In general, everything is fine, the staff is polite, the issues are resolved, it's not always the truth the first time. But I'll give it 3 stars. I'll explain why. When you enter, there are consultants at the entrance. They also consult, they also solve issues, they also beat out queue receipts, and so on. And in front of them there is a queue of visitors, one, two, a crowd, well, put 2 more consultants and there will be no queue, but no, there is a crowd at the entrance, everyone is shouting, crowding. Well, that's not the case, and you're wasting your time and nerves.
A visit to the Public Service Center (PSC) in Almaty left mixed impressions. On the one hand, the professionalism of some employees is noted, who promptly and politely help in resolving issues. On the other hand, there are cases of abuse and lack of competence of staff. Queues and long waits are also a common problem, especially during rush hours. In general, the quality of service in Almaty's PSC varies, and the experience of visiting depends on the specific branch and shift.
The staff works well, there are no barriers or obstacles, they explain it quickly and clearly.
Everyone is polite, great job, thank you, you make our lives much easier.
Generally speaking, this center made a stunning impression in 2015. Everything was spinning like a Swiss watch, everything was brand new and neat.
In 2022, the last time I was there, the level dropped a little. The organization has become a little worse, the staff is a little less friendly, a little shabbier. But I still give you five stars. Come on, friends, we appreciate your hard work.
The staff's work is getting better every year. Many guests from other countries are genuinely surprised and sometimes jealous of us. Of course, not without rough edges, but nevertheless progress is obvious. The only problem with parking is sometimes.
It's very good that we made a car dealership on the third floor, in my opinion, and when making out a replacement for documents or reissuing a car, you can pick up everything here without going to the car dealerships.
As you enter the operating room, turn to the right, there is the farthest door on the left, followed by a staircase, and go up to the back of the kiosk.
A spacious building. The consultants were different - a little boorish at the reception. Others are more welcoming and friendly. The service was provided to me quickly and without any problems
They made it more difficult to get an EDS, you have to stand in 3 queues, it used to be easier, with 1 coupon each..why such inconveniences for people and employees too ... But there is also a high-speed paid option... But the managers are understanding, even though they are tired...😅
I don't know about others, I usually come across Friendly employees! They will explain everything and help you as much as possible. There are also shoals, of course, but this is more from the System, not from the people working in the PSC!
I like this PSC. Since I often visit him for work, he has become like a native to me. The large parking lot in front of the building is very convenient. For walkers, there is a "zebra" marking, which gives them priority over cars to pass through the territory in front of the PSC.
I would like to mention the staff of the Auezovsky PSC. There are both long-term qualified specialists and young beginners.
The help desk is constantly staffed by specialists who provide complete information on any issue.
I also like that the PSC is located in a convenient location, at the intersection of Altynsarin Avenue and Zhandosov Street. You can get to the PSC from any part of the city.
There are several places near the PSC where you can print documents or make copies.
I also like that in the PSC you can buy different types of coffee in the machine and pay using QR. While waiting in line, you can have a cup of coffee.
Terribly rude staff is sitting at the reception. They don 't give you a food ticket yet . I'm an hour early. I said I'd wait, and I was driving from far away. Couldn't you be more polite and simpler? I understand the turnover of people is a lot of stress. Fatigue. Be patient with the service and the people themselves. But this does not mean that you need to behave as if you are the solution to this world.
It's exactly the same story as many, but this time I didn't read the reviews beforehand. An employee of the PSC on the ground floor gave me a coupon for receiving IIN registration services. I was surprised that I was accepted immediately without waiting in line. The girl said that the IIN services were paid, which I was a little surprised at, but I still paid the money. After that, I decided to clarify whether the service is really paid. It turns out that it was paid to receive an IIN without waiting in line, and the service itself is free. They refused to return the money, offered to write a statement in 3 days, and showed a pack of the same statements that have been lying there for more than a month. Excellent attitude towards visitors. I called the police, I don't like being cheated on.
I have only emotions. To change the name of the coupon, where they will tell you to make a copier and a photo (it's all on the street). Then re-ticket, wait again for 2 hours. In general, a whole day of hassle, when it was possible to cope in 1-2 hours.Oh yeah.
There are no advantages here. One scam. They demand money for a free service (IIN). I started swearing at the reception and asking to provide me with a document where it says that the service is paid, the person began to send me to some kind of Central Office. The boss came up and took me to the girl to show me the documents where it says that the service is paid. She walked for 5 minutes, brought some papers describing the personal manager service (they insist that iin is not done without her in this PSC). In general, they deceive you as if you were born in the last century. Unfortunately, I didn't have much time to scold them. It is very sad that ordinary people are so deceived in a state institution
The PSC is very clean and tidy. I am a citizen of Russia and I have asked personal questions. The staff is friendly and attentive. Everything was explained and suggested how best to do it. It's nice to come and solve any issues.
Without alternatives, in a word, it's bad that you need to contact people who "work" there, arrogant, there is no help from them, they stupidly kick back and forth, the problem cannot be solved!!!
Everything became deplorable. The managers were removed, 4 were left, who, through the poorly functioning Internet, are trying to help through their portal. The queues are incredible... But no matter what, the waiting room is huge now
We arrived at the PSC, the reception said that the IIN can only be obtained for a fee. Payment at the checkout, then without a coupon at certain windows. We asked if it was definitely impossible to get it for free - the answer is "no."
We called the unified center at number 1414, they said that you can get it for free. We came to the reception again, we were sent to the window to some man who apparently explains about state duties. He said that there used to be two options - free through a shared queue and paid for 4000t with a "service". Supposedly now it costs 5500t for everyone, there is no free option anymore.
