We entered the country: using a foreign passport and two Russian passports, as a result, the one who is clearly abroad without delay, 1 with a Russian passport went to make a transfer to an official one, and the second one passed without problems without translation. The Kazakh number was not needed, it was attached to the Russian number. After 2 business days, everything was ready. There were no queues for delivery or receipt.

Behind the beautiful hall there is a bump with shabby chairs, where people wait for hours, there is no queue for coupons, someone leaves without warning, everyone gets confused. Then comes LUNCH for 1.5 HOURS!! Highly qualified foreign specialists have to spend their working days on this mess! I ask the responsible person to take decisive measures to organize the queue and optimize the processes!!

I thought that this was a state fee for issuing an IIN, because, unfortunately, I did not look at the cost of the service in advance, and it did not occur to me that the PSC employee was deceiving me. Then it turned out that the service of receiving an IIN is free of charge, and the PSC takes money for individual service (apparently, in their understanding, "individual service" is when you also stand in line, but without a coupon). In general, the employees of this PSC do not provide free services - for free, but require payment for individual service in order to receive them. This is a real extortion on the part of employees of a state institution in relation to residents. On line 1414, I was told that in such cases, you do not need to pay, but go to the management and that you need to check in advance how much the service I need costs. Apparently, the deception of gullible residents in the PSC is a common story, and the correct decoding should not be the service center, but the center of deception of the population:(

If you refuse, they start scaring you with a long wait ("yesterday people waited for 4 hours") or chase you through different windows. If you pay these 4,250 tenge at the checkout, the procedure for obtaining an IIN is instant. They fill out the questionnaire with a smile, and an hour later IIN arrives by text message.

I also made a certificate, but I forgot to take the old one ((( I explained to the employee that I had to fly out, and I urgently needed a passport for a visa to Vietnam.
