A terrible office, I ordered steam deck delivery from the USA through them. They promise fast, trouble-free delivery. As of today, 08.02.2023, who is still there. The departure has been marinated since 10.01.2023 somewhere at the Finnish customs, and the support of just boxing feeds breakfast all the time, and with different dishes. One operator in the chat writes one thing, a day later a similar question is answered by another, and, most surprisingly, they do not repeat themselves at all. When I asked not to invent, to write out, but to write as is, one of the operators was offended and said write to the ticket. I wrote to the ticket five times a week apart, and my FIVE requests were never answered. I do not advise anyone to deal with them, they scooped up the payment for delivery, and then burn with fire, no one cares about your departure. By the way, the shipment was never received, I even somehow resigned myself that it would not reach, although it is a pity for the child, he was waiting for this parcel first for the new year, then for his birthday (end of January), I think that by February 23 it will not reach but will be lost (stolen by them).
