People rent a tool because they don't have their own and probably may not know how to handle it properly. I rented a chainsaw for 4 days (I've never used it before). I asked the owner what oil/ gasoline ratio to make and what oil to top up to lubricate the chain. He took the saw 120 km away for the weekend, gave it to local workers to cut wood. They immediately reported that the chain was not rotating. I did not delve into it much. I took off the video, sent it to the owner in TG, said that I would return the tool ahead of schedule. There was no reaction from him. I returned to Minsk, called the rental company, brought a chainsaw.... At the rental, the young man culturally explained that all chainsaws have a brake bracket that everyone should know about and therefore the chain did not rotate and we could burn the clutch... With such instruction and customer service, I can wish you further success... I didn't even raise the issue of a refund because it was immediately clear that the client would be the last one. I won't come here anymore.
A good rental, we repeatedly take the tool, a polite tenant. Everything is under contract, the prices are adequate. Excellent location, large parking lot.
I rented a chainsaw, excellent, the saw is served, the chain is sharpened. Of course, you will need to contact us here. Another discount for regular customers would be great
Normal rental, under contract. However, before arriving, they called to find out if they were working, and they answered yes. After we arrived and it was closed, we waited 10 minutes until they reopened.
