I often visit this PSC for work. Good service, competent specialists, even if they do not have any information, they will call, ask more competent employees, but they decide everything right away. Although I have had some very difficult questions. The only thing is unclear. Almost the entire operations room is on the second floor, with a large staircase. And if a person with disabilities? I hope they solve these problems somehow. Overall good service.
A nice, spacious PSC, but there are always a lot of people. In order not to waste time waiting in line, book a visit to the PSC in advance on the website egov.kz . Unfortunately, there is no parking nearby anywhere. The nearest parking lot is at the Forum shopping mall. Therefore, it is better to take a taxi.