At the same time, on the gov website.kz clearly states that the IIN is free for foreigners. But employees don't care about this information.
We took the ticket to the free queue, but the manager immediately called some boss, who forbade us to do it without payment.
As a result, I had to pay 5750t per person, a kind of Personal Manager service.
At the same time, both windows, where we were told to go, are empty at the same time - the managers left for lunch. I had to wait for them too, then one came. And again, the waiting queue.
What we paid for is completely unclear. If this were really some kind of accelerated service, it would be possible to understand at least somehow, but in any case this is an imposition of a service about which there is no information in any official sources.
The IIN was ready in a day and a half.
A Russian citizen came to receive an INN. We wanted to impose a paid Personal Manager service that costs 5,000 tenge. But after reading the reviews the day before, and looking at the information on the official website, he refused. They sent me to the boss at window 25. Having expressed all his arguments, he was sent back for registration. After that, I was given a number. After waiting for my turn at the window, I was again stunned by the fact that I was told I needed to pay. Indignant, I said that I had been to the boss and he sent me for a free number. The young man went to look for the boss. After that, the boss took me to the other windows in general. The printer wasn't working there. And the young man from this window led me back to window 5, where I finally got a free INN. The scoreboard did not work and the numbers were shouted out in a voice, some boss came and shouted. Stuffy, hot air conditioners do not work. There are a lot of outraged people. Judge for yourself about the work of the PSC.
The service is disgusting, illiterate and stupid employees, they do one document for at least 2-3 months, or even more, they don't know anything, they send it from one place to another
They serve us quickly and follow the rules. But this time the moderator did not warn about the need for fingerprinting. We've lost a lot of time because of this.
Raise their salaries. They are trying to legally correctly explain to the client that the free IIN service is paid. In simple words, they are asking for money to speed up the process, Almaty.
Why does the hall smell unpleasant, as if it were floating on the floor and then it was smeared on the floor instead of washed, you need to put a diffuser with an air freshener.
It's ridiculous to even write this review. why is nothing being done with the paid IIN service? in July, they came to the department to issue an IIN, immediately sent them to pay, before that, after reading the reviews, they found out that it was all free, and told the PSC employee about it - they sent them to deal with the management. I was too lazy to swear and figure it out, we paid 5,000 tenge (even more, I don't remember how much). they accepted and processed everything instantly, the girl was polite.
They work disgusting,
At the same time, the coupon system works and they are taken from one specialist. And they send you to another and say go without a ticket; on a first-come, first-served basis; coupons are in front, and a live queue is sitting for 4!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are waiting for an hour!!! What kind of mockery is this? After all, everyone takes time off from work and does not come here for 4 hours after all!!!
Public service in this PSC is at the highest level. The staff is friendly, courteous, good-natured.I'm happy with everything. They will prompt you and show you, and all requests will be fulfilled on time.I recommend everyone to be served in this PSC.The parking lot is a mess.Places for the disabled are occupied by ordinary cars and no one is watching this. The UDP throughout the city is not dealing with this issue.I tried to call 02, but the result is usually not impressive. The police arrive very late, when the violators are already leaving.
Large parking lot, electronic queue, lots of seats for waiting. The service speed is high. The staff is friendly. They process requests promptly. I am very pleased to visit this institution.
The "personal manager" service is brazenly imposed in order to make an IIN.
You can safely say that this service is not needed and then they will do it for free.
In other PSC they say that they have not been doing it for free for a long time, they take a state duty of 4000 tenge. They show the paper as proof.
We arrived at this PSC, at the entrance they also started saying that first you need to pay the state duty, but we said that the "personal manager" service was not needed, then we gave a coupon for free registration.

PSC OF THE AUEZOVSKY DISTRICT. ON ZHANDOSOV. I DO NOT KNOW THE PSC WAS CREATED FOR THE CONVENIENCE OF THE POPULATION. BUT HERE, STARTING FROM THE REGISTRATION IN THE MORNING, THE STAFF ALREADY HAS NO DESIRE TO WORK. THEY SEND THEM TO EACH OTHER. EVERYTHING IS UNCLEAR. SENT TO THE TABLE WHERE ECOV. THEY DON'T WANT TO LISTEN AT ALL, EVEN GO FIND IT ON THE COMPUTER AND TRY IT YOURSELF. IN GENERAL, GO THERE, I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO WRITE, I DON'T KNOW WHAT. THERE ARE NO IMPRESSIONS, ONLY DISADVANTAGES. AND FOREIGNERS GO THERE TOO. WHAT IS THEIR OPINION OF OUR STATE? EMPLOYEES.
Clear. There are machines with drinks. The queue for the e-ticket passed relatively quickly. The operator made a request to the database quickly. The next day we received the result. Only positive emotions.
It took about an hour to apply for an IIN in the middle of the day on a weekday. Considering the large number of visitors, this is normal. The voucher was immediately issued to the electronic queue. When the turn came, we also did everything quickly. The air conditioner is working. The temperature inside is comfortable.
There is a large PSC, there are quite a lot of service desks. And there is enough space not only for racks, but also for waiting places. If we added more electronic coupons, it would be great.
A convenient service system, I am a citizen of Russia and there is a separate queue for migration issues, which pleases me. Among the disadvantages, there was no pen to fill out the application and the inability to buy it without leaving the building. In any case, the staff knows their business and has received correct and clear advice on all issues. Thanks a lot

They helped with the EDS standards.
Except that the queues are endless and the redirection coupons are annoying. I want to have one window for all questions.
