through and clarify the necessary list of documents, the robot constantly speaks into the phone, - formulate a question, maybe I can help you with something -, and as the question is not formulated, he repeats the same thing. As a result, I came to the bank and was sent for documents. I went, lost an hour and a half of time, another 30 minutes in the queue, the verdict, - we can give you 1/4 of the approved amount-. Of course, I laughed and offered to leave the money in the bank.

I sat in this department for an hour and 20 minutes in line, at the reception desk the girl gave me a ticket and told me to wait!I'm waiting!When the turn came, the leading specialist said you can skip the queue! I was outraged! Is it possible? Yes! The specialist scolded me! Everyone was waiting ! Mom was waiting ! The children were waiting ! How can you know the thoughts of these people?
