I ordered delivery from the USA to Russia 2 times on prostobox.
There were no problems both times.
One package arrived in 2 weeks, the other in 11 days.
I want to note the disadvantages of this company:
1) commission for depositing funds with a foreign card
2) long answers from technical support
3) You cannot send more than 2 devices with a battery in one package
4) The delivery time is not relevant. You need to know on what days parcels are sent and customs brokers (in this case gbs) are unhurried. Most of the time of delivery, there is a waiting for transfer to customs or the parcel is lying at customs.

The prices for all their services are indicated in $$. But the surprise was that let's assume that with an average exchange rate of 69 rubles, their internal exchange rate is 90! This already greatly changes the expected shipping cost. Further. For my $100 at the rate of 90 at their stated tariff, I must receive my parcel to Moscow in 6-10 days! At the moment, it has been 11 days since the parcel arrived at their warehouse and was paid, but my parcel has not even been shipped from their warehouse in the USA! The attitude towards customers has become terrible, tariffs have increased significantly and at the rate of 100 rubles. It's not profitable at all. I will tell you my story: I have been working with them since September 2022, I sent more than 10 parcels through them. I invited my colleague to them, they have an action bring a friend and get bonuses. He started working with them too. As a result, they completely failed in November and December in terms of delivery dates, and November parcels are still coming. Yes, they also blocked my account by writing that my and my colleague's accounts are clones, since orders from them were also sent to a single person, again to our colleague)) although their rules do not prohibit it)) they don't accept any explanations, they blocked it and that's it. And they debited funds from both of our accounts for the alleged violation. I charge 8 dollars from a colleague of 12! Do not use them, this is pure fraud. The November parcel they sent to a friend was in Turkey for a month and they lied that it was at customs.
