I would like to express my great gratitude and admiration to the neurologist Ayana Dmitrievna Lupezhova. My daughter suffered from headaches for many years and all the time we were treated according to the same protocol, which did not give positive results. Ayana Dmitrievna approached the treatment of our pain from a completely different angle, and from the very first days it became much easier for her daughter. This clinic is an example of how for a lot of money you can not only fail to help, but also harm the closest person.They brought my mother for a routine check-up, expecting qualified help and comfort. But instead, they were faced with astounding negligence, excessive prescribing of medicines and complete shamelessness and callousness.
Mom was in stable condition, walking, doing exercises, and she was only worried about dizziness and high cholesterol. Cardiologist Lukpanova Aigerim persuaded her to go to the ward for examination, hurrying that there was only one ward (although, as it turned out, there were enough places in paid wards). After 3 days after a lot of ivs and pills, my mother got worse: she was sick, she couldn't eat and was very weak, the doctors blamed everything on age. But how can such aggressive treatment for an elderly person be explained if the result was a sharp deterioration in the condition? We initially wanted an examination, not a bunch of intravenous medications.
Instead of 4 days, she lay there for 10, the doctor said to leave her under observation for more, but it didn't get much better. They took her in a wheelchair and carried her mother home in their arms.
The bill for this "treatment" was $2,500. Although the day before the reception wrote that 650 thousand.
After her discharge, her health began to improve. This raises serious doubts about the quality and quantity of services provided.
We offered the clinic to return at least some of the funds, but were refused and indifferent. There was no empathy or apology, and the only "suggestion"—well, you can bring your mother for a discount check—up -looked like a mockery. Would you take your mother there again after that?
Starting with the reception desk,
which constantly confused the offices and gave false information, the absence of all examinations in the personal account due to constant "technical problems", incompetence and indifference of the attending physician Lukpanova Aigerim, contradictory diagnoses and ending with the callous behavior of the director, Shulenbaev Olzhas
Zhumataevich, interaction with this clinic has become a huge disappointment and stress for our family.

Only the food was not tasty for inpatient patients, I had to ask them to bring it from home, and they paid a lot for such food, well, okay, in my opinion, this is how things are with food in all hospitals, but they saved lives!

I like the clinic in principle, very competent reproductologists.
My doctor Dinara Dosalievna is super...but the service is not worth the money I pay for.
To see me, she has to take me to other different offices and even examined me in a chair with other patients and doctors, honestly military conditions.
The doctor herself apologizes a thousand times, but I understand her, there is no choice.
If the price and service matched, it would be great.
