It so happened that after ordering furniture for the loggia and paying in advance for the order, the contractor did not fulfill his obligations and did not want to return the money in any way. At first there were promises that "it's about to be ready," then all sorts of tall tales began describing the reasons for the delay. As a result, when I realized that there was nothing left to expect from them, I decided to go the legal way.
I had heard more than once that there was some kind of consumer protection society, but I had no personal experience of interaction, since similar situations did not happen.
After searching the Internet, I found a website and contacts ... The guys from the very beginning clearly and professionally consulted on the phone and led up to the moment when it was necessary to make a statement to the court. The site has claim forms for various situations that you only need to fill out with your data, print and send.
When I came to the office, I got to Alexandra, who promptly drafted a statement of claim to the court on my issue, calculated the penalties and told me in detail where to go with the documents and what to do next. As a result, a trial took place after a while, and the manufacturer was ordered to pay me the due amount.
When I was doing all this, I remembered that I had another hanging problem.
More than a year ago, I bought a microwave oven. I was doing repairs in the apartment, and when it came time to install it, it turned out that it did not work. I did not believe it when I bought it, since the brand is well-known and I did not even think that it could be non-working.
Since the repair was delayed, more than a year has passed since the purchase, and both the seller and the manufacturer refused my request for gratuitous troubleshooting. They said that the warranty period had expired, and they could only repair it for their own money, although the oven was brand new and did not even turn on.

After that, I made up the text of the claim, which I sent to the seller's address. And, oh, the miracle! Two days later they call and say they will replace my oven with a new one! Without any additional questions.
