Other organizations do not see the IIN on the day it is issued, you need to wait a few more days.
Summary - A PSC is like a PSC, long, expensive. There is no point in going here on purpose, and if you have settled nearby, then it is quite for yourself.

I designed the IIN. For one person, 2 payments were made at the checkout and refused to make a refund, as a result, I paid 8,500 instead of 4250. No one could say anything clearly, they were sent back and forth, the name was incorrectly written in one of the receipts.
I understand that I was not here during the period of the largest queues, but I liked the service. Everything is fast, comfortable, for non-residents there is a separate building, separate managers. IIN was made in 10 minutes.

A sad, but very necessary place for a PSC, unfortunately, the qualifications of the guys helping the population do not grow from year to year, the incompetence of some makes you run several times for the same service until a really knowledgeable employee serves you and explains that all this is done much easier. As it was necessary recently to re-register the car, but unfortunately I was delayed on the way to the PSC, and arrived at 17:40, they explained to us that it was too late to apply for re-registration, but we needed it urgently. And can you imagine, the guy who stood at the issuance of the numbers came into our position and completely gratuitously helped us to make a reissue. In general, we left the PSC with new numbers at 17:57. Thank you very much to all the guys, they worked faster than re-registration through the Caspian or Halyk application.

This place has left a lot of negativity. At the reception they can not immediately explain what and how to do in order to register the trailer, they had to drive for 3 days, although it turns out that everything could be quickly arranged if we were told and told everything, and so we had to ride all over the city and you can take a tolon current once a day.
